Abstract
The invention provides a packing box which comprises an embedded plate, a fixing piece and a baffle plate; the mosaic plate is formed by encircling a plurality of side walls, at least one side wall is provided with a groove, and the groove comprises a first opening and a fixing surface vertical to the plane of the first opening; the fixing piece is matched with the fixing surface to fix the baffle plate on the mosaic plate; the baffle plate comprises a horizontal baffle plate and a vertical baffle plate which are vertically connected, the horizontal baffle plate is fixed on the fixed surface through the fixing piece, and the vertical baffle plate covers part of the first opening. The packaging box provided by the invention can improve the drying efficiency of the drying agent in the packaging box.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to a packaging box.
Background
At present, polypropylene plastic foaming material packing boxes are widely applied to loading liquid crystal panels. In order to improve the transportation efficiency, the packing box made of polypropylene plastic foaming materials with certain specifications has to be designed to be very compact in packing size, and the thickness of the side wall on the periphery of the box body is also designed to be thinner. Such a design results in insufficient space inside the cabinet to accommodate the desiccant, increasing the likelihood of moisture in the liquid crystal panel during storage and transportation.
The structure of the conventional package box is shown in fig. 1, wherein an inner wall 10 is formed by enclosing the interior of the conventional package box, two opposite inner walls 10 are respectively provided with a storage slot 11, and the storage slots 11 are used for storing a drying agent 310. The back of the drying agent 310 is provided with a double-sided tape for attaching the drying agent 310 to the storage tank 11 to prevent the drying agent from falling. The storage tank 11 of this kind of structure does not have the external barrier structure, and long-term use will be because the easy inefficacy of double faced adhesive tape 310 leads to the drier to drop, pollutes packing box inner space, damages liquid crystal display panel and packing box panel.
The structure of the existing improved packing box is shown in fig. 2, an inner wall 20 formed by enclosing is arranged inside a traditional packing box, wherein, a storage structure is respectively arranged on the two inner walls 20, the storage structure is formed by semi-enclosing two support arms 21 to form a storage space 22, the storage space 22 is used for storing a drying agent, and simultaneously, the support arms 21 produce a barrier effect on the drying agent. Meanwhile, since the support arm 21 shields the contact area between the desiccant and the air, the volume of the storage space 22 needs to be increased to meet the drying requirement.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a placement structure capable of effectively improving the drying efficiency of the desiccant in the package without changing the wall thickness of the package.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a packaging box, which is used for improving the drying efficiency of a drying agent in the packaging box.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a packing box which comprises an insert plate, a fixing piece and a baffle plate;
the mosaic plate is formed by encircling a plurality of side walls, at least one side wall is provided with a groove, and the groove comprises a first opening and a fixing surface vertical to the plane of the first opening;
the fixing piece is matched with the fixing surface to fix the baffle plate on the mosaic plate;
the baffle plate comprises a horizontal baffle plate and a vertical baffle plate which are vertically connected, the horizontal baffle plate is fixed on the fixed surface through the fixing piece, and the vertical baffle plate covers part of the first opening.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fixing surface is provided with a second opening, and the length of the second opening is smaller than that of the horizontal baffle plate.
According to one aspect of the invention, the horizontal baffle comprises two positioning ends and a concave part, the two positioning ends are respectively positioned at two sides of the concave part and fixed on the fixing surface through fixing parts, and the concave part is concave towards the inside of the groove, so that a gap is formed between the concave part and the fixing surface.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fixing piece comprises a snap structure, and the snap structure comprises a first clamping part positioned on the panel and a second clamping part positioned on the baffle plate.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fixing piece comprises a thread structure, the thread structure comprises a first thread piece positioned on the insert plate and a second thread piece matched with the first thread piece, the baffle plate is provided with a connecting hole, and the thread structure penetrates through the connecting hole to fix the baffle plate on the insert plate.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fixing part is a magnetic fixing structure, and the magnetic fixing structure comprises a first magnetic part located on the panel and a second magnetic part matched with the first magnetic part.
According to one aspect of the invention, the panel further comprises a bottom plate, and the bottom plate and the side wall are vertically connected to form a semi-enclosed structure.
According to one aspect of the invention, the baffle surface has a plurality of air-permeable structures.
According to one aspect of the invention, the plurality of air-permeable structures are uniformly distributed over the surface of the baffle plate.
According to one aspect of the invention, the minimum distance between the edges of any two air-permeable structures is less than or equal to one-half of the distance between the geometric centers of said any two air-permeable structures.
