技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的、用于水平调节的压力介质供给装置。
背景技术
文献EP 2 813 416 A2描述了一种用于车辆座舱的水平调节的压力介质供给装置。在所述压力介质供给装置中包括填充有压力介质的、作为压力源的存储器,在所述存储器的下游布置有供给阀。所述存储器用作缓冲器并且由泵或者压缩机来馈给。
在所述供给阀的下游以并联方式布置有多个分配阀,也就是说每个分配阀都与所述供给阀相连接并且能够在通流位置与闭锁位置之间进行切换。所述分配阀对压力介质从所述供给阀出发到在该实施方式中形式为气动弹簧的支撑总成的选择性的流入过程进行调节。在文献EP 2 813 416 A2中,所述压力介质供给装置的每种实施变型方案都包括至少一个供给阀和至少两个分配阀。如果所述压力介质供给装置仅仅包括两个分配阀,那么原则上各两个支撑总成在不取决于所述供给阀的转换位置的情况下彼此相连接。即使所述分配阀相对于所述供给阀处于闭锁位置中,也能够在两个相连的支撑总成之间交换压力介质。由于所连接的压力介质-空间对于气态的压力介质来说存在着弹簧刚度,所述弹簧刚度由两个支撑总成的总压力介质-空间来构成。另一个缺点在于,对于偏心的重心位置来说会发生座舱的倾斜状态。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,对用于压力介质供给装置的设备方面的耗费进行优化。
该任务通过以下方式来得到解决,即:阀组件包括唯一的、用于选择性地对至少三个支撑总成进行操控的分配阀。
本发明与所提到的现有技术相比节省了至少一个分配阀,这由于减少的阀数量以及所述阀之间的管路区段的更小的数量而简化了装配过程。
在另一种有利的设计方案中,所述供给阀朝所述分配阀的方向具有闭锁位置。通过这个闭锁位置能够将所述支撑总成与所述压力源分隔开,从而瞬时的水平位置在实际上被冻结。由此,比如能够执行紧急运行功能。
另一项用于简化压力介质供给装置的措施在于,所述供给阀能够占据用于所有支撑总成的排放位置。由此,能够利用唯一的阀来将所有支撑总成排空。
按照一项有利的从属权利要求,所述分配阀具有多个通流位置,在所述通流位置中各一条流动通道能够相互地通流并且通往另外的支撑总成的接头被阻塞。尽管如此,通过这种简单的阀结构能够选择性地操控每个支撑总成。
所述分配阀有利地构造为旋转滑阀。旋转滑阀在构造方面非常简单并且能够在调节范围内无级地调节。
在另一种有利的设计方案中,所述分配阀能够以电动的方式进行操纵。伴随着结构形式为电磁线圈的致动器以及电枢,耗费明显地更大。
作为另一项用于简化整体系统的措施,通过所述分配阀的共同的接头来操控两个支撑总成,并且分别通过单独的接头来操控另外的支撑总成。由此减少所述分配阀的转换位置的数量。
可选地,在所述单独的接头处的两个支撑总成能够分别具有一相连的、用于对水平位置进行检测的传感装置,并且在所述共同的接头处的两个支撑总成能够具有共同的传感装置。相对于最佳的水平测量的可能的偏差与所述传感装置的节省相比可以忽略不计。

