Abstract
A moisture-proof packing box comprises an embedded plate, wherein the embedded plate is formed by enclosing a side wall and a bottom surface, a slot is formed in the side wall, and a reserved hole is formed in the bottom surface; the moistureproof packing box further comprises a novel drying agent placing groove, the top end of the novel drying agent placing groove is inserted into the slot, and the bottom end of the novel drying agent placing groove is communicated with the preformed hole. The beneficial effects are that: according to the moisture-proof packaging box provided by the invention, the novel detachable drying agent placing groove is designed in the moisture-proof packaging box, so that the box breaking risk caused by too thin side wall of the packaging box during transportation of the moisture-proof packaging box is effectively reduced, and the moisture resistance of the moisture-proof packaging box is further improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a packaging box for flat panel display products, in particular to a moisture-proof packaging box.
Background
At present, the liquid crystal panel is usually transported by using a foaming material packing box, and the packing box can be designed to reserve a space for placing a drying agent to prevent the panel from being influenced by water vapor during transportation. The liquid crystal panel and the television are mostly produced and manufactured by automatic assembly line operation, and the intelligent production degree is very high. The design of the production line of the television automation equipment is generally compatible with the assembly and processing of a plurality of liquid crystal panels with different sizes from small to large. Such automated equipment may have size limitations for the incoming packages of semi-finished products. The larger the glass size is, the larger the contour limitation of the packing box is, the thinner the side wall of the packing box is, so that the space-free reserved design of the drying agent slot position of the packing box is caused, and the transportation of the panel is brought with a larger damp risk and even a component corrosion risk.

The invention aims at the technical problem that the existing moistureproof packing box is too thin in local wall thickness of the side wall of the moistureproof packing box due to overlarge size of automatic line equipment, and further the box breaking risk is very easy to occur when the moistureproof packing box is carried.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a moisture-proof packing box, which includes a panel 10, wherein the panel 10 is enclosed by a side wall 101 and a bottom surface 102, a reserved hole is provided on the panel 10, a slot 103 is provided on the side wall 101, and a reserved hole 104 is provided on the bottom surface 102. The side wall 101 is a rectangular frame, the slot 103 is arranged on the long rectangular frame at the upper end of the side wall 101, the preformed holes 104 are arranged at the lower end of the long rectangular frame at the upper end of the side wall 101, and the position of each preformed hole 104 corresponds to the position of each slot 103.
Fig. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the holes reserved in the moisture-proof packaging box of the present invention. Two baffles are arranged on the slot 103, and the preformed hole 104 is a square through hole.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the novel desiccant container 20 of the moisture-proof packing box of the present invention. Wherein, the novel drying agent placing groove 20 is made of hard plastic or metal; the novel desiccant placement tank 20 is a cantilever beam structure.
Specifically, the cantilever beam structure includes a cantilever 201, a receiving groove 202 and a hanging hook 203, and the cantilever 201, the receiving groove 202 and the hanging hook 203 are integrally formed. Wherein the cross-sectional area of the cantilever 201 is the same as the area of the preformed hole 104; the length of the cantilever 201 is the same as that of the side wall 101, and the width of the cantilever 201 is smaller than that of the spare part of the printed circuit board of the liquid crystal panel.
Specifically, a desiccant bag is placed on the accommodating groove 202; the surface of the accommodating groove 202 is provided with an air hole 204; the air holes 204 are circular through holes, the circular through holes are located on the bottom surface of the accommodating groove 202 and on two side walls adjacent to the cantilever 201, and the circular through holes are axially distributed along the accommodating groove 202.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing the assembly of the moisture-proof packing box of the present invention. Firstly, a panel 10 is provided, the panel 10 is enclosed by a side wall 101 and a bottom surface 102, a reserved hole is provided on the panel 10, a slot 103 is provided on the side wall 101, and a reserved hole 104 is provided on the bottom surface 102. The side wall 101 is a rectangular frame, the slot 103 is arranged on the long rectangular frame at the upper end of the side wall 101, the preformed holes 104 are arranged at the lower end of the long rectangular frame at the upper end of the side wall 101, and the position of each preformed hole 104 corresponds to the position of each slot 103.
Then, several display panels 30 are placed on the panel 10, and the vacant printed circuit board of the display panels 30 are opposite to the prepared holes 104.

Wherein, the novel drying agent placing groove 20 is made of hard plastic or metal; the novel drying agent placing groove 20 is of a cantilever beam structure; the cantilever beam structure comprises a cantilever 201, a receiving groove 202 and a hanging hook 203, wherein the cantilever 201, the receiving groove 202 and the hanging hook 203 are integrally formed; the cross-sectional area of the cantilever 201 is the same as that of the preformed hole 104; the length of the cantilever 201 is the same as that of the side wall 101, the width of the cantilever 201 is smaller than that of the spare part of the printed circuit board of the display panel 30, and the surface of the accommodating groove 202 is provided with an air hole 204; the air holes 204 are circular through holes, the circular through holes are located on the bottom surface of the accommodating groove 202 and on two side walls adjacent to the cantilever 201, and the circular through holes are axially distributed along the accommodating groove 202.
The hanging hooks 203 on the top end of the novel desiccant placement groove 20 are inserted into the slots 103, and the cantilever 201 at the bottom end of the novel desiccant placement groove 20 penetrates through the vacant position of the printed circuit board of the display panel 30 and is communicated with the preformed hole 104.
According to the moisture-proof packaging box provided by the invention, the desiccant placing structure of the packaging box is designed to be detachable under the condition that the thickness of the inner wall of the packaging box is not changed, so that the internal space of the packaging box is efficiently utilized, and the packaging box reaches the drying standard for storing the display panel 30. Meanwhile, the novel desiccant placement groove 20 can prevent the desiccant 40 from falling off, and damage to the display panel 30 and the packaging box panel 10 caused by the falling of the desiccant 40 is avoided. In addition, the moisture-proof packing box is simple and convenient to replace the drying agent 40, and the work efficiency is improved; the novel drying agent placing groove 20 can be repeatedly used, and is assembled with packing boxes of other similar structures in an interchangeable manner, so that the packing cost is reduced.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the moisture-proof packaging box provided by the invention, the novel detachable drying agent placing groove is designed in the moisture-proof packaging box, so that the box breaking risk caused by too thin side wall of the packaging box during transportation of the moisture-proof packaging box is effectively reduced, and the moisture resistance of the moisture-proof packaging box is further improved.

4. The moisture-proof packaging box of claim 2, wherein the length of the cantilever is the same as that of the side wall, and the width of the cantilever is smaller than that of the printed circuit board margin of the liquid crystal panel.
5. The moisture-proof packing case as claimed in claim 3, wherein the receiving groove is provided with air holes on the surface thereof.
6. The moisture-proof packaging box as claimed in claim 5, wherein the air holes are circular through holes.
7. The moisture-proof packaging box according to claim 6, wherein the circular through holes are distributed along the axial direction of the receiving groove.
