本发明提出了一种超耐磨型地毯带,包括地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层,主要由以下原料制备得到:高性能纤维布、PTFE加强丝、浸渍液、炭黑、乙烯基硅油、生胶、耐磨橡胶和偶联剂;本发明采用高性能纤维布做地毯带基布,并通过灼烧和偶联剂预处理从而对高性能纤维布进行改性,以达到提高复合面的结合强度,并能耐一定高温,且不变色的目的;采用改性热熔胶对玻璃纤维布和PTFE加强丝层的相容,粘结复合效果好,具有抗拉强度高和耐高温性能;缓冲层采用炭黑、乙烯基硅油、生胶以及铂催化剂通过一配比经混炼后的硅胶,在设备上低温硫化成型,使产品具有耐高低温、强度高、韧性好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,具体为一种超耐磨型地毯带及其制备方法。
背景技术
化纤地毯以尼龙地毯居多,用尼龙织造的地毯耐久性好,耐拉伸、耐曲折、耐破损性能较好,价格低廉,比较适合铺在走廊、楼梯、客厅等走动频繁的区域。尼龙地毯容易产生静电,而且不耐热、易燃烧、易污染。
化纤地毯按其织法地毯厂不同可分为:簇绒地毯、针刺地毯、机织地毯、方块地毯,编结地毯、粘结地毯、静地植绒地毯等等。
化纤地毯与地毯公司手工羊毛地毯相比,具有质量轻、耐磨、色彩鲜艳。富有弹性、步履轻便、铺设家居地毯简便等优点。此外,化纤地毯比手工羊毛地毯便宜。
在选取地毯时,有诸多因素是需要人们考虑的:
耐磨性:作为地面装饰材料,地毯在方块地毯使用过程中会受到磨损,使表面的绒毛层磨去PVC地毯而露出背衬,所以耐磨性越好,地毯的使用寿命越长。一般织地毯时所用绒线质量越好,绒毛长度越长,地毯的耐磨性越好。对于手工羊毛地毯,道数越多,地毯越致密,耐磨性也越好。
弹性:地毯铺设使用后,会受到家具的重压,人们在其上行走也会施加压力,弹性不好的地毯,其厚度红地毯就会减少,使地毯的平整度降低。一般化纤地毯的弹性不及纯毛地毯,丙纶地毯的弹性不及睛纶地毯。目前我国生产的化纤地毯的弹性尚未赶上汽车地毯国际同类产品的水平。
粘合力:粘合力是衡量地毯的绒毛在背衬上粘结的牢固程度的。
现有地毯带所采用的材料如CN201611106519.3,该发明公开了一种耐磨的抗静电地毯,由内芯、抗静电层和耐磨层组成,所述内芯上层设有抗静电层,内芯下层设有耐磨层。该发明所述的耐磨的抗静电地毯结构简单易于实现,地毯表面不会产生静电,底部耐磨,任意拖拽也不会损坏地毯,地毯使用寿命长,经久耐用,性价比高。但该发明制备的地毯带仅考虑底部的耐磨性能要求,且未考虑地毯带各个复合层之间的联系,长期使用易出现各层分离的情况发生。
发明内容
本发明提出一种超耐磨型地毯带及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中表层材质不耐磨和各个复合层间连接不紧密的问题。
一种超耐磨型地毯带,包括地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层,主要由以下重量份数的原料制备得到:
高性能纤维布20-30份、PTFE加强丝35-50份、浸渍液15-25份、炭黑3-5份、乙烯基硅油10-15份、生胶5-10份、耐磨橡胶10-25份和偶联剂2-5份。
优选地,所述高性能纤维布由高性能玻璃纤维或金属细丝中的一种或多种经编织或混织得到。
优选地,所述浸渍液为悬浮聚四氟乙烯乳液。
优选地,超耐磨型地毯带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、基布预处理:将高性能纤维布经灼烧处理,并在灼烧后将高性能纤维布浸入偶联剂中,得到地毯基布;
b、缓冲层制备:将炭黑、乙烯基硅油和生胶在以铂为催化剂经混炼后得到硅胶,并将所得硅胶经低温硫化成型,制得缓冲层;
c、耐磨层制备:将一半的PTFE加强丝与耐磨橡胶经开松、混合、梳理和铺网工序形成均匀的纤网,再经针刺工序固结形成耐磨层;
d、复合层制备:将剩余的PTFE加强丝纺织成加强丝层,并通过热熔胶将经步骤a所得的地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层自下而上的粘接复合在一起。
优选地,步骤a中所述的偶联剂为硅烷树脂。
优选地,步骤a中高性能纤维布灼烧的温度为300-400℃,灼烧时间为20-150s。
优选地,步骤b中所述的乙烯基硅油具体为端乙烯基聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷。
优选地,步骤d中所述的热熔胶为加入石蜡和松香改性的改性热熔胶,加入的重量百分比具体为松香8-12%和石蜡2-3%。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明采用高性能纤维布做地毯带基布,并通过灼烧和偶联剂预处理从而对高性能纤维布进行改性,以达到提高复合面的结合强度,并能耐一定高温,且不变色的目的。
(2)本发明采用改性热熔胶对玻璃纤维布和PTFE加强丝层的相容,粘结复合效果好,具有抗拉强度高和耐高温性能。
(3)本发明缓冲层采用炭黑、乙烯基硅油、生胶以及铂催化剂通过一配比经混炼后的硅胶,在设备上低温硫化成型,使产品具有耐高低温、强度高、韧性好的特点。

实施例1
超耐磨型地毯带,包括地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层,主要由以下重量份数的原料制备得到:
高性能纤维布20份、PTFE加强丝50份、浸渍液15份、炭黑5份、乙烯基硅油10份、生胶10份、耐磨橡胶10份和偶联剂5份。
a、基布预处理:取高性能纤维布,在400℃下灼烧处理150s,并在灼烧后将高性能纤维布浸入硅烷树脂中,得到地毯基布;
b、缓冲层制备:将炭黑、端乙烯基聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷和生胶在以铂为催化剂经混炼后得到硅胶,并将所得硅胶经低温硫化成型,制得缓冲层;
c、耐磨层制备:将一半的PTFE加强丝与耐磨橡胶经开松、混合、梳理和铺网工序形成均匀的纤网,再经针刺工序固结形成耐磨层;
d、复合层制备:将剩余的PTFE加强丝纺织成加强丝层,并通过热熔胶将经步骤a所得的地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层自下而上的粘接复合在一起。
具体的,步骤d中所述的热熔胶为加入石蜡和松香改性的改性热熔胶,加入的重量百分比具体为松香8%和石蜡2%。
实施例2

a、基布预处理:称取高性能纤维布,在350℃下灼烧处理20s,并在灼烧后将高性能纤维布浸入硅烷树脂中,得到地毯基布;
b、缓冲层制备:将炭黑、端乙烯基聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷和生胶在以铂为催化剂经混炼后得到硅胶,并将所得硅胶经低温硫化成型,制得缓冲层;
c、耐磨层制备:将一半的PTFE加强丝与耐磨橡胶经开松、混合、梳理和铺网工序形成均匀的纤网,再经针刺工序固结形成耐磨层;
d、复合层制备:将剩余的PTFE加强丝纺织成加强丝层,并通过热熔胶将经步骤a所得的地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层自下而上的粘接复合在一起。

高性能纤维布25份、PTFE加强丝40份、浸渍液20份、炭黑4份、乙烯基硅油12份、生胶8份、耐磨橡胶20份和偶联剂4份。
a、基布预处理:称取高性能纤维布,在300℃下灼烧处理80s,并在灼烧后将高性能纤维布浸入硅烷树脂中,得到地毯基布;
b、缓冲层制备:将炭黑、端乙烯基聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷和生胶在以铂为催化剂经混炼后得到硅胶,并将所得硅胶经低温硫化成型,制得缓冲层;
c、耐磨层制备:将一半的PTFE加强丝与耐磨橡胶经开松、混合、梳理和铺网工序形成均匀的纤网,再经针刺工序固结形成耐磨层;
d、复合层制备:将剩余的PTFE加强丝纺织成加强丝层,并通过热熔胶将经步骤a所得的地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层自下而上的粘接复合在一起。
具体的,步骤d中所述的热熔胶为加入石蜡和松香改性的改性热熔胶,加入的重量百分比具体为松香10%和石蜡2%。
将实施例一、实施例二和实施例三制成的超耐磨型地毯带分别用毛刷进行刷磨,检测其耐磨性能;
将实施例一、实施例二和实施例三制成的超耐磨型地毯带分别置于50℃情况下2小时,再置于-10℃情况下2小时,重复上述3次后观察地毯带的开裂情况以及地毯带各复合层间是否出现分离情况。

高性能纤维布20-30份、PTFE加强丝35-50份、浸渍液15-25份、炭黑3-5份、乙烯基硅油10-15份、生胶5-10份、耐磨橡胶10-25份和偶联剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超耐磨型地毯带,其特征在于,所述高性能纤维布由高性能玻璃纤维或金属细丝中的一种或多种经编织或混织得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超耐磨型地毯带,其特征在于,所述浸渍液为悬浮聚四氟乙烯乳液。
4.如权利要求1所述的超耐磨型地毯带的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、基布预处理:将高性能纤维布经灼烧处理,并在灼烧后将高性能纤维布浸入偶联剂中,得到地毯基布;
b、缓冲层制备:将炭黑、乙烯基硅油和生胶在以铂为催化剂经混炼后得到硅胶,并将所得硅胶经低温硫化成型,制得缓冲层;
c、耐磨层制备:将一半的PTFE加强丝与耐磨橡胶经开松、混合、梳理和铺网工序形成均匀的纤网,再经针刺工序固结形成耐磨层;
d、复合层制备:将剩余的PTFE加强丝纺织成加强丝层,并通过热熔胶将经步骤a所得的地毯基布、加强丝层、缓冲层与耐磨层自下而上的粘接复合在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的超耐磨型地毯带,其特征在于,步骤a中所述的偶联剂为硅烷树脂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的超耐磨型地毯带,其特征在于,步骤a中高性能纤维布灼烧的温度为300-400℃,灼烧时间为20-150s。
7.根据权利要求4所述的超耐磨型地毯带,其特征在于,步骤b中所述的乙烯基硅油具体为端乙烯基聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷。
8.根据权利要求4所述的超耐磨型地毯带,其特征在于,步骤d中所述的热熔胶为加入石蜡和松香改性的改性热熔胶,加入的重量百分比具体为松香8-12%和石蜡2-3%。
