the shaft of the regulating hand wheel (310) fixed with the screw rod (34) is arranged in parallel with the rotating shafts of the indicating rings,
the sliding table front support (38) is U-shaped, the middle rocker arm (39) is positioned at the opening of the sliding table front support (38), and a transmission shaft (311) is further arranged between the shaft (391) and the long rocker arm (312) through a coupler.

A power transmission assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the width of the eccentric wheel (317) is larger than that of the large ring (323), a circle of outer edge of the mud guard (32) is turned inwards to form a flanging (321), and the width of the eccentric wheel (317) is smaller than the sum of the widths of the large ring (323) and the flanging (321).
3. A power transmission assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inside of the eccentric wheel (317) is hollow to form an oil chamber for containing lubricating oil, and O-shaped sealing rings are arranged on two sides of the eccentric wheel (317).
