发明内容：本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点，提供一种化浊护肝胶囊，它主要解决了国内在治疗酒精性肝损伤、脂肪肝上多从保肝、降脂方面入手，治疗手段多以西药为主，多药组合，患者在治疗时要同时服用多种药物，不仅给患者带来诸多不便，同时也增加了患者的医疗费用，而一些保肝的药物中降酶药副作用较大等问题。本发明由下列重量的原料制成，拳参25—35g、薏苡仁40—50g、草决明40—50g、泽兰85—95g、牡丹皮25—35g、白芍25—35g、白术40—50g、赤芍25—35g、柴胡25—35g、香附25—35g、苦杏仁25—35g、橘红25—35g、广藿香25—35g、砂仁18—20g、郁金25—35g、山楂25—35g、白茅根85—95g、茵陈25—35g、党参40—50g、黄芩25—35g、黄连18—21.6g。其制备方法是将上述重量的药物草决明、泽兰、白芍、赤芍、香附、橘红、广藿香、郁金、山楂、白茅根、茵陈、党参、黄芩加水浸泡，水没过药物，浸泡1—1.5小时，加热煮沸腾后投入黄芩，共同煎煮两次，每次煮2小时合并提取液，滤过，浓缩成膏，烘干，粉碎过100目筛，备用；再将拳参、薏苡仁、牡丹皮、白术、柴胡、苦杏仁、砂仁、黄连粉碎过100目筛，高温灭菌，将上述备用的和粉碎的两种物料混合均匀，分装成胶囊即可。该发明中的拳参清热解毒、消肿、止血。薏苡仁利水渗湿、健脾止泻、除痹、排脓、解毒散结。草决明清热明目、润肠通便。泽兰活血调经、祛瘀消痈、利水消肿。牡丹皮清热活血、凉血化瘀。白芍养血调经、敛阴止汗、柔肝止痛、平抑肝阳。白术补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎。赤芍清热凉血、散瘀止痛。柴胡疏散退热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气。香附疏肝解郁、理气宽中、调经止痛。苦杏仁降气止咳平喘、润肠通便。橘红理气宽中、燥湿化痰。广藿香芳香化浊、和中止呕、发表解暑。砂仁化湿开胃、温脾止泻、理气安胎。郁金活血止痛、行气解郁、清心凉血、利胆退黄。山楂消食健脾、行气散瘀、化浊降脂。白茅根凉血止血、清热利尿。茵陈清利湿热、利胆退黄。党参补脾益气、养血生津。黄芩清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎。黄连清热燥湿、泻火解毒。本发明从中医辩证角度根据酒精性肝损伤、脂肪肝等病多因长期大量饮酒或过食过饱，引起脾胃受损，运化失职，从而湿浊凝阻于中焦，胃失和降，清浊相混使之久聚成痰，阻塞气机，痰浊与气血相搏结而成积聚，造成湿多肥胖，肝失条达，气血郁滞，脾虚愈甚，形成了病人的痰浊内阻、肝郁脾虚、血热血瘀、脾胃不和等症候。从重点治痰湿、血瘀、气滞入手，进行祛痰化湿、降浊解郁、健脾利湿、活血散淤、清热凉血等治疗，从而消除或改善了病人因酒精性肝损伤、肥胖脂肪肝、慢性胆囊炎等引起的肋下隐痛、倦怠乏力、胸闷多痰、体虚便溏、腹胀纳呆、舌体胖大苔厚腻等症状，它可有效的清除肝内脂肪沉着和预防肝硬化，长期服用无副作用，应用本方剂，单用可消除改善以上诸多症候，减少患者的用药种类，避免了患者服用多种药物带来的不便和副作用，还可以中西医结合，标本兼治，扬长避短。该化浊护肝胶囊在我院经过二十多年的临床治疗对长期饮酒的酒精性肝炎、脂肪肝、胆囊炎有显著疗效，有效率可达80%—88%，治愈后不复发，疗效稳定，深受广大患者的赞誉和好评。化浊护肝胶囊二十多年来，经过我院在治疗酒精性肝炎、肝硬化、脂肪肝中选出100例和胆囊炎300例中调查研究，治愈率为80%—88%，患者服药方便，无任何毒副作用，在治疗的100例酒精性肝炎、肝硬化、脂肪肝中男75例，年龄35—65岁，女25例，年龄38—62岁，300例胆囊炎中男116例，年龄28—72岁，女184例，年龄25—75岁，肝炎、脂肪肝多以上腹部不适，B超检查脂肪沉着为依据，胆囊炎多以右上腹疼痛、压痛为依据，B超检查胆囊壁增厚不光滑，治愈标准脂肪肝上腹部无不适感，B超检查脂肪沉着影像消失，胆囊炎症状消失，B超检查胆囊壁变薄恢复光滑。
下面在这些治疗组的病例中仅选出以下10例典型病例
病例1，王某，男性，39岁，长期饮酒，酒精性肝炎，彩超：肝脏形态正常，被膜光滑，边缘较锐利，实质回声增强较密，肝静脉变细走行尚清晰，胆囊大小形态正常，壁厚0.21CM，欠光滑，囊内暗区不纯，内壁可见弱回声区，长约0.45CM，不随体位移动。胰腺大小形态正常，实质回声欠均，脾厚3.96CM，长约10.99。生化：TBIL:35umol/L、ALB:34.5g/L 、ALT:52U/L、AST:45U/L、GGT:206U/L，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程4个月，复查生化：TBIL:20 umol/L、ALB:39 g/L、ALT:34U/L、AST:22U/L、GGT:40U/L，患者转肽酶恢复正常。
