The number exchange depends on a huge cloud number library behind, and can effectively identify strange calls, wherein user marking is an important way for expanding the cloud number library. At present, two marking scenes are provided for users, wherein one marking scene is that a marking frame is automatically popped up when a strange call is hung up; secondly, the user actively goes to mark strange calls in the call record; available for user selection are a default list of labels (promotion, house property intermediary, express, take away, taxi driver, fraud, colleague) and manual label buttons, which are fixed and the label box only displays the first three or four labels, etc., and if the latter label needs to be selected, the label box needs to be slid up to display, as shown in fig. 1.
In the prior art, the default tag lists of all users are the same, personalized information of different users is not considered, and when no corresponding strange call identity tag exists in the default tag lists, the users do not actively mark by hands, so that the technical problem that the marking rate of strange communication identifiers is low exists in the prior art.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a label generation method and label generation equipment for a user to mark, and aims to solve the technical problem that the mark rate of a strange communication mark marked in the prior art is low.
In order to solve the technical problems, the general idea of the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
firstly, determining a history tag record generated based on communication behaviors of L strange communication identifiers, wherein the communication behaviors are generated in a first mobile terminal, and L is a positive integer; then, determining category sequencing corresponding to the L unfamiliar communication identifiers based on the historical label records; and finally, generating a first label list based on the category sorting, wherein the first label list is used for marking the unfamiliar communication identification of the first mobile terminal by the user of the first mobile terminal. That is to say, based on the history tag record generated by the communication behavior of the unfamiliar communication identifier of the first mobile terminal, a first tag list used for the user of the first mobile terminal to mark the unfamiliar communication identifier is generated, the relevance between the generated first tag list and the unfamiliar communication identifier of the first mobile terminal is higher, and therefore the user of the first mobile terminal can select tags for marking the unfamiliar communication identifier more conveniently, and the technical effect of improving the marking rate of the unfamiliar communication identifier is achieved.
In order to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention are provided with the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the specific features in the embodiments and the examples of the present invention are the detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not limitations of the technical solutions of the present invention, and the technical features in the embodiments and the examples of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for generating a tag for a user to mark, please refer to fig. 2, including:
step S201: determining a history tag record generated based on communication behaviors of L strange communication identifiers, wherein the communication behaviors are generated in a first mobile terminal, and L is a positive integer;
step S202: determining industry category sequencing corresponding to the L unfamiliar communication identifiers based on the historical label records;
step S203: generating a first label list based on the industry category sorting, wherein the first label list is used for marking the unfamiliar communication identification of the first mobile terminal by the user of the first mobile terminal.
For example, the method may be applied to a network server, and may also be applied to a first mobile terminal, for example: cell phones, tablet computers, and the like.
In step S201, the history tag record may include a plurality of tag records, and two of them are listed below for description, and of course, in the specific implementation process, the history tag record is not limited to the following two cases.
In a first embodiment, the history tag record comprises: identifying, on the first mobile terminal, the generated communication record based on the L strange communications. The communication record generated by the L unfamiliar communication identifiers may be a communication record generated by all unfamiliar communication identifiers on the first mobile terminal, or a communication record generated by a unfamiliar communication identifier within a preset time period, for example: 1 month, half month, one week, etc.
For example, the user of the first mobile terminal may send communication content to the strange communication identifiers (these strange communication identifiers may be strange communication identifiers marked by the user of the mobile terminal, or strange communication identifiers not marked by the user of the first mobile terminal), for example: the method comprises the steps that voice communication requests, short messages and the like are generated, each time a communication content is generated, a communication record exists in the first mobile terminal, if the communication content is the voice communication request, an outgoing call message is displayed on a dialing interface, the outgoing call message is a communication label, and if the communication content is the short messages, a sent short message is generated in an outbox, and the sent short message is the communication record. The user of the first mobile terminal may also receive the communication content sent by the unfamiliar communication identifier, and similarly, each time the user receives the communication content sent by the unfamiliar communication identifier, a communication record is generated.
