技术领域
本发明涉及复合门窗技术领域,尤其是涉及一种铝塑复合型材。
背景技术
塑钢门窗,具有较好的隔热性,相比铝合金门窗而言,能更有效的降低门窗型材的传热性能。但塑钢门窗,由于其本身材质的原因,抗紫外线、耐候性等性能较铝合金差,因此市场上推出了一种为解决该问题的铝塑复合型材门窗。
现有的内平开窗大都采用铝合金、塑钢、铝木复合等型材加工而成,由于材质和型材结构的不同,传统的内平开窗存在隔热、隔音效果差,密封效果不好,容易使雨水和风沙进入室内,给人们的生活带来很大不方便,长期的风吹日晒使耐冲击性降低;虽然也有铝塑复合型材,但由于铝型材和塑料型材需要通过压条连接,生产成本高、程序复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对上述问题提出一种铝塑复合型材具有良好的隔热性能,其导热系数甚小,组装时通过各自的角码用加工断桥铝的组角机链接。铝塑复合窗是通过科学设计,采用合理的节能型材,隔热铝塑铝门窗实在老铝合金窗基础上为了提高门窗保温性能而推出的改进型,窗的首选产品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铝塑复合型材,包括铝合金外框、铝合金内框、塑料异型材;所述塑料异型材为多腔结构;所述铝合金外框、铝合金内框、与塑料异型材之间通过断桥铝组角结构连接;所述塑料异型材设有玻璃安装压条,所述玻璃安装压条设有压槽,所述压槽通过密封条压紧中空玻璃;所述铝合金外框、塑料异型材各自的直角连接处通过角码连接。
优选的,所述中空玻璃中腔内设有干燥剂和电控百叶。
优选的,所述铝合金外框与铝合金内框之间设有多组隔热条。
优选的,所述隔热条网状字型结构。
优选的,所述隔热条中部腔体设有消音棉。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:本发明提供的铝塑复合型材铝塑复合型材是将铝型材与塑料异型材复合在一起;采用合理的节能型材,隔热铝塑铝门窗与传统老铝合金窗相比提高了门窗保温性能,并且节能环保。

如图1-2所示,一种铝塑复合型材,包括铝合金外框1、铝合金内框2、塑料异型材3;所述塑料异型材3为多腔结构;所述铝合金外框1、铝合金内框2与塑料异型材3之间通过断桥铝组角结构连接;所述铝合金内框2设有玻璃安装压条4,所述玻璃安装压条4设有压槽5,所述压槽5通过密封条压紧中空玻璃所述铝合金外框、塑料异型材各自的直角连接处通过角码6连接。
所述中空玻璃中腔内设有干燥剂和电控百叶;所述干燥剂采用金属氧化物,一般常见的为氧化钙;所述电控百叶通过遥控等中端控制装置进行控制,通过调整百叶的水平状态或者竖直状态;可以遮挡阳光,起到防紫外线的作用也有利于保护隐私。
铝塑复合型材是将铝型材与塑料异型材复合在一起,即外部铝合金框,内部塑料异型材框,为多腔式结构,所述多腔式结构横截面成网状,多腔式结构近似蜂巢结构;具有良好的隔热性能,其导热系数甚小,组装时通过各自的角码用加工断桥铝的组角机链接。

1.一种铝塑复合型材,其特征在于:包括铝合金外框、铝合金内框、塑料异型材;所述塑料异型材为多腔结构;所述铝合金外框、铝合金内框、与塑料异型材之间通过断桥铝组角结构连接;所述铝合金内框设有玻璃安装压条,所述玻璃安装压条设有压槽,所述压槽通过密封条压紧中空玻璃;所述铝合金外框、塑料异型材各自的直角连接处通过角码连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑复合型材,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃中腔内设有干燥剂和电控百叶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑复合型材,其特征在于:所述铝合金外框与铝合金内框之间设有多组隔热条。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铝塑复合型材,其特征在于:所述隔热条网状字型结构。
