10. A method of mounting an assembled training frame for pull-up training according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, placing the training frame component on a base (1), and adjusting supporting feet (4) to suspend in the air;
step two: moving the base (1) to a proper position, and then adjusting the supporting legs (4) to suspend the universal wheels (2) in the air, thereby fixing the position of the base (1);
step three: mounting the first upright post (5) and the second upright post (6) on the base (1) and screwing;
step four: respectively sleeving a first rectangular ring (19) and a second rectangular ring (20) at two ends of a cross bar (21) on a first upright post (5) and a second upright post (6), adjusting to a proper height, and fixing by using a fixing bolt (23);
step five: placing the cushion pad (9) between the first upright post (5) and the second upright post (6) to enable the cushion pad to be positioned right below the cross rod (21);
step six: installing leg pressing rod belts (26) in threaded fixing holes (25) on one sides of the first upright post (5) or the second upright post (6), and selecting the installation number and the installation height according to the requirements;
step seven: two ends of the elastic band (15) are respectively fixed on the fixed ring (13) and the connecting ring (17) through the spring buckles (14), and the installation number of the elastic band (15) is selected according to requirements.