In a second embodiment, the history tag record comprises: the user identifies the generated tag records for the L strange communications.
For example, after generating communication content for the strange communication identifier or receiving the communication content of the strange communication identifier, the user of the first mobile terminal may mark the corresponding strange communication identifier with a tag, which may provide for the first mobile terminal, for example: when or after the first mobile terminal receives an incoming call of the unfamiliar communication identification, the first mobile terminal displays a plurality of labels on a display unit, so that a user of the first mobile terminal can mark the unfamiliar communication identification; the tag may also be input by a user of the first mobile terminal, for example: after the first mobile terminal receives an incoming call initiated by the unfamiliar communication identifier, a user of the first mobile terminal directly inputs a corresponding tag aiming at the unfamiliar communication identifier.
If the scheme is applied to the first mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal directly searches on the first mobile terminal to obtain the first label record; if the scheme is applied to the network server, the first mobile terminal can send the history tag record to the network server after obtaining the history tag record; in addition, the first mobile terminal may send all history tag records to the network server, or may send only the tag record generated by the user of the first mobile terminal to the network server, in which case, the network server itself collects the communication records generated on the first mobile terminal based on the L strange communication identifiers. When monitoring the communication record, the network server may use at least one of an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) code or an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) code of the communication record as the user ID, and when calculating the first tag list and issuing the first tag list to the first Mobile terminal, the network server is performed according to the ID.
In addition, after the history tag records generated based on the L strange communication identifiers are determined, different processing manners may be adopted to process the history tag records based on different categories of the history tag records, which will be described below respectively, and of course, in the specific implementation process, the processing manners of the history tag records are not limited to the following two cases.
Processing of communication records: first, a deduplication process may be performed, for example: the first mobile terminal uploads the log repeatedly, so that multiple communication records are generated by an incoming call generated by the same strange communication identifier received at the same time point, and in this case, duplicate removal processing is required; then, a communication record with tag information capable of being recognized by the network server is filtered from the communication records generated by the strange communication identifications, wherein the communication record can comprise tags of the strange communication identifications, and the time of generating the communication record (for example, the time of dialing the strange communication identification by the first mobile terminal or the time of receiving a voice communication request of the strange communication identification by the first mobile terminal).
Processing of mark recording: the same user may perform de-duplication of the tag information for the same number (i.e., select the latest tag as the final tag), and then generate a tag list of the user, which may include the tag and the tag time of the tag.
In step S202, the determining, based on the history tag record, an industry category ranking corresponding to the L unfamiliar communication identifiers, please refer to fig. 3, which specifically includes:
step S301: determining label information of the L unfamiliar communication identifiers;
step S302: classifying the industry categories to which the label information belongs to obtain M corresponding industry categories, wherein M is a positive integer;
step S303: determining a first score value for each of the M industry categories based on the historical label records;
step S304: determining the industry category ranking based on the first score value for each industry category.
In step S301, each unfamiliar communication identifier that receives the communication content of the first mobile terminal or sends the communication content to the first mobile terminal may be identified by the unfamiliar communication identifier number library of the network server, and then L unfamiliar communication identifiers that can be identified by the unfamiliar communication identifier number library and tag information of each unfamiliar communication identifier are obtained therefrom; and, the label information set by the user of the first mobile terminal for marking the strange communication identification can be directly obtained. In addition, the time at which the corresponding history tag record is generated for each communication identity may also be obtained, for example: the time when the strange communication identifier sends the communication content to the first mobile terminal, the time when the first mobile terminal sends the communication content to the strange communication identifier, the time when the user of the first mobile terminal marks the strange communication identifier, and the like.
For example, suppose that the strange call information dialed and answered by a user A is as follows (the format can be: number \ time \ t label):
Figure BDA0000779626950000091
further assume that by using a tag list (either a default tag list or a personalized tag list generated for the first mobile terminal), the strange communication tagged by user a is identified as follows:
tel 420150205 bank (user tagging by manually entered label);
tel 1020150705 bank (user directly selects the marking by the "bank" option via a list of tags);
tel 1120150706 property broker (user directly selects the "property broker" option to mark via a list of tags);
tel 920150707 hunts (the user directly selects the "hunt" option to mark by means of a list of tags).
