Thin film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs) are one of many liquid crystal displays, which use thin film transistor technology to improve image quality and are used in televisions, flat panel displays, and projectors.
In the manufacturing process of the organic light emitting layer, before the substrate enters the evaporation machine, the substrate needs to be cleaned by the cleaning machine and baked by the baking oven. The baking OVEN is an infrared baking OVEN (IR OVEN), the principle of the infrared baking OVEN is to heat and dry the glass substrate by directly transferring heat by utilizing the electromagnetic radiation heat transfer principle, and the baking is to bake the substrate after cleaning is finished, remove the moisture on the surface of the substrate and provide a dried substrate for the subsequent process.
In order to realize the uniformity of irradiation of infrared rays on the glass substrate, a mode of supporting the glass substrate by a thimble is mostly adopted at present. The infrared baking oven generally has two, each oven has 24 layers, and each layer includes a heating substrate (Heater Plate) and a Support Pin (Glass Support Pin).

The outer diameter of the substrate 4 is larger than the inner diameter of the rectangular ring frame and smaller than the outer diameter of the rectangular ring frame, so that the substrate 4 is ensured not to fall off when being placed on the support frame 2. In addition, those skilled in the art may set the structure of the support frame 2 according to the shape of the substrate 4, which is not limited herein.
The fixed frame 5 is arranged opposite to the support frame 2 and is arranged above the support frame 2 in a lifting manner.

Specifically, the horizontal bracket 6 includes two or more linear brackets parallel to each other and a connecting member 63. In this embodiment, the horizontal bracket 6 includes a first linear bracket 61 and a second linear bracket 62, which are connected by a connecting member 63. The first linear support 61 and the second linear support 62 are used for carrying the substrate 4 into the baking oven.
In the present embodiment, the number of the through holes 22 is set according to the number of the linear supports, and when the number of the linear supports is 2, the number of the through holes 22 is set to two through holes. The through holes include a first through hole 221 and a second through hole 222, wherein the first linear bracket 61 can slidably pass through the first through hole 221, and the second linear bracket can slidably pass through the second through hole 222.
The translation device 7 is arranged outside the support frame 2 and is connected to the horizontal support 6 for controlling the horizontal support 6 to move in the horizontal direction.
The lifting device 8 is disposed outside the supporting frame 2 and connected to the horizontal bracket 6 for controlling the horizontal bracket 6 to move up and down.
The second lifting device 9 is disposed outside the support frame 2 and connected to the fixed frame 5 for controlling the vertical movement of the fixed frame 5.
The translation device 7, the lifting device 8, and the second lifting device 9 are all controllable manipulators, and send instructions through a control unit (not shown), so as to execute the instructions. In this embodiment, the principle of the control unit is not described in detail.
In operation, when the substrate 4 is baked, the horizontal bracket 6 is fed into the baking oven by the translation device 7, one end of the horizontal bracket 6 is arranged outside the supporting frame 2, and the other end of the horizontal bracket 6 passes through the through hole 22 and extends into the cavity 3. When the horizontal bracket 6 is opposed to the through hole 22, the elevating device 8 moves the horizontal bracket 6 downward so that the horizontal bracket 6 reaches the position of the through hole 22 and the edge of the substrate 4 is placed on the top surface of the support frame 2. After the placing, before the horizontal bracket 6 is translated out of the baking oven, in order to prevent the horizontal bracket 6 from touching the substrate 4, the lifting device 8 will descend by about 0.5mm, and then the horizontal bracket 6 is sent out of the baking oven by controlling the translation device 7.
At this time, the fixing frame 5 is lowered to the lowest position by the second lifting device 9, and a substrate 4 is clamped between the upper surface of the supporting frame 2 and the lower surface of the fixing frame 5, referring to fig. 2, so that the substrate 4 is prevented from collapsing due to heat during the baking process, and the yield of the substrate 4 is ensured. In this embodiment, the fixed frame 5 is lowered to the lowest position by the second elevating device 9, where the lowest position is a position where the substrate 4 is clamped between the fixed frame 5 and the supporting frame 2 when the lower surface of the supporting frame 2 is tangent to the upper surface of the substrate 4.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that the part of the substrate 4 clamped by the supporting frame 2 and the fixing frame 5 can be baked, the supporting frame 2 and the fixing frame 5 are made of heat-conducting materials, so that the direct contact of the supporting thimble in the prior art can be eliminated, various scratches on the surface of the substrate 4 can be avoided, and meanwhile, the phenomenon of uneven display caused by uneven heating can be avoided, so that the brightness of the display is uniform, and the yield of the substrate 4 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment further provides a method for operating a baking oven, which includes steps S1-S11.

The horizontal bracket 6 is connected with a translation device 7, and the substrate 4 is fed into the baking oven by controlling the translation device 7. When the horizontal bracket 6 is positioned above the supporting frame 2, the position of the first linear bracket 61 of the horizontal bracket 6 is translated to correspond to the position of the first through hole 221, and the position of the second linear bracket 62 corresponds to the position of the second through hole 222, so that the subsequent process can be conveniently implemented.
