The method for solving the problem of communication account harassment comprises the steps of intercepting all strange communication accounts through setting a terminal interface; however, the method is too rough, many useful communication accounts can be intercepted, and a large number of misjudgment situations occur. The adding mode is adopted, namely every time the relevant information of a suspected harassment account is received, the suspected harassment account is added into a harassment account list; however, the method requires the user to make subjective judgment and add the judgment into a harassment account through manual operation; not only has a certain degree of misjudgment, but also has the complexity of manual operation.

The event that the access waiting action of the communication account is ended within the second preset time duration can be understood as follows: the receiver closes the received call service within a second preset time; for example, in the case where the sender places a call to the recipient and the recipient disconnects the call service in the case where the call service lasts only 2 s. In an actual scene, a receiver can basically judge that the receiver belongs to a particularly obvious harassing call by identifying the telephone number displayed on the terminal equipment; this is the case for this event.
The event that the duration for acquiring continuous communication information after the communication account is first connected reaches a third preset duration can be understood as follows: after establishing a communication link with a receiver, a sender continuously sends voice information to the receiver; for example, immediately after the telephone is switched on, the sender continuously speaks to the receiver for more than 5s, which is likely to be the case that the salesperson is marketing a product; therefore, the time length for acquiring continuous communication information after the communication account is first connected to the third preset time length can be used as a communication event.
The communication interaction data generated after the communication account is connected is hit by the preset interaction data set, which can be understood as follows: after establishing a communication link with a receiver, a sender acquires call interaction data of the sender and the receiver in the call process in real time, and performs voice analysis and semantic analysis on the call interaction data to further obtain a voice analysis result and a semantic analysis result. Further, if the voice analysis result and/or the semantic analysis result is hit by a preset interactive data set, the communication account may be considered as a harassment account. The voice analysis result is, for example, the receiving party has a bad voice, or a voice with anger, or a voice obviously belonging to the user of the sending party. The semantic analysis result is, for example, an expression that the receiving party includes negative playback meaning such as uninteresting, not intended, not required, and the like in the call process.
In this embodiment, different communication events may be considered according to different communication information and different application programs used. For example, when the communication information is a mobile phone short message, the semantic analysis in the call interaction data is mainly considered at this time.
Correspondingly, in a detailed implementation manner, the obtaining of the standard characteristic parameter according to the communication association information of the suspected harassment account in step S204 may include:
s1002, acquiring a preset time section;
s1004, acquiring the occurrence frequency of each communication event in the preset time section;
and S1006, performing weighting processing on the frequency of the acquired communication events in the preset time zone to obtain the standard characteristic parameters.

The standard parameter is an identifier of a standard parameter, and the ActiveHandg indicates that the access waiting action of the communication account is ended within a first preset time length; PasiveHang represents an event that the access waiting action of the communication account is ended within a second preset time length; the SingleTalk represents an event that the time length for acquiring continuous communication information after the communication account is firstly connected reaches a third preset time length; VoiceAnally represents an event that a voice analysis result in communication interaction data generated after a communication account is connected is hit by a preset interaction data set; textanalyze represents that a semantic analysis result in communication interaction data generated after the communication account is switched on is hit by a preset interaction data set. Furthermore, the times of each communication event are counted in a preset time section, and weighting processing is carried out to obtain standard characteristic parameters. It should be noted that the communication events considered in this embodiment are not limited to the above-mentioned events, and the duration of the communication account after being connected may also be less than a fourth preset duration, and the like; for example, after the receiver connects the incoming call of the sender, the receiver can determine whether the account of the receiver is a harassing account according to a short expression of the sender after the user is connected for the first time, and then hang up the call under the condition that the connection duration is short (for example, 0.5 s). In practical situations, this is also the case when many nuisance calls occur. The communication event can also be an event that a receiver user already makes harassment account marks on a certain sender account, and the like.
It should be noted that the preset parameters of the first preset duration, the second preset duration, the third preset duration, the fourth preset duration, the preset time zone and the like related to this embodiment are not limited to a specific value, and can be flexibly set according to the requirements of the user.
In order to further avoid the occurrence of the false interception condition, further determination may be made according to information replied by the opposite terminal of the current communication account, specifically:
after the server judges that the current communication account belongs to the target harassment account set, the server firstly sends account association information of the current communication account to an opposite terminal of the current communication account in a form of short messages; if the agreement request information replied by the opposite terminal is acquired, the server adjusts the priority of the agreement request information to be the highest priority, and sends the communication information sent by the current communication account to the opposite terminal; and deleting the current communication account from the target harassment account set or further adding the current communication account into a white list. The consent request message may be understood as a message that the communication message of the current communication account is granted.
In order to avoid harassment of the user serving as a harassment account to other users as far as possible in the early stage; prevention or prevention in advance can be carried out by means of fee pledge and fee deduction, in particular:
in the embodiment, each communication account is associated with one pledge account; if the current communication account number has the communication requirement with other communication account numbers, the amount of money in the pledge account related to the current communication account number is frozen. After the communication interaction process established between the current communication account and the opposite terminal is finished, if the opposite terminal user marks that the communication process is harassing communication or determines that the communication process is harassing communication by judging the communication interaction content, the server deducts the pledge amount in the account associated with the current communication account according to the preset number. Otherwise, the amount in the pledge account is thawed and returned. As shown in fig. 5, an interface schematic diagram of a receiver user marking a sender account as a harassment account after a call is ended is shown.
In the data analysis process in this embodiment, techniques in the aspect of machine learning, such as speech-to-text, emotion analysis of speech, emotion analysis of text, and the like, may be utilized, and specifically, key steps of word segmentation, feature extraction, feature selection, training of a classification model, and the like may be included; and abundant communication accounts and corresponding communication interaction data can be collected to continuously optimize model output, so that a better effect is achieved.
Fig. 6 shows a flow chart of specific communication information processing, which includes method steps of constructing a target harassing account set and judging whether a current communication user is a harassing account when communication information sent by a current communication account is acquired.
In the embodiment, a plurality of communication events are comprehensively considered, so that the standard characteristic parameters obtained by calculation have higher accuracy; correspondingly, the accuracy of the first communication account and the second communication account is improved, and the judgment accuracy of the current communication account is further improved.
The embodiment of the specification provides a communication information processing method, and specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
when a first account of a first terminal sends communication information to a second account of a second terminal, a server acquires the communication information and judges whether the first account is a harassment account;
the process of judging whether the first account is a harassing account by the server comprises the following steps:
the server acquires a communication account database and communication association information of suspected harassment accounts in the communication account database;
the server obtains standard characteristic parameters according to the communication association information of the suspected harassment account;
the server determines a target harassment account set in the communication account library; the target harassment account set comprises a set formed by first communication accounts meeting the standard characteristic parameters and a set formed by second communication accounts generated by the first communication accounts in an expansion mode; the second communication account number and the corresponding first communication account number have prefix number strings under the same preset number;
when the first account is located in the target harassment account set, the first account is a harassment account;
the server judges whether a second account of the second terminal has an associated disturbance intercepting request; and when the server acquires the disturbance intercepting request, the server intercepts the communication information sent by the first account.
It should be noted that the harassment interception request in this embodiment may be generated by the user of the second terminal based on the interface operation of the second terminal device; fig. 7 is an interface schematic diagram illustrating that a user of the second terminal starts a button for intercepting a crank call on an interface of the terminal device; the button for intercepting the crank calls can uniformly and automatically intercept all crank calls, and can be further subdivided into a fraud call in the crank calls, an advertising promotion call in the crank calls, a house property intermediary call in the crank calls and the like; and also to be able to select or set the threshold value of the number of intercepted phones by itself (e.g. 40 times).
It should be noted that details in this embodiment may refer to the above method embodiment, and are not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present specification provides a communication information processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus including:
a communication association information acquisition module 202, configured to acquire a communication account library and communication association information of suspected harassment accounts in the communication account library;
a standard characteristic parameter obtaining module 204, configured to obtain a standard characteristic parameter according to the communication association information of the suspected harassment account;
a harassment account set determination module 206, configured to determine a target harassment account set in the communication account library; the target harassment account set comprises a set formed by first communication accounts meeting the standard characteristic parameters and a set formed by second communication accounts generated by the first communication accounts in an expansion mode; the second communication account number and the corresponding first communication account number have prefix number strings under the same preset number;
and the communication information intercepting module 208 is configured to intercept communication information sent by the current communication account when the current communication account is located in the target harassment account set.
In a possible implementation manner, the harassment account set determination module may include:
an expansion unit, configured to expand the first communication account to obtain a set of the second communication accounts;
wherein, the extension unit may include:
a first communication account acquisition unit, configured to acquire each first communication account in the set of first communication accounts;
a second communication account subset generating unit, configured to expand each first communication account to generate a second communication account subset corresponding to the first communication account;
and the second account set obtaining unit is used for obtaining a union set of all the second communication account subsets to obtain the second communication account set.
