The conical workpiece distributing device is characterized by comprising an outer circular base (2), a rotatable distributing table (3) and a stock bin (5) for storing conical workpieces, wherein the outer circular base (2) is provided with an arc-shaped groove with a central shaft horizontally arranged and upper and lower two end parts, the central shaft of the distributing table (3) is horizontally arranged, a part of the distributing table (3) is arranged in the arc-shaped groove, distributing grooves (4) which extend along the axial direction of the distributing table and are used for accommodating the conical workpieces (1) are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the distributing table (3), the stock bin (5) is arranged above the distributing table (3) and the bottom of the stock bin is provided with an outlet for the conical workpieces (1) to fall into the distributing grooves (4), the outlet of the stock bin (5) is close to the upper end part of the arc-shaped groove, and the distance from the bottom of each position of the distributing groove (4) in the length direction to the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove corresponds to the diameter of the different positions of the conical workpieces (1), so that the two conical workpieces (1) can be prevented from being clamped between the two conical workpieces (1) and the arc-shaped groove (4) at the same time;
The material distributing table (3) comprises at least two coaxially arranged rollers (31) which are sequentially arranged at intervals, clamping grooves are uniformly distributed on the periphery of each roller (31) in the circumferential direction, the size of each roller (31) corresponds to the diameters of different positions of the conical workpiece (1), and the corresponding clamping grooves on each roller (31) form the material distributing groove (4), so that the conical workpiece (1) can keep the central axis horizontal in the material distributing groove (4).

The conical workpiece-dividing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the dividing table (3) comprises three coaxially mounted rollers (31), the three rollers (31) being dimensioned to correspond to the diameters of the head, middle and tail of the conical workpiece (1), respectively.
3. The conical workpiece distributing device according to claim 1, characterized in that a rotatable distributing rod (6) for pressing conical workpieces (1) into the distributing groove (4) is arranged at the edge of the upper end of the arc-shaped groove.
4. A tapered workpiece sorting apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the sorting bar (6) is tapered to match the tapered workpiece (1).
5. The conical workpiece distributing device according to claim 1, wherein the stock bin (5) is vertically arranged, and the arc-shaped groove is a semicircular groove with an upper end part and a lower end part extending horizontally.

The conical workpiece distributing device according to claim 5, wherein the stock bin (5) is a square frame with a containing cavity, conical workpieces (1) are stacked in the containing cavity from top to bottom, and a notch (51) for facilitating taking and placing of the conical workpieces (1) is formed in a side baffle of the square frame, which is away from the outer circular seat (2).
7. The conical workpiece-dividing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the distance of the outlet of the stock bin (5) from the edge of the dividing table (3) is smaller than the maximum diameter of the conical workpiece (1).
8. Conical workpiece-dividing device according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the front side of the dividing chute (4) has an involute profile (41) extending in the direction of rotation of the dividing table (3).
9. The conical workpiece-dividing device according to claim 8, characterized in that the rear side of the dividing chute (4) is connected to the front end of the involute profile (41) of the next dividing chute (4).
