技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品领域,具体涉及一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤。
背景技术
纸尿裤是一种用即弃式的尿裤,其包括由上而下依次设置的透液性面层、吸收体及不透液性底层。纸尿裤的用户群体主要有婴儿与成年人两大类,随着国家“单独二胎”政策的放开、人口老龄化日益严重、新生代消费观念转变等,其中中国市场主要为婴儿纸尿裤,中国每年有近2000万的婴儿出生,使用尿裤的0岁至2岁的婴儿达到4000多万。而根据国家统计局的数据,2008年全国60岁以上人口达到1.599亿人,占总人口的12%;65岁以上的老年人口达到1 .096亿人占总人口的8 .3%。纸尿裤的使用量显著增大,婴儿和行动不便的老人,生活不能自理,通过纸尿裤可以来解决这些烦恼,方便卫生,纸尿裤越来越受到消费者的喜爱;
纸尿裤不仅大大地方便了人们对一些事物的处理,同时也提供了更先进的卫生保障。但是纸尿裤也存在一些问题,例如透气性差,并且不具备抗菌功能,当患者大量出汗或者是被大小便浸湿后不仅患者会非常的不舒服,而且潮湿的环境还容易滋生病菌,而且潮湿的环境再加上菌株感染很容易引发皮肤瘙痒等症状,影响患者的治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,包括透水表层、吸水层和防水层,其特征在于,所述的透水表层表面喷射有有纳米中药层。
所述纳米中药层是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
中药组合物50-65、前驱体30-40、干酪素0.7-2、中药松香10-13、甘草酸2-4、硅烷偶联剂Kh550 3-5。
所述的中药组合物是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
小茴香10-16、芦荟7-9、延胡索10-12、川穹10-14、赤芍6-8、当归10-18、肉桂15-20、甘草7-10、金银花6-9、白芷2-3、赤石脂0.7-1。
所述的前驱体为钛酸四丁酯。
所述纳米中药层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取中药松香,加入到其重量20-30倍的丙酮中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂Kh550,升高温度为50-55℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏除去丙酮,得氨基改性松香;
(2)取前驱体、甘草酸混合,加入到混合料重量40-50倍的去离子水中,搅拌反应3-5小时,陈化10-12小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,真空干燥,得改性溶胶;
(3)取中药组合物,磨成细粉,加入到其重量18-22倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70-76℃,保温搅拌30-40分钟,加入上述改性溶胶、氨基改性松香,降低温度为60-65℃,保温搅拌2-3小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得中药溶胶;
(4)取上述中药溶胶,加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,加入干酪素,搅拌均匀,喷涂在透水表层表面,蒸汽干燥,即得所述纳米中药层。
步骤(2)中所述的真空干燥的温度为300-350℃。
步骤(4)中所述的蒸汽干燥的温度为80-89℃。
部分中药的功效:
延胡索:主治破血,妇人月经不调,腹中结块,崩中淋露,产后诸血病,血运,暴血冲上,因损下血;
小茴香:重要的药用植物,其果实是重要的中药,味辛性温,具有行气止痛,健胃散寒的功效。主治胃寒痛、小腹冷痛、痛经、腹胁痛、疝痛、睾丸鞘膜积液、血吸虫病等。
本发明的优点:
本发明首先采用氨基硅烷偶联剂改性中药松香,然后以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,在水溶液中水解,以甘草酸为水解促进剂,得到溶胶溶液,之后通过氨基与酸的反应,从而改善了中药提取物与溶胶间的分散性能,促进了协同抑菌的效果,本发明加入的中药松香,不仅起到了原有的生肌止痛等功效,而且还具有很好的粘结强度,可以提高层的附着力,增强抑菌的稳定性;
本发明的纸尿裤能够有效抑制病菌生长,防止各种疾病的发生,将多种药物混合搭配,科学组方,合理配伍,各原料优势互补,利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用,疗效稳定,安全可靠。
具体实施方式
实施例1
纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,包括透水表层、吸水层和防水层,其特征在于,所述的透水表层表面喷射有有纳米中药层。
所述纳米中药层是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
中药组合物50、前驱体30、干酪素0.7、中药松香10、甘草酸2、硅烷偶联剂Kh550 3。
所述的中药组合物是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
小茴香10、芦荟7、延胡索10、川穹10、赤芍6、当归10、肉桂15、甘草7、金银花6、白芷2、赤石脂0.7。
所述的前驱体为钛酸四丁酯。
所述纳米中药层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取中药松香,加入到其重量20倍的丙酮中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂Kh550,升高温度为50℃,保温搅拌1小时,蒸馏除去丙酮,得氨基改性松香;
(2)取前驱体、甘草酸混合,加入到混合料重量40-的去离子水中,搅拌反应3小时,陈化10小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,真空干燥,得改性溶胶;