In a possible implementation manner, the second communication account subset generating unit may include:
a target digit acquiring subunit, configured to acquire a target digit corresponding to the first communication account;
a variable digital combination generating subunit, configured to generate a variable digital combination corresponding to the first communication account according to the target digit;
the fixed prefix number string obtaining subunit is used for obtaining a fixed prefix number string corresponding to the first communication account number through the complete number string of the first communication account number and the target digit number in the first communication account number;
and the subset obtaining subunit is used for obtaining the second communication account subset by combining the fixed prefix number string and the variable number.
In one specific embodiment, the fixed prefix number string deriving subunit may include:
a first result obtaining subunit, configured to obtain a first result with base 10 and a target digit in the first communication account as an index;
a second result obtaining subunit, configured to divide the longest target digit string corresponding to the first communication account by the first result to obtain a second result; the head of the longest target digit string is a non-zero value;
and the prefix number string obtaining subunit is used for rounding the second result downwards to obtain the fixed prefix number string of the first communication account.
In a specific embodiment, the subset obtaining sub-unit may include:
a third result obtaining subunit, configured to multiply the fixed prefix number string with the first result to obtain a third result;
the second communication account generation subunit is configured to sum the third result with the variable numbers in the variable number combination to generate a second communication account;
and the subset forming subunit is used for forming the second communication account subset by the generated second communication accounts.
In a possible embodiment, the method may further include: the set updating module is used for updating the target harassment account set;
wherein the set update module comprises:
a related information acquiring unit, configured to acquire communication related information of the second communication account;
a deleting unit, configured to delete the second communication account from the target harassment account set when a feature parameter obtained from the communication association information of the second communication account does not satisfy the standard feature parameter;
and the updating unit is used for updating the target harassment account set after the second communication account is deleted into a new target harassment account set.
In a detailed embodiment, the communication association information of the communication account at least includes any one of the following communication events:
the access waiting action of the communication account is finished within a first preset time length,
The access waiting action of the communication account is finished within a second preset time length,
The time length for acquiring continuous communication information after the communication account is firstly connected reaches a third preset time length,
And the communication interaction data generated after the communication account is connected is hit by a preset interaction data set.
In a specific embodiment, the standard feature parameter obtaining module includes:
a time zone acquisition unit for acquiring a preset time zone;
the number obtaining unit is used for obtaining the number of times of each communication event occurring in the preset time section;
and the standard characteristic parameter obtaining unit is used for weighting the times of the obtained communication events in the preset time section to obtain the standard characteristic parameters.
It should be noted that the device embodiments and the method embodiments have the same inventive concept, and specific details are not described herein again.
The present specification provides an apparatus including a processor and a memory, where at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions is stored in the memory, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the set of instructions is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the communication information processing method according to the foregoing embodiments.
Please refer to fig. 9, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a server device provided in an embodiment of the present specification. The server is used for implementing the communication information processing method provided in the above embodiment. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the server 2000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)2001, a system memory 2004 including a Random Access Memory (RAM)2002 and a Read Only Memory (ROM)2003, and a system bus 2005 connecting the system memory 2004 and the central processing unit 2001. The server 2000 also includes a basic input/output system (I/O system) 2006 to facilitate transfer of information between devices within the computer, and a mass storage device 2007 to store an operating system 2013, application programs 2014, and other program modules 2015.
The basic input/output system 2006 includes a display 2008 for displaying information and an input device 2009 such as a mouse, keyboard, etc. for a user to input information. Wherein the display 2008 and the input devices 2009 are coupled to the central processing unit 2001 through an input-output controller 2010 coupled to the system bus 2005. The basic input/output system 2006 may also include an input/output controller 2010 for receiving and processing input from a number of other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, or electronic stylus. Similarly, the input-output controller 2010 also provides output to a display screen, a printer, or other type of output device.
The mass storage device 2007 is connected to the central processing unit 2001 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 2005. The mass storage device 2007 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the server 2000. That is, the mass storage device 2007 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
Without loss of generality, the computer-readable media may comprise computer storage media and communication media. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other solid state memory technology, CD-ROM, DVD, or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer storage media is not limited to the foregoing. The system memory 2004 and mass storage device 2007 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
The server 2000 may also operate as a remote computer connected to a network via a network, such as the internet, according to various embodiments of the present invention. That is, the server 2000 may be connected to the network 2012 through a network interface unit 2011 that is coupled to the system bus 2005, or the network interface unit 2011 may be utilized to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).