The invention provides a packing box which comprises an insert plate, a fixing piece and a baffle plate, wherein the insert plate is formed by surrounding a plurality of side walls, at least one side wall is provided with a groove, and the baffle plate is matched with the groove and used for placing a drying agent. Because the baffle only covers a small part of the opening of the groove, most of the drying agent can be in direct contact with the air in the packing box, and the drying efficiency of the drying agent is effectively improved. Simultaneously, still set up a plurality of evenly distributed's ventilative structure on separating the baffle, further increased the area of drier with the air contact, improved the drying efficiency of drier.

Detailed Description
The following description of the various embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings that illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The directional terms mentioned in the present invention, such as [ upper ], [ lower ], [ front ], [ rear ], [ left ], [ right ], [ inner ], [ outer ], [ side ], are only referring to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention. In the drawings, elements having similar structures are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As described above, in order to solve the problem of low drying efficiency of the packaging box in the prior art, the invention provides a packaging box which can effectively improve the drying efficiency of the drying agent in the packaging box without changing the wall thickness of the packaging box.
In particular, referring to fig. 3, the package includes panels, retainers and baffles 33.
The mosaic plate is surrounded by a plurality of side walls. In this embodiment, the panel is surrounded by a first sidewall 301, a second sidewall 302, a third sidewall 303 and a fourth sidewall 304. Preferably, the panel further comprises a bottom plate 305 coupled to the plurality of sidewalls, wherein the bottom plate 305 and the plurality of sidewalls form a semi-enclosed structure for protecting objects placed in the package when stacked.
In the invention, at least one of the plurality of side walls constituting the panel is provided with a groove. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, two grooves are respectively disposed on the first side wall 301 and the third side wall 303, and the groove 31 includes a first opening and a fixing surface perpendicular to a plane of the first opening. In this embodiment, the first opening is located inside the panel and faces the fourth sidewall 304. The fixing surface is perpendicular to the plane of the first opening and parallel to the bottom plate 305. The fixing piece is matched with the fixing surface to fix the baffle plate on the mosaic plate.
Of course, the number and position of the grooves 31 can be set according to the requirement, and this embodiment is only used for illustrative purposes and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a baffle of a packing box in an embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the baffle 33 includes a horizontal baffle 331 and a vertical baffle 332, which are vertically connected, the horizontal baffle 331 is fixed on the fixing surface by the fixing member, and the vertical baffle 332 covers a part of the opening.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view of the packing box of fig. 3. In this embodiment, the fixing surface has a second opening, and the length of the second opening is smaller than the length of the horizontal baffle 331. Preferably, the first opening and the second opening are respectively located on two mutually perpendicular surfaces of the groove 31, and the length of the second opening is equal to the length of the first opening.
In this embodiment, the fixing member may be a threaded structure. The thread structure comprises a first thread piece positioned on the insert and a second thread piece matched with the first thread piece, a connecting hole 32 is formed in the baffle plate 33, and the thread structure penetrates through the connecting hole 32 to fix the baffle plate 33 on the insert.
Preferably, the first threaded part is a threaded hole recessed in the side wall, the second threaded part is a screw matched with the threaded hole, and the screw is matched with the threaded hole through the connecting hole 32 to fix the baffle plate 33 on the mosaic plate.
Preferably, the first screw thread piece is a screw protruding from the side wall, the second screw thread piece is a nut matched with the screw, and the nut is matched with the screw through the connecting hole 32 to fix the baffle 33 on the mosaic plate. The thread structure is a common connecting structure, so the invention does not limit the structure further, and any thread structure with proper size can be used as the fixing piece in the invention.
In one embodiment of the invention, the fixing member comprises a snap structure comprising a first snap portion on the panel and a second snap portion on the baffle 33. The snap features may be protrusions and recesses that mate with each other, and when the protrusions and recesses are fully engaged, the baffle 33 may be secured to the panel. Compared with the thread structure in the previous embodiment, when the buckle structure is adopted as the fixing piece, the fixing part of the fixing piece is respectively positioned on the baffle plate 33 and the embedded plate, and an independent fixing part is not arranged, so that the risk of losing screws or nuts in the thread structure is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member is a magnetic fixing structure, and the magnetic fixing structure includes a first magnetic member located on the panel and a second magnetic member cooperating with the first magnetic member. Compare in buckle structure, the installation and the dismantlement of magnetism fixed knot structure are all easier, can save the time of replacement drier, have improved workman's work efficiency.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the surface of the baffle plate has a plurality of air-permeable structures, and the plurality of air-permeable structures are uniformly distributed on the surface of the baffle plate. The contact area of the drying agent positioned in the groove and air can be increased by the ventilating structure, and the drying efficiency of the drying agent is improved.