In step S302, the industry attribute category tree may be used to normalize the tags, and then classify the tags according to the industry categories to which the tags belong, where the industry category tree is characterized in that: each tree represents an industry category, the number of layers is different, the root node is an industry total category, the lower the category is, the smaller the category is, and the leaf nodes are corresponding domain keywords. Taking the history tag record shown in step S201 as an example, the industry categories shown in table 1 can be summarized:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0000779626950000092
For another example, a user receives a voice communication request of five unfamiliar communication identifiers, and the labels corresponding to the unfamiliar communication identifiers are respectively as follows: 2 times of express delivery, 1 time of property intermediary, 1 time of linked property and 1 time of love of self, it is obvious that the user often receives the voice communication request of the property intermediary class, however, if the industry attribute class normalization is not carried out, the industry class 'express delivery' is ranked first and does not accord with the characteristics of the history label record of the user; by utilizing the industry attribute label tree, the 'chain property' and 'I love my home' can be normalized into 'property intermediary', then statistics is carried out, and the 'property intermediary' is ranked at the first place and is relatively in accordance with the characteristics of the historical label records of the user.
In step S302, when classifying the industry categories, the industry categories may be classified into a major category or a minor category, where the industry categories may be classified into the major category or the minor category based on a setting operation of a user of the first mobile terminal, as another optional embodiment, the classifying the industry categories to which the tag information belongs to obtain M corresponding industry categories, please refer to fig. 4, which specifically includes:
step S401: dividing the label information into N major classes, wherein each major class comprises at least one minor class, and N is a positive integer;
step S402: judging whether the probability that the user of the first mobile terminal marks the unfamiliar communication identification by using the subclass is larger than a preset probability;
step S403: when the probability is larger than the preset probability, dividing the label information into M subclasses;
step S404: and when the probability is not greater than the preset probability, dividing the label information into M major classes.
In step S401, the industry categories shown in table 1 are taken as an example, where the industry category in table 1 is a major category, and the major express category includes a minor category of jingdong express (certainly, other minor express categories such as roundabout express, zhongtong express, and the like), the major bank category includes a minor category of chinese bank (certainly, other minor bank categories such as chinese construction bank, civil bank, and the like), and in addition, one or more levels may be further subdivided below the minor category, for example: the subclasses of the Chinese banks are divided into a Chinese bank capital branch subclass, a Chinese bank Beijing branch subclass and the like, and the M industry classes can also comprise the subclasses or subclasses during classification, wherein some users are used for marking strange communication identifiers through the major classes, and some users are used for marking strange communication identifiers through the minor classes, so that the label information can be divided differently for different users in order to meet the requirements of different users and improve the marking efficiency.
In step S402, the preset probability is, for example: 50%, 70% and the like, wherein the number of times that the users adopt each subclass to mark the unfamiliar communication identification under each major class can be counted firstly, and then the total number of times that the users mark the unfamiliar communication identification is divided by the number of times that the users adopt the subclass to mark the unfamiliar communication identification can be determined so as to determine the probability that the users of the first mobile terminal adopt the subclass to mark the unfamiliar communication identification; if the probability is larger than the preset probability, the fact that the user of the first mobile terminal is used to mark the unfamiliar communication identification by using the subclasses is indicated, and therefore the label information is divided into M subclasses; if the probability is not greater than the preset probability, the fact that the user of the first mobile terminal is used to mark the unfamiliar communication identification by the large class is indicated, so that the information is divided into M large classes, wherein M is not a fixed value but corresponds to the number of the divided large classes or the divided small classes, and the technical effect that the division of industry classes is more accurate is achieved through the scheme.