The memory also includes one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors; the one or more programs include instructions for performing the method of the backend server side.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer storage medium, which may be disposed in a client to store at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions related to implementing a communication information processing method in the method embodiments, where the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the set of instructions are loaded and executed by the processor to implement the communication information processing method provided in the method embodiments.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network. Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It should be noted that: the sequence of the embodiments in this specification is merely for description, and does not represent the advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments. And specific embodiments thereof have been described above. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the acts or steps loaded in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.

Claims (9)

1. A method for processing communication information, the method comprising:
acquiring a communication account database and communication association information of suspected harassment accounts in the communication account database;
obtaining standard characteristic parameters according to the communication correlation information of the suspected harassment account;
determining a target harassment account set in the communication account library; the target harassment account set comprises a set formed by first communication accounts meeting the standard characteristic parameters and a set formed by second communication accounts generated by the first communication accounts in an expansion mode; the second communication account number and the corresponding first communication account number have prefix number strings under the same preset number;
acquiring communication association information of the second communication account;
deleting the second communication account from the target harassment account set when the characteristic parameters obtained from the communication association information of the second communication account do not meet the standard characteristic parameters;
updating the target harassment account set after the second communication account is deleted into a new target harassment account set;
and when the current communication account is positioned in the target harassment account set, intercepting communication information sent by the current communication account.
2. The communication information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target harassment account set in the communication account library includes:
expanding the first communication account to obtain a set of second communication accounts;
wherein the expanding the first communication account to obtain the set of the second communication account includes:
acquiring each first communication account in the set of first communication accounts;
expanding each first communication account to generate a second communication account subset corresponding to the first communication account;
and taking a union set of all the second communication account subsets to obtain a set of the second communication accounts.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the expanding each first communication account to generate a second subset of communication accounts corresponding to the first communication account comprises:
acquiring a target digit corresponding to the first communication account;
generating a variable digital combination corresponding to the first communication account according to the target digit;
obtaining a fixed prefix digit string corresponding to the first communication account number through the complete digit string of the first communication account number and the target digit number in the first communication account number;
and combining the fixed prefix number string and the variable number to obtain the second communication account subset.
4. The communication information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining of the fixed prefix number string corresponding to the first communication account includes:
obtaining a first result which takes 10 as the base and takes the target digit in the first communication account number as an index;
dividing the longest target number string corresponding to the first communication account by the first result to obtain a second result; the head of the longest target digit string is a non-zero value;
and rounding the second result downwards to obtain the fixed prefix digit string of the first communication account.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the second subset of communication accounts comprises:
multiplying the fixed prefix digit string with the first result to obtain a third result;
summing the third result and the variable numbers in the variable number combination to generate a second communication account;
and forming the second communication account subset by the generated second communication accounts.
6. The communication information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the communication association information of the communication account includes at least any one of the following communication events:
the access waiting action of the communication account is finished within a first preset time length,
The access waiting action of the communication account is finished within a second preset time length,
The time length for acquiring continuous communication information after the communication account is firstly connected reaches a third preset time length,
And the communication interaction data generated after the communication account is connected is hit by a preset interaction data set.
7. The communication information processing method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the standard characteristic parameter according to the communication association information of the suspected harassment account includes:
acquiring a preset time section;
acquiring the occurrence frequency of each communication event in the preset time section;
and weighting the times of the acquired communication events in the preset time section to obtain the standard characteristic parameters.
8. A communication information processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the communication associated information acquisition module is used for acquiring a communication account database and communication associated information of suspected harassment accounts in the communication account database;
a standard characteristic parameter obtaining module, configured to obtain a standard characteristic parameter according to the communication association information of the suspected harassment account;
the harassment account set determination module is used for determining a target harassment account set in the communication account library; the target harassment account set comprises a set formed by first communication accounts meeting the standard characteristic parameters and a set formed by second communication accounts generated by the first communication accounts in an expansion mode; the second communication account number and the corresponding first communication account number have prefix number strings under the same preset number; wherein, the target harassment account set can be updated, including:
acquiring communication association information of the second communication account;
deleting the second communication account from the target harassment account set when the characteristic parameters obtained from the communication association information of the second communication account do not meet the standard characteristic parameters;
updating the target harassment account set after the second communication account is deleted into a new target harassment account set;
and the communication information intercepting module is used for intercepting the communication information sent by the current communication account when the current communication account is positioned in the target harassment account set.

An apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of codes, or the set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the communication information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