The air-permeable structure may be circular, oval, triangular, rectangular, polygonal, or other irregular shape. Preferably, the plurality of air-permeable structures are identical in shape and size.
In this embodiment, the air holes having a circular structure will be described as an example. In order to increase the contact area between the desiccant and the air, in the embodiment, the minimum distance between the edges of any two air holes is less than or equal to one half of the distance between the geometric centers of any two air holes. The arrangement can ensure that the area of the air-permeable area on the baffle 33 is larger than that of the non-air-permeable area, and the air-permeable area of the baffle 33 is maximized under the condition of ensuring the mechanical strength of the baffle 33. Meanwhile, the material for manufacturing the baffle 33 can be saved, and the cost is saved.
Another preferred ventilation structure is a fence-type structure consisting of a plurality of rectangular ventilation units arranged in parallel. Also, in order to maximize the air-permeable area of the barrier 33, the width of each rectangular air-permeable unit of the barrier type structure is greater than the distance between two adjacent rectangular air-permeable units.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal baffle 331 includes two positioning ends and a recess, the two positioning ends are respectively located at two sides of the recess and fixed on the fixing surface through a fixing member, and the recess is recessed towards the inside of the groove 31, so that a gap exists between the recess and the fixing surface. Because the plane at the depressed part is lower than the plane at the fixed end, when the plurality of packing boxes are stacked, a certain gap is inevitably formed between the depressed part of each water bottle partition plate and the bottom of the packing box above the packing box. The existence of the gap enables the desiccant in the groove 31 to contact with air, so that the contact area of the desiccant and the air can be increased, and the drying efficiency of the desiccant is further improved.
The invention provides a packing box which comprises an insert plate, a fixing piece and a baffle plate, wherein the insert plate is formed by surrounding a plurality of side walls, at least one side wall is provided with a groove, and the baffle plate is matched with the groove and used for placing a drying agent. Because the baffle only covers a small part of the opening of the groove, most of the drying agent can be in direct contact with the air in the packing box, and the drying efficiency of the drying agent is effectively improved. Claims (10)
1. The packing box is characterized by comprising an embedded plate, a fixing piece and a baffle plate;
the mosaic plate is formed by encircling a plurality of side walls, at least one side wall is provided with a groove, and the groove comprises a first opening and a fixing surface vertical to the plane of the first opening;
the fixing piece is matched with the fixing surface to fix the baffle plate on the mosaic plate;
the baffle plate comprises a horizontal baffle plate and a vertical baffle plate which are vertically connected, the horizontal baffle plate is fixed on the fixed surface through the fixing piece, and the vertical baffle plate covers part of the first opening.
2. The package of claim 1 wherein the mounting surface has a second opening therein, the second opening having a length less than the length of the horizontal dividing wall.
3. The package box of claim 1, wherein the horizontal baffle comprises two positioning ends and a recessed portion, the two positioning ends are respectively located at two sides of the recessed portion and fixed on the fixing surface through a fixing member, and the recessed portion is recessed toward the inside of the groove, so that a gap exists between the recessed portion and the fixing surface.
4. A package as claimed in claim 1 wherein the retainer comprises a snap-fit arrangement comprising a first snap-fit portion on the panel and a second snap-fit portion on the baffle.
5. The package of claim 1 wherein the fastener includes a threaded structure including a first threaded member on the panel and a second threaded member engaged with the first threaded member, the baffle panel having an attachment aperture therethrough, the threaded structure securing the baffle panel to the panel.
6. The package of claim 1 wherein the fastener is a magnetic fastener structure comprising a first magnetic element on the panel and a second magnetic element cooperating with the first magnetic element.
7. The package of claim 1 wherein the panel further comprises a bottom panel, the bottom panel and the side walls being vertically connected to form a semi-enclosed structure.
8. A packaging case according to claim 1 wherein the baffle surface has a plurality of air permeable formations.
9. A packaging case according to claim 8 wherein the plurality of air-permeable structures are evenly distributed across the surface of the baffle.
10. A package according to claim 9 wherein the minimum distance between the edges of any two air-permeable structures is less than or equal to one half the distance between the geometric centres of any two air-permeable structures.
