The following are specific embodiments of the present invention, and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 23, the invention provides a novel urinary surgery nursing urethral catheterization device, which comprises a support frame 1, wherein a support table 2 is fixedly connected to the top end of the support frame 1, a double-chamber cylinder 3 is fixedly connected to the top end of the support table 2, a liquid storage container 27 capable of moving up and down is arranged in a left side cavity of the double-chamber cylinder 3, a weighing component is arranged at the bottom end of the liquid storage container 27, a negative pressure tube 9 is connected to the left side of the upper end of the liquid storage container 27, and a negative pressure component for intermittently extracting negative pressure is connected to the negative pressure; a medicine storage cylinder 29 and a cleaning cylinder 30 are arranged in the right side cavity of the double-cavity cylinder 3, and push-out pistons 31 capable of moving up and down are arranged in the medicine storage cylinder 29 and the cleaning cylinder 30; the top end of the double-cavity barrel 3 is connected with a double-cavity tube 6, the bottom end of the double-cavity tube 6 is respectively connected with the left side cavity and the right side cavity of the double-cavity tube 6, and the top end of the double-cavity tube 6 is sleeved with a fixed cover 7.
The support frame 1 is used for supporting the device, and the device is easy to move, has certain sanitation and cannot be polluted by the bottom surface. The supporting platform 2 is used for supporting and fixing the double-cavity cylinder 3 and is also used as a supporting carrier of the negative pressure component. The two cavities of the double-cavity tube 3 are used for collecting liquid and discharging liquid respectively, and the outer wall of the liquid storage container 27 and the inner wall of the left cavity of the double-cavity tube 3 are identical in shape, so that the liquid storage container 27 can move up and down, and the weighing component displays weight change according to self weight. The cartridge 29 and the washing cartridge 30 are used for administering a drug or washing into the bladder of a patient. The two cavities of the double-cavity tube 6 are also used for discharging liquid and guiding urine respectively, and the fixing cover 7 is used for fixing the device at the urethral orifice of a patient to prevent the device from falling or falling off.

The liquid collecting tray 24 can be connected with a liquid outlet switch on the liquid outlet pipe 20 to empty the liquid in the liquid storage container 27. When the liquid in the collecting tray 24 is full, the liquid discharging cover 25 can be opened to discharge the liquid for reuse. The double-chamber cartridge 3 can be lifted from the support platform 2 for installation of the components therein, and when installed, can be secured in the rectangular recess in the support platform 2 using set screws.
The bottom end of the left side cavity of the double-cavity cylinder 3 is fixedly connected with a mounting bottom plate 36, the bottom end of the mounting bottom plate 36 is fixedly provided with a weighing rotating shaft 39 through a bearing and a bearing seat, the rear end of the weighing rotating shaft 39 is fixedly connected with a weighing gear 40, the front end of the weighing rotating shaft 39 penetrates through the double-cavity cylinder 3 and is fixedly connected with a weighing pointer 44, the front end of the double-cavity cylinder 3 is provided with a stepped hole, and a weighing dial 19 is arranged in the stepped hole; the bottom end of the liquid storage container 27 is fixedly connected with a hinged plate 45, the bottom end of the hinged plate 45 is hinged with a weighing connecting rod 41, the bottom end of the weighing connecting rod 41 is hinged with a sliding block 42, the sliding block 42 is movably sleeved with a positioning shaft 37, the positioning shaft 37 is sleeved with a weighing spring 38, the positioning shaft 37 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the left side cavity of the double-cavity cylinder 3, and the weighing spring 38 is located on the inner side of the left side cavity of the double-cavity cylinder 3.
