The physical ability indexes stored and calculated in the intelligent terminal are independent when the pedal group (6) is supported by the support (3) and when the bicycle (4) is supported by the support (3), and can be converted in a certain proportion.

the wheels of the bicycle (4) can be supported using the stand (3) such that the wheels of the bicycle (4) are off the ground; the support (3) can be arranged on the intelligent mobile terminal (1) to adjust the rotating resistance of the wheels of the bicycle (4); the support (3) can acquire the rotating speed of the wheels of the bicycle (4), and converts the rotating speed into speed data to be sent to the intelligent mobile terminal (1), the intelligent mobile terminal (1) comprehensively calculates physical performance index data of a user according to the resistance and the rotating speed of the wheels and the motion data of the intelligent bracelet (2), and the intelligent mobile terminal (1) displays suggested training time according to the physical performance index data and displays the suggested training time on a display screen of the intelligent mobile terminal (1);
the support (3) comprises a square bottom plate (31), and the bottom plate (31) is horizontally arranged; four corners of the bottom plate (31) are respectively provided with a first supporting leg (32), a second supporting leg (33), a third supporting leg and a fourth supporting leg which are arranged at an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal square, the first supporting leg (32) and the second supporting leg (33) are intersected in the same vertical plane and above the bottom plate (31), and a first supporting seat (34) is arranged at the intersection position; the third supporting leg and the fourth supporting leg are intersected in the same vertical plane and above the bottom plate (31), and a second supporting seat is arranged at the intersected position;
the first supporting seat (34) and the second supporting seat are used for supporting a rear wheel shaft (41) of the bicycle (4) and enabling a rear wheel of the bicycle (4) to be suspended;
a controller (35) and a resistance roller (36) which is horizontally arranged are arranged between the planes of the first supporting leg (32) and the second supporting leg (33) and the planes of the third supporting leg and the fourth supporting leg, and the controller (35) is connected with the resistance roller (36); the resistance roller (36) is made of rubber materials, the surface is rough, the resistance roller (36) is in contact with the rear wheel of the bicycle (4) when in use, and the resistance roller can not slide with the rear wheel of the bicycle (4);
a wireless transmission module is arranged in the controller (35), the controller (35) controls the rotation resistance of the resistance roller (36) according to the received signal of the intelligent mobile terminal (1), and the controller (35) can acquire the rotation speed of the resistance roller (36);
the controller (35) can send the rotating speed and the resistance of the resistance roller (36) to the intelligent mobile terminal (1) in real time;
the training module also comprises a detachable pedal group (6) and a transmission wheel (7); the pedal group (6) comprises a first pedal (61), a first thigh (62), a pedal shaft (63), a second thigh (64) and a second pedal (65) which are connected in sequence; the first pedal (61) and the pedal shaft (63) are respectively connected with two ends of a first thigh (62), and the second thigh (64) and the pedal shaft (63) are respectively connected with two ends of a second thigh (64); a first thigh (62) and a second thigh (64) are connected to both ends of the pedal shaft (63);
the angle between the first thigh (62) and the second thigh (64) can be adjusted and locked;
the first supporting seat (34) and the second supporting seat are also used for horizontally supporting and fixing the pedal shaft (63);

when the support (3) is used for supporting the bicycle (4), the intelligent mobile terminal (1) can select the use mode of the training module to comprise a physical ability detection mode and a physical ability training mode;
the physical ability detection mode works as follows:
the intelligent mobile terminal (1) collects data of the change of the heartbeat rate along with time, the change of the body temperature along with time and the change of the blood oxygen content along with time which are sent by the intelligent bracelet (2) in the whole motion time period in real time, and the intelligent mobile terminal (1) collects data of the change of the resistance magnitude along with time and the change of the rotating speed along with time of a resistance roller (36) which are sent by a controller (35) in the whole motion time period;
the intelligent mobile terminal (1) multiplies the resistance at a single moment by the rotating speed to obtain a motion intensity index, integrates the motion intensity index in a time period when the center jump rate, the body temperature and the blood oxygen content of the whole motion time period exceed certain thresholds, obtains the final data as a physical ability index, and displays the physical ability index on a display screen of the intelligent mobile terminal (1);
the physical training mode works as follows:
physical ability index data A1 of a trainer are stored in the smart phone, and a physical ability index increment value B1 of a physical ability training mode can be set in the smart phone;
the intelligent mobile terminal (1) collects data of the change of the heartbeat rate along with time, the change of the body temperature along with time and the change of the blood oxygen content along with time, which are sent by the intelligent bracelet (2) after the start of movement, in real time in the movement process, and the intelligent mobile terminal (1) collects data of the change of the resistance roller (36) along with time and the change of the rotating speed along with time, which are sent by the controller (35) after the start of movement;
the intelligent mobile terminal (1) multiplies the resistance at a single moment by the rotating speed to obtain a motion intensity index, integrates the motion intensity index in a time period when the heart rate, the body temperature and the blood oxygen content of the intelligent mobile terminal after the motion starts exceed certain threshold values, obtains the final data as a current physical ability index C1, and displays the current physical ability index C1 on a display screen of the intelligent mobile terminal (1);
the intelligent mobile terminal (1) displays the physical ability index difference D1= A1+ B1-C1 on a display screen of the intelligent mobile terminal (1), and displays the time required for completing the physical ability index difference under the exercise intensity index of the current moment;
the physical ability exercise mode works as follows:
