The horizontal spraying pretreatment and shelving device for aluminum profiles as defined in claim 4, wherein: the clamping positions of the section bars of the material rod (11) are a plurality of U-shaped grooves (37) which are arranged at intervals, and the openings of the U-shaped grooves (37) face one side of a material rod hook (46).

The horizontal type aluminum profile spraying pretreatment and shelving device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a telescopic sleeve structure of the material rod (11) between each U-shaped groove (37) consists of an outer tube (42) and an inner tube (44), and protrusions (53) are arranged at the ends of the outer tube (42) and the inner tube (44) to prevent the inner tube (44) from being separated from the outer tube (42).

A horizontal spray pretreatment and racking device for aluminum profiles as in any of claims 1-6, wherein a pair of rod holders (52) of the hanging mechanism (10) are provided with parallel material stations (9) outside thereof, respectively, the material stations (9) being disposed closer to the pneumatic lifting mechanism (8) than the rod holders (52).
9. An aluminium profile horizontal spray pretreatment and racking device according to claim 8, wherein the loading conveyor (48) is arranged at 30 to 60 degrees.