The mounting base plate 36 is used to open the bottom of the double-chamber cartridge 3 so that the liquid storage container 27 can be placed therein, and the mounting base plate 36 also has a function of supporting the weighing means. The mounting bottom plate 36 is fixed to the bottom of the left side cavity of the double-cavity barrel 3 through screws. The principle of the weighing part is as follows: when the mass of the content in the liquid storage container 27 increases, the weight link 41 is pressed to swing, and the weight link 41 carries the slide block 42 to slide along the positioning shaft 37 and press the weight spring 38. After a plurality of experiments, different masses of the contents in the liquid storage container 27 are related to the sliding distance of the slide block 42 and the rotating angle of the weighing rotating shaft 39, and scales on the weighing dial 17 are marked according to the weights. Thus, after the contents in the reservoir have been stored, the mass of the contents in the reservoir 27 can be read from the weighing scale 17.
The inner side surface of the bottom of the liquid storage container 27 is an inclined surface, the lowest end of the inclined surface is provided with a liquid discharge hole 46, the bottom end of the liquid discharge hole 46 is fixedly connected with a liquid outlet pipe 20, and the liquid outlet pipe 20 extends out of the double-cavity cylinder 3 and is fixedly connected with a liquid outlet switch 21; the liquid outlet switch 21 comprises a hollow spherical valve body 47, a rotatable rotating handle 48 is arranged in the valve body 47, a spherical rotating head is arranged at the bottom end of the rotating handle 48, and a circular through hole is formed in the rotating head; the liquid outlet switch 21 is movably connected with the liquid collecting pipe 22; a sealing plate 49 is fixedly connected to the top end of the liquid storage container 27, and a boss 50 protrudes upwards from the top of the right end of the sealing plate 49; the top of the left end of the sealing plate and the boss 50 are respectively provided with a hollow negative pressure joint 51 and a liquid guide joint 52, the negative pressure joint 51 is connected with a vacuum hose 28, the liquid guide joint 52 is connected with a connecting hose 35, and the top end of the connecting hose 35 is connected with a cover plate 5; the top end of the double-cavity cylinder 3 is provided with a top platform 4 shaped like a Chinese character 'ri', and the cover plate 5 is fixedly connected in two holes of the top platform 4.
The inclined surface of the inner side of the bottom of the liquid storage container 27 is designed to completely discharge the liquid in the liquid storage container, so that the reading of the weighing component is zero. The middle part of the liquid outlet pipe 20 is provided with a spiral part, the connecting hose 35 can be bent and elongated, and the vacuum hose 28 can be bent and straightened, so that the liquid storage container 27 can be stably connected with the connecting part of the liquid storage container when moving up and down and cannot fall off. The sealing plate 49 is fixedly connected to the reservoir 27 by screws. The shape of the sealing plate 49 is designed so that liquid flowing down from the connecting hose 35 is not sucked away by negative pressure, and the negative pressure member and the liquid collecting member are isolated. The negative pressure tube 9 is actually two one-way valves arranged as follows: when the negative pressure piston 60 pushes to the right, the baffle 32 in the negative pressure pipe 9 blocks the baffle ring 34 on the right side; the baffle 32 in the outlet pipe moves upward, the baffle 32 is separated from the baffle ring 34 at the bottom end, and the gas passes through the arc-shaped groove on the circumference of the baffle 32 in the outlet pipe. When the negative pressure piston 6 is pulled outwards, the baffle 32 in the negative pressure pipe 9 moves leftwards, and the baffle ring 34 on the right side is separated from the baffle 32; the baffle 32 in the air outlet pipe is propped against the baffle ring 34 at the bottom end under the atmospheric pressure and the elasticity of the return spring 33, and the air in the liquid storage container 27 penetrates out of the arc-shaped groove on the circumference of the baffle 32 in the negative pressure pipe 9.
