本发明提供一种铝木复合窗包括窗框铝型材、窗框木型材、窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材;所述窗框铝型材通过卡件固定安装在窗框木型材上;所述窗框铝型材上设有纱网压条;所述纱网压条上固定安装纱网;所述窗扇铝型材通过卡件固定安装在窗扇木型材上;所述窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材之间形成凹槽,安装中空玻璃;所述窗扇木型材、窗框木型材、窗框铝型材和窗扇铝型材的直角连接处通过铝合金角码连接;所述相对的窗框铝型材之间和相对的窗扇铝型材之间形成空腔;所述空腔内部固定安装隔热条。本发明提供的铝木复合窗通过在型材的四个角处设置铝合金角码,利用角码不易变形,且耐磨损的特点大大延长了复合窗的使用寿命。

一种铝木复合窗
技术领域
本发明涉及复合门窗技术领域,尤其是涉及一种铝木复合窗。
背景技术
铝木复合门窗是一种是近十几年发明的一种新颖高档的建筑门窗,该建筑门窗包括窗框、窗扇、中梃和玻璃压条,所述的窗框一般是指非活动构件,例如边框,底框,建筑门窗的窗扇一般是指可以开启的活动构件,其与框之间的连接一般是用五金件,不同的开启方式所用的五金件很不相同,建筑门窗的中梃一般是指框与框,框与中梃,中梃与中梃之间的非活动连接构件,其型材与框相似,建筑门窗的玻璃压条是指把玻璃固定在门窗上的型材;
铝木复合门窗是用木型材,铝合金型材组合而成,使用卡件、螺钉、榫、粘接剂将型材连接制作成门窗的框、扇等结构;
在多雨地区,由设计缺陷或制造缺陷而导致的渗水漏水都有可能使铝木窗的木材变型膨胀腐烂;
铝窗在炎热多雨地区是深受喜爱的,但是,铝窗非常传热,隔热性能很差,即使是中间使用尼龙形成隔热断桥,仍然不能达到日益严格的现代保温要求,其保温性能是塑、铝、木中隔热最差的;
除了保温性能差距之外,木饰铝窗还存在以下技术弱点:
1、框上的木材部分作为框扇的搭接部分,也就是作为具有受力功能来使用,此处很薄,显然违背“设计具备受力结构功能的木部件,其厚度不应低于13毫米”的基本常识,所以,此处经常破裂就不足为奇;
2、框的五金安装很薄弱,框木片夹在合页与框受力构件之间,形成螺接的“悬臂”,明显留有隐患;
3、有的中梃木片与框木片之间无有效连接,处于浮离状态。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对以上问题提出一种铝木复合门窗铝木门窗选用的是隔热铝合金型材,内侧为木装饰型材,更能适应多雨、高温、潮湿的地区。铝木复合门窗采用节能铝合金型材,将内外铝合金通过隔热条复合在一起,以实现隔热保温节能的目的,这样不但可以满足节能的要求,而且强度和美观也得到了满足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种铝木复合窗,包括窗框铝型材、窗框木型材、窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材;所述窗框铝型材通过卡件固定安装在窗框木型材上;所述窗框铝型材上设有纱网压条;所述纱网压条上固定安装纱网;所述窗扇铝型材通过卡件固定安装在窗扇木型材上;所述窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材之间形成凹槽,安装中空玻璃;所述窗扇木型材、窗框木型材、窗框铝型材和窗扇铝型材的直角连接处通过铝合金角码连接;所述相对的窗框铝型材之间和相对的窗扇铝型材之间形成空腔;所述空腔内部固定安装隔热条。
优选的,所述卡件为尼龙卡件。
优选的,所述窗框铝型材、窗框木型材、窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材的四角均为45度角切割; 所述铝合金角码两端镶嵌到型材的凹槽中,铝合金角码凸起处与切割面固定连接。
优选的,所述空腔内部隔热条中间还安装有消音棉。
优选的,所述中空玻璃中间安装电控百叶。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:本发明提供的铝木复合窗通过在型材的四个角处设置铝合金角码,利用角码不易变形,且耐磨损的特点大大延长了复合窗的使用寿命。

如图1-2所示,为本发明的水平剖视图和垂直剖视图,一种铝木复合窗,包括窗框铝型材1、窗框木型材2、窗扇铝型材3、窗扇木型材4;所述窗框铝型材1通过卡件7固定安装在窗框木型材2上;所述窗框铝型材1上设有纱网压条;所述纱网压条上固定安装纱网;所述窗扇铝型材3通过卡件固定安装在窗扇木型材上;所述窗扇铝型材3、窗扇木型材4之间形成凹槽,安装中空玻璃;所述窗扇木型材4、窗框木型材2、窗框铝型材1和窗扇铝型材3的直角连接处通过铝合金角码5连接;所述相对的窗框铝型材之间和相对的窗扇铝型材之间形成空腔;所述空腔内部固定安装隔热条6。
卡件7为尼龙卡件,不易变形。 所述窗框铝型材、窗框木型材、窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材的四角均为45度角切割; 所述铝合金角码两端镶嵌到型材的凹槽中,铝合金角码凸起处与切割面固定连接。
所述空腔内部隔热条中间还安装有消音棉;隔热条有效的将户外的热量与室内隔绝,同时在利用空腔有效地将外界的声音进行隔绝。所述中空玻璃中间安装电控百叶。电控百叶下端与两侧分别与窗扇铝型材固定连接;百叶设置中空玻璃的中间部位;可以通过遥控或者其他控制终端设置百叶反转;有效的保证室内的隐私。同时还能起到防晒、防紫外线的作用。

1.一种铝木复合窗,其特征在于:包括窗框铝型材、窗框木型材、窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材;所述窗框铝型材通过卡件固定安装在窗框木型材上;所述窗框铝型材上设有纱网压条;所述纱网压条上固定安装纱网;所述窗扇铝型材通过卡件固定安装在窗扇木型材上;所述窗扇铝型材、窗扇木型材之间形成凹槽,安装中空玻璃;所述窗扇木型材、窗框木型材、窗框铝型材和窗扇铝型材的直角连接处通过铝合金角码连接;所述相对的窗框铝型材之间和相对的窗扇铝型材之间形成空腔;所述空腔内部固定安装隔热条。
