According to a second embodiment of the present invention, a carton producing machine using a single sheet of cardboard is different from the first embodiment in that the present embodiment uses an adhering assembly, i.e., a nailing mechanism is replaced with an adhering mechanism, and the corresponding portion of the carton is fixed by adhering. The specific structure can be that the front end of the guide mechanism 2 is provided with a glue outlet head, when the paper board passes through, the glue outlet head is used for gluing the overlapped part needing to be fixed, so that the paper boards are adhered and fixed.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (6)
1. A carton production machine using single paper boards is characterized by comprising a paper bearing table, a folding mechanism and a nailing/pasting mechanism,
the folding mechanism comprises a swing arm folding mechanism and a guide mechanism, the swing arm folding mechanism comprises a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a swing rod, the driving mechanism is connected with the swing rod through the transmission mechanism, and the swing rod is driven to swing around a swing center in a reciprocating manner; a vacuum chuck is arranged on the oscillating bar; the guide mechanism is arranged at the overlapping position of the folded paper board to be processed and comprises a left guide plate and a right guide plate, and the left guide plate and the right guide plate are partially staggered and arranged at different heights;
the driving mechanism is a driving motor, the transmission mechanism comprises a reduction gearbox and a flange, the driving motor is connected with an input shaft of the reduction gearbox, and the flange is connected with an output shaft of the reduction gearbox; the swing rod is provided with a vertical part and a horizontal part connected with the vertical part; the flange is connected with the vertical part; the vertical part is provided with connecting holes with different heights, and the height of the vertical part can be adjusted by selecting different connecting holes to be connected with the flange;
the paper bearing table is connected with a paper bearing table lifting mechanism, the paper bearing table lifting mechanism can drive the paper bearing table to move up and down, and a sensor used for sensing the position of a top paperboard is arranged at a preset height above the paper bearing table;
the paper bearing table lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor, a chain wheel and a chain, the chain is vertically arranged on one side of the paper bearing table through the chain wheel, and the paper bearing table is connected with the chain; the lifting motor can drive the chain to rotate, so that the paper bearing table is driven to lift;
the nailing/pasting mechanism comprises a front end positioning mechanism, a side positioning mechanism, a paper board driving mechanism and a nailing assembly or pasting assembly,
the nailing assembly fixes the corresponding part of the paperboard in a nailing mode, and the pasting assembly fixes the corresponding part of the paperboard in a pasting mode;
the swing arm folding mechanism further comprises a central position adjusting mechanism, the central position adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting lead screw which is horizontally arranged in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the paper board, the transmission mechanism is connected with a sliding nut, the sliding nut is connected with the adjusting lead screw in a matched mode, and when the adjusting lead screw rotates, the sliding nut can be driven by the adjusting lead screw to move along the adjusting lead screw.
2. The carton producing machine using a single sheet of paperboard of claim 1 wherein said nailing assembly includes a nailing head for nailing paperboard passing thereunder and a wire coil for supplying metal nails to the nailing head; the front end positioning mechanism is arranged below the rear part of the nailing machine head and used for limiting the advancing direction of the paper board; the lateral positioning mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the advancing direction of the paper board and used for limiting the two sides of the paper board; the paper board driving mechanism is used for driving the paper board to pass through the nailing machine head in a matching manner with the nailing machine head.
3. The carton producing machine using a single sheet of paperboard as set forth in claim 2, wherein the side positioning means is provided with a patting cylinder on both sides thereof to push the sheet laterally at the same time so that the sheet runs on the transfer centerline.

The carton producing machine according to claim 2, wherein the lateral positioning mechanism has a patting cylinder at one side thereof and a lateral stop plate fixed at the other side thereof, and the patting cylinder is capable of pushing the cardboard laterally so that one side of the cardboard abuts against the lateral stop plate.
5. The carton producing machine according to claim 2, wherein said sheet driving means comprises a driving wheel provided in front of the nailing means and a conveying belt provided in rear of the nailing means;
cardboard pinch roller is equipped with under the drive wheel, cardboard pinch roller locates on the clamp shaft, the height-adjustable of clamp shaft.
6. The carton producing machine using a single sheet of paperboard of claim 2 wherein said folding mechanism further comprises a press for positioning the folded paperboard; the front end positioning mechanism is hinged through a hinged shaft, and the hinged shaft is connected with a control switch; when the front end positioning mechanism is pushed by the paper board to drive the hinged shaft to rotate, the control switch controls the paper board driving mechanism to be matched with the nailing machine head, and automatic nailing is realized.