As another optional embodiment, the classifying the industry categories to which the tag information belongs to obtain M corresponding industry categories specifically includes:
dividing the label information into N major classes, wherein each major class comprises at least one minor class, and N is a positive integer;
judging whether each large class contains a first subclass, wherein the probability that a user in the first mobile terminal marks the unfamiliar communication identification by using the first subclass is larger than the preset probability;
if the first subclass exists, taking the first subclass under the corresponding major class as one industry class in the M industry classes;
and if the first small class does not exist, taking the corresponding large class as one industry class in the M industry classes.
Specifically, when the label information is classified, some label information is classified into major categories and some label information is classified into minor categories. The preset probability is, for example: 30%, 40%, etc., different preset probabilities may be set according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. Taking the preset probability as 60% as an example, wherein the probability of occurrence of a subclass Jingdong express under the major express class is 66.7%, in this case, the subclass Jingdong express can be included in the M industry classes, in addition, whether the class of the major express contains other classes besides the subclass Jingdong express can be considered, if so, the major express class is also taken as one industry class in the M industry classes, otherwise, the major express class does not need to be taken as one industry class in the M industry classes; while under the big head category, no subclass is included at all, then this big head category can be included in the M industry categories without including the subclass under the big head category.
In step S303, the first score value of each industry category may be determined in various manners, and two of them are listed below for introduction, which is not limited to the following two cases in the specific implementation process.
The manner in which the first score value for each industry category is determined is: and adding the labels of each industry category to obtain a first score value of the corresponding industry category, wherein taking the industry categories shown in table 1 as an example, the first score value of the hunting head is as follows: and 3, the first score value of the promotion is 1, the first score value of the express delivery is 2, the first score value of the house agency is 2, and the first score value of the bank is 3. Wherein the tags under each industry category include: the tag information of the L unfamiliar communication identifiers identified by the unfamiliar communication identifier number library and the tag information set by the user of the first mobile terminal for marking the L unfamiliar communication identifiers.
The manner of determining the first score value for each industry category is two: determining a first number of communication records contained by each industry category; determining a second number of tagged records that each industry category contains; and adding the product of the first quantity and the first weight value and the product of the second quantity and the second weight value to obtain a first scoring value corresponding to the industry category. Wherein the tags under each industry category include: the tag information of the L unfamiliar communication identifiers identified by the unfamiliar communication identifier number library and the tag information set by the user of the first mobile terminal for marking the L unfamiliar communication identifiers.
Because the importance of the communication record is different from that of the mark record, different weight values can be set for the communication record and the mark record, and then a more accurate first scoring value is determined. Normally, since the first tag list is used for the user to mark the strange communication identifier, the second weight value of the mark record may be set higher, for example: the first weight value is 1, and the second weight value is 2, and of course, in the specific implementation process, other first weight values and second weight values may also be set, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Further, taking the industry category shown in table 1 as an example, the first score of the hunting head is: and 4, the first score value of the promotion is 1, the first score value of the express delivery is 3, the first score value of the house agency is 3, and the first score value of the bank is 5.
In step S304, the first score values of each industry category may be arranged in order from high to low, so as to determine the category ranking of each industry category, wherein the higher the first score value is, the higher the priority of the corresponding industry category is. Taking the first score value of each industry category determined in the above-mentioned manner of determining the first score value of each industry category as an example, it may be determined that the priority ranking is: the method comprises the steps of banking, hunting, express delivery, house property intermediary and sales promotion.
There may be a case where the first score values of the two industry categories are the same (for example, the above courier and the house property broker), in which case the priority of the two industry categories may be determined in various ways, and the following two ways are listed for description, and of course, the specific implementation process is not limited to the following two cases.
The priority of two industry categories is determined: if the first scoring values of a first industry category and a second industry category are the same, determining a first time for generating the history tag record based on the unfamiliar communication identifier of the first industry category and a second time for generating the history tag record based on the unfamiliar communication identifier of the second industry category;
comparing the distance between the first time and the second time and the current time;
when the first time is close to the current time, the first industry category ordering priority is higher than the second industry category;
when the second time is close to the current time, the second industry category sorting priority is higher than the first industry category.