(3)取中药组合物,磨成细粉,加入到其重量18倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌30分钟,加入上述改性溶胶、氨基改性松香,降低温度为60℃,保温搅拌2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得中药溶胶;
(4)取上述中药溶胶,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,加入干酪素,搅拌均匀,喷涂在透水表层表面,蒸汽干燥,即得所述纳米中药层。
步骤(2)中所述的真空干燥的温度为300℃。
步骤(4)中所述的蒸汽干燥的温度为80℃。
实施例2
纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,包括透水表层、吸水层和防水层,其特征在于,所述的透水表层表面喷射有有纳米中药层。
所述纳米中药层是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
中药组合物65、前驱体40、干酪素2、中药松香13、甘草酸4、硅烷偶联剂Kh550 5。
所述的中药组合物是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
小茴香16、芦荟9、延胡索12、川穹14、赤芍8、当归18、肉桂20、甘草10、金银花9、白芷3、赤石脂1。
所述的前驱体为钛酸四丁酯。
所述纳米中药层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取中药松香,加入到其重量30倍的丙酮中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂Kh550,升高温度为55℃,保温搅拌2小时,蒸馏除去丙酮,得氨基改性松香;
(2)取前驱体、甘草酸混合,加入到混合料重量50倍的去离子水中,搅拌反应5小时,陈化12小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,真空干燥,得改性溶胶;
(3)取中药组合物,磨成细粉,加入到其重量22倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为76℃,保温搅拌40分钟,加入上述改性溶胶、氨基改性松香,降低温度为65℃,保温搅拌3小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得中药溶胶;
(4)取上述中药溶胶,加入到其重量40倍的去离子水中,加入干酪素,搅拌均匀,喷涂在透水表层表面,蒸汽干燥,即得所述纳米中药层。
步骤(2)中所述的真空干燥的温度为350℃。
步骤(4)中所述的蒸汽干燥的温度为89℃。
性能测试:
选择本发明实施例1中的喷射有有纳米中药层的透水表层,实施例2中的喷射有有纳米中药层的透水表层,市售纸尿裤的透水表层,滴加尿液10g,35℃下恒温培养,稀释倍数100倍后,测试获得的菌落数;
本发明实施例1中的抑菌吸收芯层:900CFU/g;
本发明实施例2中的抑菌吸收芯层:1100CFU/g;
市售吸收芯层:21000 CFU/g。

1.一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,包括透水表层、吸水层和防水层,其特征在于,所述的透水表层表面喷射有有纳米中药层,所述纳米中药层是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
中药组合物50-65、前驱体30-40、干酪素0.7-2、中药松香10-13、甘草酸2-4、硅烷偶联剂Kh550 3-5。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述的中药组合物是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
小茴香10-16、芦荟7-9、延胡索10-12、川穹10-14、赤芍6-8、当归10-18、肉桂15-20、甘草7-10、金银花6-9、白芷2-3、赤石脂0.7-1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述的前驱体为钛酸四丁酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述纳米中药层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取中药松香,加入到其重量20-30倍的丙酮中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂Kh550,升高温度为50-55℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏除去丙酮,得氨基改性松香;
(2)取前驱体、甘草酸混合,加入到混合料重量40-50倍的去离子水中,搅拌反应3-5小时,陈化10-12小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,真空干燥,得改性溶胶;
(3)取中药组合物,磨成细粉,加入到其重量18-22倍的无水乙醇中,升高温度为70-76℃,保温搅拌30-40分钟,加入上述改性溶胶、氨基改性松香,降低温度为60-65℃,保温搅拌2-3小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得中药溶胶;
(4)取上述中药溶胶,加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,加入干酪素,搅拌均匀,喷涂在透水表层表面,蒸汽干燥,即得所述纳米中药层。
5.根据权利要求5所述的一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的真空干燥的温度为300-350℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种纳米中药抑菌纸尿裤,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的蒸汽干燥的温度为80-89℃。
