圆形管可以紧固(铺设)至头盔的边框。管中有一个可移动的重物,该重物随头部的运动而移动。该材料可以是例如金属球或液体。管可以拆卸。管可以具有不同的半径。
当头部移动到完美的水平位置之外时,管中的重物将朝向最低点移动,并且更多的重量将聚集在此处。这将创建偏心肌肉载荷(必须止动重物),然后是同心收缩以再次用环拉直头部。这创建了强调正常头部机能的动态模型。该设备可以通过联合设备的激光器部件移动基部支撑件、主体来用于精细运动训练。它还将通过头部在不同方向和模式(例如呼啦圈运动)下的运动来训练运动性和强度。可以通过环的尺寸或可移动质量的重量来改变难度级别。
此外,该装置包括颈部支撑件。该颈部支撑件包括三个部分。支撑杆紧固至例如椅子靠背。这个支撑杆紧固有水平杆,该水平杆可以沿支撑杆上下移动。此外,水平杆可以从竖直杆延伸其长度。端部处紧固有可以支撑颈部的半圆形元件。半圆的两侧可以内外移动,以支撑不同尺寸的颈部。半圆形元件可以借助竖直杆和水平杆上下地以正确的距离定位。半圆形元件还可以在其附接至水平杆时上下移动。
颈部支撑件为颈部提供支撑,并且它限定了上边界碰触颈部的位置的运动轴线。
还包括用于记录测量值并以数字和视觉方式呈现给用户、治疗师和患者的软件程序。它还将在锻炼一段时间后呈现人员的进步。
图2是立体图,其示出了图1中呈现的实施方式如何用于坐在椅子上的人。
在该解决方案中,用户坐在椅子上。椅子的靠背附接有颈部支撑件。可调节颈部支撑件以适合用户。在用户的头顶上放置有头盔。头盔用下巴带固定至用户的头部。在头盔的顶部上附接有竖直杆。竖直杆的顶部附接有三个激光器。每个激光器均附接在小杆的端部。每个杆相对于彼此以固定角度设置。这些角度优选为60°、120°和180°。这些较小的杆可绕附接至竖直杆的顶部的总是面向前方的中心毂旋转。
第二杆和第三杆附接至竖直杆。这些第二和第三杆具有弯曲的内部分和水平的外部分。这些第二和第三杆可绕竖直杆旋转。这些第二和第三杆搁置在头盔的边框的凹口中。
重物附接至第二和第三杆中的一者。这些重物可以沿第二和第三杆的水平外部分移动。
图3A至图3C是图1中呈现的实施方式的前视图,其中激光瞄准器位于不同位置。
激光瞄准器的目标是具有不同模式和圆心圆的海报。这些海报可以用于帮助用户以特定模式移动头部,进行精细运动训练。
使用的实施例可以是一个激光器追随一组线。
两个激光器可用于追随竖直线或不同水平的水平线。两个激光器需要头部处于水平。
当人的支撑地面像在移动的机械马中一样不稳定时,聚焦在圆心上的一个激光器使用圆心海报。这个人也可以做像一条腿站立的不同锻炼。
本发明还可以与可移动的地面设备(例如,机械马)一起使用。
手动肌肉测试仪可以与本发明一起使用,以评估颈部肌肉的强度和运动。此外,它可以用于跟踪用户的进度。
通过在重物杆上向下、向上或向侧面推肌肉强度测试仪(测力计)测量人的肌肉强度来使用肌肉强度测试仪(测力计)。这使得能够在不同角度和方向上测量人的颈部强度。当用测力计向下推动杠杆时,需要平行激光器在预定的度数范围内(±10度)保持水平。记录患者不能将头部倾斜保持在预定水平内的级别所使用的力量。将开发用于记录和报告测量的计算机化系统。这将使头部倾斜突破所设定的限制点与此点处使用的力量同步。水平测量装置将用于确定头部位置。激光器为人提供头部位置的参考。
与本发明一起使用的另一装置是水平测量装置。这是已知的技术,其将用于测量头部位置和从直立位置的偏离程度。
激光器用于测量人关于颈部稳定性和耐力的能力。当人以直立位置就座时,测量随着时间推移将激光器保持在某个位置的能力。定时器与保持在预定位置(度数范围,±10度)的激光器同步,记录将激光器保持在预定位置的时间长度。杠杆用于在头盔的不同位置/度数处产生载荷。这将总体评估颈部的稳定性和耐力,并且以不同位置处的强调载荷评估颈部的稳定性和耐力。
用于记录和报告结果的计算机软件系统将使治疗师和患者能够很好地了解问题,需要实现和发展这样的计算机软件系统。它将考虑从手动肌肉测试仪、水平测量装置和计时器采集的数字。
该软件程序还可以评估精细运动控制。该程序可以具有传感器系统,该传感器系统评估人将激光点保持在特定限定区域或轨迹内的能力。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于影响用户颈部的运动和肌肉机能的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括头盔,所述头盔具有边框,所述边框沿顶部边缘具有凹口,在所述头盔的顶部上附接有竖直杆,所述竖直杆的顶部上附接有至少一个指向前方的激光器,所述竖直杆的基部附接有至少一个杆,所述至少一个杆能绕所述竖直杆旋转并且搁置在所述凹口中,并且所述头盔具有下巴带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,当有不止一个指向前方的激光器时,它们能彼此成固定角度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述激光器之间的优选角度是60°、120°和180°。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述激光瞄准器附接至杆,所述杆附接至中心毂,其中所述中心毂能始终面向前方地以圆周运动旋转。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,在每个凹口之间存在设定的度数间隔。
6.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述至少一个杆具有附接至此的至少一个重物。