Taking the first business category as an example of express delivery, the unfamiliar communication labels included in the first business category and the time for generating the history tag record based on each unfamiliar communication label are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Unfamiliar communication identification Time of day
tel3 20150615
Tel7 20150516
tel12 20150806
Its first time is the time at which the most recent history tag record was generated based on the first business category, i.e., 20150806;
taking the second industry category as a property broker for example, the unfamiliar communication tags and the time at which the history tag record is generated based on each unfamiliar communication tag are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
Unfamiliar communication identification Time of day
tel6 20150416
tel11 20150706
Then its second time is the time at which the most recent history tag record was generated based on the second industry category, 20150706;
as can be seen, the first time is closer to the current time, which means that there is a communication record or a tag record based on the first business category recently, and therefore the priority of the first business category is set higher, based on which the priority ranking determined in step S304 can be optimized as: a bank, a hunting head, an express, a house agency and a sales promotion; and if the second time is close to the current time, the communication record or the mark record exists based on the second industry category recently, and the priority of the second industry category is set to be higher.
The way of determining the priority of two industry categories is two: and comparing the quantity of the mark records of the two industry categories, and further determining that the industry category with the high quantity of the mark records has high priority. Since the tag record is generated by the user of the first mobile terminal, the usage habit of the user of the first mobile terminal is more reflected, and thus, when the first score values of the two industry categories are the same, the industry category with the large number of tag records has a higher priority. Also taking the prioritization determined in step S304 as an example, where the number of the marks of the express delivery is 0, and the number of the marks of the property broker is 1, the priority of the property broker is higher, so the prioritization in step S304 is optimized as follows: the method comprises the steps of banking, hunting, house property intermediary, express delivery, sales and marketing.
In step S203, the first tag list in various forms may be generated in various manners based on the category ranking, and two of the first tag list are listed below for introduction, which is not limited to the following two cases in the specific implementation process.
First, the first tag list specifically includes: the S tags corresponding to the industry category located at the top S are sorted, and in this case, the priority sorting of the S tags may not be included in the determined first tag list, or may also be included in the priority sorting of the S tags. When the user of the first mobile terminal needs to mark the unfamiliar communication identification, the S labels are directly displayed on the display unit of the first mobile terminal, and then the user of the first mobile terminal can select one label from the S labels to mark the unfamiliar communication identification; and if the priority ranking of the S tags is also contained in the first tag list, the S tags can be displayed on the display unit of the first mobile terminal from high to low according to the priority ranking.
Second, the first tag list includes: the number of the tags is larger than S, and the priority order of each tag is usually larger than S, in this case, S tags which are ranked in the top S position can be determined from the tags and displayed on the display unit of the first mobile terminal based on the default setting of the first mobile terminal or the selection operation of the user of the first mobile terminal, in this case, the value of S is not fixed, and if the size of the display unit of the first mobile terminal is smaller, the value of S can be set to be smaller; whereas if the size of the display unit of the first mobile terminal is large, the S value may be set large, and so on.
As an optional embodiment, in step S203, the generating a first tag list based on the category ranking specifically includes: determining the identity label of each industry category, wherein when a certain industry category comprises at least two identity labels with the same or similar word senses, the identity label with the highest use frequency of the user of the first mobile terminal is selected as the identity label of the corresponding industry category; generating the first list of tags based on the identity tags for each industry category and the category rankings.
For example, for the same industry category, there may be a plurality of identity tags with the same word meaning, for example, for the industry category "fraud", such as "fraud phone", "fraudster", etc., for the industry category "education", such as "training", "education", etc., wherein different users are used to different identity tags, in which case, the identity tag with the largest number of occurrences may be selected as the identity tag of the corresponding industry category according to the number of occurrences of each identity tag of the same industry category in the tag record generated by the user of the first mobile terminal.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises: when the user communicates with any strange communication identifier or after the user communicates with the strange communication identifier, S tags which are arranged at the top S position in the first tag list are displayed on a display unit of the first mobile terminal, so that the user marks the strange communication identifier based on the S tags, and S is a positive integer.