唯一的附图示出了具有压力介质供给装置3的水平调节系统1的等效图,所述压力介质供给装置3在这种实施方式中包括以压缩机结合存储器7的形式来构成的压力源5。原则上也能够考虑液压的压力介质供给装置。
在所述压力介质供给装置的下游朝多个支撑总成9-15、比如气动弹簧的方向布置有供给阀17。在功能上在所述供给阀17与所述支撑总成9-15之间布置有唯一的、作为整个阀组件17、19的一部分的分配阀19,所述整个阀组件17、19仅仅包括所述供给阀17和所述分配阀19。利用所述分配阀19可以选择性地操控至少三个支撑总成,以便调节比如车辆座舱的水平位置。
所述供给阀17构造为3位/3通换向阀并且朝所述分配阀19的方向具有闭锁位置“b”。通过所述闭锁位置“b”可以阻塞所有另外的、通往所述支撑总成9-15的流动连接。
在排放位置“c”中,能够排出用于所有支撑总成9-15的压力介质。对于使用压缩空气的压力介质供给装置来说,被排放的空气逸出到室外。
所述分配阀19具有多个通流位置“x”、“y”、“z”,在所述通流位置中各一条流动通道能够相互地通流并且在所述通流位置中通往另外的支撑总成9-15的接头“1”、“2”、“3”被阻塞。
所述分配阀19以及所述供给阀17也构造为旋转滑阀并且以电动的方式进行操纵。

两个支撑总成13、15能够通过所述分配阀19的共同的接头“3”来操控。在此,本发明的用于座舱支承的应用是两个与座舱前部对置的支撑总成13、15。分别通过单独的接头“1”、“2”来控制处于所述座舱前部的区域中的两个支撑总成9、11。
在所述单独的接头“1”、“2”处的两个支撑总成9、11、也就是处于所述座舱前部的区域中的支撑总成分别具有自身的、用于对水平位置进行检测的传感装置33、35。而在所述共同的接头“3”处的两个支撑总成13、15则具有共同的传感装置37,但是该传感装置也在空间上直接配属于所述支撑总成13、15其中之一。
在激活所述压力介质供给装置3时,所述供给阀17从所示出的闭锁位置出发占据转换位置“a”,从而向所述分配阀19输送压力介质。在时间上进行所述激活的同时,所述支撑总成9-13上的传感装置33-37检测相应的水平位置。控制机构39从所述传感装置33-37的信号中计算座舱相对于基准面的水平偏差。根据所述偏差,所述分配阀19通过所述电动马达31来操纵并且为与所述支撑总成9-13相连的接头“1”-“3”其中之一释放流动通道,其中所述支撑总成9-13的传感装置已经确定了偏差。在此,所述分配阀19占据着所述转换位置“x”、“y”或者“z”其中之一。如果对于所有支撑总成来说在公差范围之内存在着力求达到的水平位置,那就能够通过所述供给阀来固定这种水平位置。所述力求达到的水平位置关于车行道不一定总是平行地伸展。因此,比如如果将座舱设计为卧舱,那么比如处于斜面上的车辆就可能要求水平的座舱支撑部。

Claims (8)

1.一种压力介质供给装置,其包括压力源(5),在所述压力源(5)的下游布置有供给阀(17),所述供给阀(17)又与用于将压力介质分配给多个支撑总成(9-15)的阀组件(19)相连接,其特征在于,所述阀组件包括唯一的、用于选择性地对至少三个支撑总成(9-15)进行操控的分配阀(19)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,所述供给阀(17)朝所述分配阀(19)的方向具有闭锁位置(“b”)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,所述供给阀(17)能够占据用于所有支撑总成(9-15)的排放位置(“c”)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,所述分配阀(19)具有多个通流位置(“x”、“y”、“z”),在所述通流位置中各一条流动通道能够相互地通流并且通往另外的支撑总成(9-15)的接头(“1”、“2”、“3”)被阻塞。
5.按照权利要求1所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,分配阀(19)构造为旋转滑阀。
6.按照权利要求1所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,所述分配阀(19)能够以电动的方式进行操纵。
7.按照权利要求1所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,两个支撑总成(13、15)通过所述分配阀(19)的共同的接头(“3”)来操控,并且两个另外的支撑总成(9、11)分别通过单独的接头(“1”、“2”)来操控。
8.按照权利要求7所述的压力介质供给装置,其特征在于,在所述单独的接头(“1”、“2”)处的两个支撑总成(9、11)分别具有一相连的、用于对水平位置进行检测的传感装置(33、35),并且在所述共同的接头(“3”)处的两个支撑总成(13、15)具有共同的传感装置(37)。
