本发明涉及一种止水抗老化电缆,包括包芯层,所述包芯层外侧依次设有防水层、抗老化层,所述包芯层、防水层之间设有第一绝缘层、阻燃层、编织绳层、屏蔽层,且所述第一绝缘层、阻燃层、编织绳层、屏蔽层依次从内到外设置,所述包芯层内设有电缆芯线,所述电缆芯线由金属线芯、第一绝缘层构成,所述防水层由依次从内到外的防水透气膜、吸水树脂层、尼龙层构成,所述防水层、抗老化层之间设有弹性橡胶层,所述弹性橡胶层外侧固定连接有弹性绳,所述抗老化层由依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层、聚四氟乙烯层构成,整体结构具有较好的防水止水功能,同时具有较好的抗弯曲能力抗老化能力,有效提高了电缆的使用寿命。

一种止水抗老化电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种止水抗老化电缆,属于电缆设备领域。
背景技术
电缆用以传输电能,信息和实现电磁能转换的线材产品,广义的电线电缆亦简称为电缆,狭义的电缆是指绝缘电缆,现有的架空电缆,内部多为简单的软钢丝绞线,无法满足在大力拉起架空的情况下仍能恢复到原来状态,简单的绝缘的层,无法阻止架空电缆在长期各种雨雪天气加速外层老化,同时电缆在运输或使用过程中,电缆上的保护套层易出现因弯折而导致局部保护套层出现裂缝的情况,这样在使用过程中,水分易从裂缝中渗入到电缆内部并与导体接触且造成电缆短路的情况,严重降低了该电缆的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种止水抗老化电缆,具有较好的防水止水功能,同时具有较好的抗弯曲能力抗老化能力,有效提高了电缆的使用寿命,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种止水抗老化电缆,包括包芯层,所述包芯层外侧依次设有防水层、抗老化层,所述包芯层、防水层之间设有第一绝缘层、阻燃层、编织绳层、屏蔽层,且所述第一绝缘层、阻燃层、编织绳层、屏蔽层依次从内到外设置,所述包芯层内设有电缆芯线,所述电缆芯线由金属线芯、第二绝缘层构成,所述防水层由依次从内到外的防水透气膜、吸水树脂层、尼龙层构成,所述防水层、抗老化层之间设有弹性橡胶层,所述弹性橡胶层外侧固定连接有弹性绳,所述抗老化层由依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层、聚四氟乙烯层构成。
进一步而言,所述编织绳层由编织绳编织而成。
进一步而言,所述弹性橡胶层上设有嵌槽,所述弹性绳固定连接在嵌槽内。
进一步而言,所述电缆芯线设置为四根,所述电缆芯线之间填充有石棉纤维。
进一步而言,所述防水层的厚度设置为2mm。
进一步而言,所述抗老化层外侧还涂布有氨基聚乙烯醇乳化沥青防水涂层。
本发明有益效果:一种止水抗老化电缆,通过设置依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层、聚四氟乙烯层构成的抗老化层,其中聚四氟乙烯层具有较好的耐腐蚀能力,抗老化橡胶层具有较好的耐磨耐老化能力,提高了电缆的抗老化能力,利用依次从内到外的防水透气膜、吸水树脂层、尼龙层构成的防水层,具有较好的吸水防水能力,可以有效防止水浸入电缆芯线内部,通过设置的绝缘层、屏蔽层提高了电缆的绝缘屏蔽性能,通过弹性橡胶层提高了电缆的抗弯曲性能,整体结构具有较好的防水止水功能,同时具有较好的抗弯曲能力抗老化能力,有效提高了电缆的使用寿命。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-4所示,一种止水抗老化电缆,包括包芯层1,所述包芯层1外侧依次设有防水层2、抗老化层3,所述包芯层1、防水层2之间设有第一绝缘层4、阻燃层5、编织绳层6、屏蔽层7,且所述第一绝缘层4、阻燃层5、编织绳层6、屏蔽层7依次从内到外设置,所述包芯层1内设有电缆芯线11,所述电缆芯线11由金属线芯12、第二绝缘层13构成,所述防水层2由依次从内到外的防水透气膜15、吸水树脂层16、尼龙层17构成,其中防水透气膜15可以有效减少水的伸入,吸水树脂层16可以对水分进行吸收,尼龙层17具有较好的防水作用,利用依次从内到外的防水透气膜15、吸水树脂层16、尼龙层17构成的防水层2,具有较好的吸水防水能力,可以有效防止水浸入电缆芯线11内部,所述防水层2、抗老化层3之间设有弹性橡胶层8,所述弹性橡胶层8外侧固定连接有弹性绳10,所述抗老化层3由依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层18、聚四氟乙烯层19构成,通过设置依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层18、聚四氟乙烯层19构成的抗老化层3,其中聚四氟乙烯层19具有较好的耐腐蚀能力,抗老化橡胶层18具有较好的耐磨耐老化能力,提高了电缆的抗老化能力。
更具体而言,所述编织绳层6由编织绳9编织而成,所述弹性橡胶层8上设有嵌槽,所述弹性绳10固定连接在嵌槽内,所述电缆芯线11设置为四根,所述电缆芯线11之间填充有石棉纤维14,所述防水层2的厚度设置为2mm,所述抗老化层3外侧还涂布有氨基聚乙烯醇乳化沥青防水涂层。
本发明改进于:一种止水抗老化电缆,通过设置依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层18、聚四氟乙烯层19构成的抗老化层3,其中聚四氟乙烯层19具有较好的耐腐蚀能力,抗老化橡胶层18具有较好的耐磨耐老化能力,提高了电缆的抗老化能力,利用依次从内到外的防水透气膜15、吸水树脂层16、尼龙层17构成的防水层2,具有较好的吸水防水能力,可以有效防止水浸入电缆芯线11内部,通过设置的绝缘层、屏蔽层7提高了电缆的绝缘屏蔽性能,通过弹性橡胶层8提高了电缆的抗弯曲性能,整体结构具有较好的防水止水功能,同时具有较好的抗弯曲能力抗老化能力,有效提高了电缆的使用寿命。

1.一种止水抗老化电缆,包括包芯层(1),其特征在于:所述包芯层(1)外侧依次设有防水层(2)、抗老化层(3),所述包芯层(1)、防水层(2)之间设有第一绝缘层(4)、阻燃层(5)、编织绳层(6)、屏蔽层(7),且所述第一绝缘层(4)、阻燃层(5)、编织绳层(6)、屏蔽层(7)依次从内到外设置,所述包芯层(1)内设有电缆芯线(11),所述电缆芯线(11)由金属线芯(12)、第二绝缘层(13)构成,所述防水层(2)由依次从内到外的防水透气膜(15)、吸水树脂层(16)、尼龙层(17)构成,所述防水层(2)、抗老化层(3)之间设有弹性橡胶层(8),所述弹性橡胶层(8)外侧固定连接有弹性绳(10),所述抗老化层(3)由依次从内到外设置的抗老化橡胶层(18)、聚四氟乙烯层(19)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种止水抗老化电缆,其特征在于:所述编织绳层(6)由编织绳(9)编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种止水抗老化电缆,其特征在于:所述弹性橡胶层(8)上设有嵌槽,所述弹性绳(10)固定连接在嵌槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种止水抗老化电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆芯线(11)设置为四根,所述电缆芯线(11)之间填充有石棉纤维(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种止水抗老化电缆,其特征在于:所述防水层(2)的厚度设置为2mm。