For example, when S tags are displayed, the S tags may be displayed in an order from high to low according to priority, or the S tags may be randomly displayed, where if the first tag list includes more than S tags, other tags than the S tags may be displayed in a pull-down menu manner, and then other tags than the S tags may be displayed on the display unit of the mobile terminal by triggering of the user of the first mobile terminal.
It has been described above that the method may be applied to a network server or a first mobile terminal, wherein different processing may be performed for the scheme based on the device to which the method is applied, and the following description is separately provided.
The first method is applied to a network server, and the method further comprises: when the first mobile terminal accesses the network server, judging whether the network server has the first label list or not; when the first label list exists, sending the first label list to the first mobile terminal; and when the first label list does not exist, sending a default label list to the first mobile terminal, wherein the default label list is a label list generated based on the historical label records of a plurality of users.
For example, the network server may arrange or collect history tag records reported by the first mobile terminal by itself, and then count the history tag records at preset time intervals (e.g., 1 day, 2 days, etc.), wherein if the number of history tag records of the first mobile terminal obtained by the network server is greater than a preset number (e.g., 10, 20, etc.), a first tag list for the first mobile terminal is generated based on the history tag records; and if the number of the historical label records is less than the preset number or no historical label records of the first mobile terminal are collected at all, not generating the first label list.
When the first mobile terminal accesses the network, the network server can actively or based on the request of the first mobile terminal send a tag list to the first mobile terminal, so that the user of the first mobile terminal marks the strange communication identification; the network server can firstly judge whether the network server contains a first label list, and if the network server contains the first label list, the network server sends the first label list to the first mobile terminal; and if the first mobile terminal does not contain the first label list, sending the default label list to the first mobile terminal. By the scheme, the efficiency of marking the unfamiliar communication identification by the first mobile terminal can be improved when the first tag list exists in the first mobile terminal, and meanwhile, the fact that the user of the first mobile terminal can mark the unfamiliar communication identification through the default tag list can be guaranteed when the first tag list does not exist in the first mobile terminal.
Wherein the default tag list is generated by: and integrating historical label records of all users to score the industry categories, and sequencing the scores of each industry category from high to low to generate a final default label.
Assume that the default tag list is: "promote", "house property intermediary", "express", "take away", "taxi driver", "fraud", the user of the first mobile terminal is marked tel4, because the default label list does not include the identity label of "bank", in this case, the user of the first mobile terminal needs to manually input the identity label, which in many cases results in the user of the first mobile terminal abandoning the marking of the strange communication identification; in this case, the user of the first mobile terminal directly selects the "bank" to mark the corresponding unfamiliar communication identifier, so that the marking efficiency of the unfamiliar communication identifier is improved.
Secondly, the method is applied to the first mobile terminal, and further, in step S202, determining the industry category ranking based on the first score value of each industry category specifically includes:
receiving a second score value sent by a network server, wherein the second score value is the score value of each industry list in a second label list, and the second label list is used for marking the unfamiliar communication identification of the first mobile terminal by the user;
and updating the second scoring value based on the historical label record, and further obtaining the industry category sequencing.
For example, the network server may obtain a history tag record of the first mobile terminal in a certain period of time, and then count a second tag list and a second score value corresponding to each industry category in the second tag list based on the history tag record; however, the network server may send the second tag list and the second score value to the first mobile terminal, and the first mobile terminal may continue to count the individual tag list of the first mobile terminal in combination with the more accurate second score value and the second tag list counted by the network server. For example: the first mobile terminal may obtain a score value of each industry category based on the history tag record between the time of obtaining the second tag list and the current time, and then combine the score value with the second score value to obtain a first score value of each industry category. By the scheme, the historical label records do not need to be uploaded to the network server every time, and the first label list issued by the network server does not need to be received every time, so that the technical effect of reducing the data transmission burden is achieved.
