本发明专利属于机械设计及工艺研究领域,为钢丝绳自对心盘型门闭合方法,第一侧导向座、第二侧导向座固定于圆通道上方两侧,吊耳固定于盘型门,盘型门侧面与弧形支座接触,钢丝绳一端穿过圆通道的第一侧导向座,再穿过盘型门的两吊耳,从第二侧导向座穿出,穿出后的钢丝绳两端部采用卡扣做成拉环并挂于手拉葫芦挂钩上,拉动手拉葫芦,则盘型门与弧形支座接触并随着盘型门翻起支座自动调整至弧形支座的最下端,进而实现盘型门与圆通道自对心闭合。本发明可在管道小空间内操作,有效避免了爆炸冲击波对抗力门的破坏和抗力门位置变化对关闭的影响,解决了无供电下约2吨重抗爆门在封闭管道小空间关闭操作的问题。

技术领域
本发明专利属于机械设计及工艺研究领域,主要用于一种爆室盘型抗爆门的闭合。
背景技术
目前,爆室抗爆门一般采用绞接门轴方式或轨道平移方式进行闭合,见图1、图2所示。现有技术缺陷:采用绞接门轴方式关闭,门轴部位在大当量爆炸冲击波作用下,极易变形破坏,无法满足重复使用的要求。采用轨道平移方式闭合,则需设置轨道,这对于小空间管道一端抗爆门的闭合是无法实现的。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明专利主要用以解决在无供电情况下过人管道爆室端2吨重盘型抗爆门的闭合问题,并且保证抗爆门在开启后位置发生偏移时再次关闭时的自动对心问题。
技术方案:第一侧导向座、第二侧导向座固定于圆通道上方两侧,吊耳固定于盘型门,盘型门侧面与弧形支座接触,钢丝绳一端穿过圆通道的第一侧导向座,再穿过盘型门的两吊耳,从第二侧导向座穿出,穿出后的钢丝绳两端部采用卡扣做成拉环并挂于手拉葫芦挂钩上,拉动手拉葫芦,则盘型门与弧形支座接触并随着盘型门翻起支座自动调整至弧形支座的最下端,进而实现盘型门与圆通道自对心闭合。
本发明盘型门依靠钢丝绳拉紧起吊翻起闭合;盘型门翻起支座为与管道对心的弧形结构,即弧形支座。
有益效果:本发明的抗爆门闭合方法,无需给抗爆门设计支座、铰接机构,也无需严格与通道对心,可在管道小空间内操作,有效避免了爆炸冲击波对抗力门的破坏和抗力门位置变化对关闭的影响,解决了无供电下约2吨重抗爆门在封闭管道小空间关闭操作的问题。

具体实施方式
如图4所示,第一侧导向座4、第二侧导向座5固定于圆通道3上方两侧,吊耳6固定于盘型门7,盘型门7侧面与弧形支座接触,钢丝绳2一端穿过圆通道3的第一侧导向座4,再穿过盘型门7的两吊耳5,从第二侧导向座5穿出,穿出后的钢丝绳2两端部采用卡扣做成拉环并挂于手拉葫芦1挂钩上,拉动手拉葫芦1,则盘型门7与弧形支座接触并随着盘型门6翻起支座自动调整至弧形支座的最下端,进而实现盘型门6与圆通道3自对心闭合。

1.一种钢丝绳自对心盘型门闭合方法,其特征在于:第一侧导向座、第二侧导向座固定于圆通道上方两侧,吊耳固定于盘型门,盘型门侧面与弧形支座接触,钢丝绳一端穿过圆通道的第一侧导向座,再穿过盘型门的两吊耳,从第二侧导向座穿出,穿出后的钢丝绳两端部采用卡扣做成拉环并挂于手拉葫芦挂钩上,拉动手拉葫芦,则盘型门与弧形支座接触并随着盘型门翻起支座自动调整至弧形支座的最下端,进而实现盘型门与圆通道自对心闭合。