The negative pressure component comprises a negative pressure piston 60 which is arranged on the negative pressure pipe 9 and can move left and right, the left end of the negative pressure piston 60 is fixedly connected with a sliding rod 10, the left end of the sliding rod 10 is hinged with a connecting rod 11, and the left end of the connecting rod 11 is hinged with a crankshaft 12; the crankshaft 12 comprises a crank and a rotating shaft fixedly connected with the crank, the crankshaft 12 is fixed at the top end of the supporting surface through a bearing and a bearing seat, the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with an output gear 13, and the output gear 13 is in meshing connection with a special-shaped gear 14; the special-shaped gear 14 comprises an incomplete gear 62 arranged on the outer circumference, the effective teeth and the blank teeth of the incomplete gear 62 are distributed at intervals, an internal gear 61 is arranged on the inner circumference of the incomplete gear 62, a special-shaped gear shaft 56 is fixedly connected to the center of the special-shaped gear 14, and the special-shaped gear shaft 56 is fixed in the supporting surface through a bearing and a bearing seat; the output gear 13 is meshed with the incomplete gear 62, the internal gear 61 is meshed with a driving gear 58, the driving gear 58 is fixedly connected with a driving shaft 59, and the driving shaft 59 is fixed at the bottom end of the supporting surface through a bearing and a bearing seat; the middle part of the driving shaft 59 is fixedly connected with a coil spring 57, the outer end of the coil spring 57 is fixed at the side end of the supporting surface, the driving shaft 59 penetrates through the supporting surface and is fixedly connected with a timing rotating wheel 16, and a timing dial 15 is fixedly connected to the supporting surface at the inner side of the timing rotating wheel 16.
In order to exercise the bladder of a patient, recover the bladder function of the patient and enable intermittent urination, the negative pressure component of the device can realize that: by rotating the timing pulley 16, by rotating the timing pulley 16 to an appropriate angle by looking at the timing dial 15, the coil spring 57 is compressed, and elastic potential energy is stored. The reservoir 27 also has a primary negative pressure environment therein. Then the driving shaft 59 starts to rotate slowly under the restoring force of the coil spring 57, and drives the driving gear 58 to rotate, the driving gear 58 drives the profile gear 14 to rotate, an incomplete gear 62 arranged outside the profile gear 14 is intermittently meshed with the output gear 13 to drive the crankshaft 12 to rotate, the crankshaft 12 drives the connecting rod 11 to swing, and the connecting rod 11 drives the sliding rod 10 to slide left and right along the inside of the negative pressure pipe 9, so as to perform intermittent negative pressure pumping operation on the liquid storage container 27.

The push-out piston 31 arranged in the medicine storage cylinder 29 and the cleaning cylinder 30 can push the liquid medicine or the cleaning liquid from the cylinder body to the double-cavity tube 6 through the drainage hole. The bottom ends of the push-out pistons 31 are hinged with two short connecting rods 63, the bottom ends of the short connecting rods 63 are hinged with long connecting rods 64, the middle parts of the two long connecting rods 64 are hinged with each other, the bottom ends of the long connecting rods 64 are hinged with second long connecting rods, the middle parts of the second long connecting rods are hinged with each other, the bottom ends of the second long connecting rods are hinged with third long connecting rods, the middle parts of the third long connecting rods are hinged with each other, and the bottom ends of the two third long connecting rods are hinged with a left-handed screw head 65 and a right-handed screw head 66 respectively; the bottom of the rectangular groove of the support table 2 is fixed with a bidirectional screw 67 through a bearing and a bearing seat, and the bidirectional screw 67 is formed by fixedly connecting two right-handed screws 68 and two left-handed screws 69 with opposite rotation directions; the left-handed screw head 65 is in threaded connection with the left-handed screw 69, and the right-handed screw head 66 is in threaded connection with the right-handed screw 68; two-way screw rod 67 outer end all passes supporting bench 2 and fixedly connected with ejection of compact runner 18, the equal fixedly connected with ejection of compact scale plate 17 of supporting bench 2 of ejection of compact runner 18 inboard.
In the process of pushing out the liquid medicine or the cleaning liquid, the pushing-out piston 31 rotates the discharging rotating wheel 18 to enable the bidirectional screw 67 to rotate, so that the left-handed screw head 65 and the right-handed screw head 66 on the pushing-out piston move oppositely to drive the hinged connecting rods to swing upwards, and the piston 31 at the top end is driven to move upwards, so that the pushing-out of the liquid medicine or the cleaning liquid is completed.
