技术领域
本发明涉及一种电信号传输的电缆,尤其涉及一种可增强电缆耐酸、耐碱性的保护套。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。
电缆主要由以下4部分组成。①导电线心:用高电导率材料(铜或铝)制成。根据敷设使用条件对电缆柔软程度的要求,每根线心可能由单根导线或多根导线绞合而成。②绝缘层:用作电缆的绝缘材料应当具有高的绝缘电阻,高的击穿电场强度,低的介质损耗和低的介电常数。电缆中常用的绝缘材料有油浸纸、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯纤维、交联聚乙烯纤维、橡皮等。电缆常以绝缘材料分类,例如油浸纸绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯电缆、交联聚乙烯纤维电缆等。③密封护套:保护绝缘线心免受机械、水分、潮气、化学物品、光等的损伤。对于易受潮的绝缘,一般采用铅或铝挤压密封护套。④保护覆盖层:用以保护密封护套免受机械损伤。一般采用镀锌钢带、钢丝或铜带、铜丝等作为铠甲包绕在护套外(称铠装电缆),铠装层同时起电场屏蔽和防止外界电磁波干扰的作用。为了避免钢带、钢丝受周围媒质的腐蚀,一般在它们外面涂以沥青或包绕浸渍黄麻层或挤压聚乙烯纤维、聚氯乙烯套。
在复杂的海底环境中,电缆要随时受到海水的冲刷,再加上海水成分复杂,腐蚀力强,电缆容易受到海水的腐蚀,使用寿命大大缩短。
发明内容
为了克服现有电缆无法达到海底环境要求的缺陷,本发明提供了一种用于海底的电缆保护套,在现有电缆上套上该保护套,对电缆进行很好的保护,大大提高电缆的耐酸,耐碱能力,延长电缆的使用寿命。
一种用于海底的电缆保护套,其特征在于:包括连续玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维、聚乙烯纤维醇纤维和聚乙烯纤维,连续玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维和聚乙烯纤维醇纤维复合在聚乙烯纤维上,以重量百分比计:
连续玄武岩纤维:15%~35%
聚酯纤维:5%~10%
聚乙烯纤维醇纤维:8%~23%
聚乙烯纤维:66%~85%。
以重量百分比计:
连续玄武岩纤维:25%~40%
聚酯纤维:6%~12%
聚乙烯纤维醇纤维:12%~23%
聚乙烯纤维:69%~85%。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的加强护套由于是由连续玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维和聚乙烯纤维醇纤维复合在聚乙烯纤维上,连续玄武岩纤维大大护套的耐酸性和耐碱性,同时还增加了护套的抗高温和抗低温的性能,将护套套在电缆上,能够使得电缆用于复杂的海底环境中,能够承受海水的腐蚀和冲刷,大大延长了电缆的使用寿命。