病例2，赵某，男性，50岁，酒精性肝硬化5年，彩超：肝脏大小正常，被膜尚光滑，边缘钝，实质回声缯强较粗欠均，可见小量结节样回声，未见血流信号，肝静脉走行欠清晰，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.26CM，不光滑，胰腺大小形态正常，脾厚3.9CM，长径11.32CM。生化：TBIL:59umol/L、ALB:40g/L、ALT:80U/L 、AST:70U/L、GGT:206U/L，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程12个月，复查彩超：肝脏大小正常，被膜尚光滑，边缘钝，实质回声增强较粗欠均，可见小量结节样回声，未见血流信号，肝静脉走行欠清晰，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.25CM，不光滑，胰腺大小形态正常，脾厚3.8CM，长径11.00CM, 生化：TBIL:22umol/L、ALB:37.8g/L、ALT:40U/L、AST:35U/L、GGT:68U/L，患者GGT较前明显下降。
病例3，赵某，男性，44岁，脂肪肝，彩超：肝脏大小形态正常，被膜尚光滑，边缘欠锐利，实质回声增强增粗，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.26CM，不光滑，脾厚正常范围。生化：TBIL:18umol/L、ALB:24g/L、ALT:49U/L、AST:32U/L、GGT:90U/L，指导合理饮食，适量运动，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程5个月，复查生化：TBIL:17.2umol/L、ALB:42g/L、ALT:18U/L、AST:18U/L、GGT:46U/L，患者GGT明显下降。
病例4，赵某，女性，36岁，酒精性肝炎，彩超：肝脏形态正常，被膜光滑，边缘较锐利，实质回声增强较密，肝静脉变细走行尚清晰，胆囊大小形态正常，壁厚0.20CM，欠光滑，胰腺大小形态正常，实质回声欠均，脾厚3.96CM，长约10.99。生化：TBIL: 18umol/L、ALB:43g/L、ALT:50U/L、AST:49U/L、GGT:189U/L，指导戒酒，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程3个月，复查生化：TBIL:15umol/L、ALB:48g/L、ALT:31U/L、AST:23U/L、GGT:35.9U/L，患者经治疗肝功能恢复正常。
病例5，宋某，男性，52岁，酒精性肝硬化5年余，彩超：肝脏大小正常，被膜尚光滑，边缘钝，实质回声增强较粗欠均，可见小量结节样回声，未见血流信号，肝静脉走行欠清晰，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.26CM，不光滑，胰腺大小形态正常。生化：TBIL:40umol/L、ALB:32g/L、ALT:60U/L、AST:50U/L、GGT:165U/L，嘱患者戒酒，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程1年，复查彩超：肝脏形态欠佳，被膜不光滑，边缘钝，实质回声增粗不均，肝静脉变细走行不清晰，门静脉主干内径正常，生化：TBIL:16umol/L、ALB:42.6g/L、ALT:30U/L、AST:26U/L、GGT:48U/L，患者肝功能恢复正常，治疗有效。
病例6，冯某，男性，40岁，酒精性肝炎，彩超：肝脏大小形态正常，被膜不光滑，实质回声增强略密较粗，门静脉走行欠清晰，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.25CM，不光滑，脾厚正常范围。生化：TBIL:20umol/L、ALB:41g/L、 GLB:22g/L、ALT:52U/L、AST:49U/L、GGT:260U/L，嘱戒酒，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程6个月，复查彩超：肝脏大小形态正常，被膜欠光滑，实质回声增强，门静脉走行清晰，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.20CM，不光滑，脾厚正常范围。生化：TBIL:14.3umol/L、ALB:42g/L、ALT:33U/L、AST:24U/L、GGT:35.3U/L，患者状态好，肝功能恢复。
病例7，程某，男性，45岁，酒精性肝硬化，彩超：肝脏形态欠佳，体积正常，被膜不光滑，边缘钝，实质回声增粗不均，可见少量结节，肝静脉变细走行不清晰，脾厚4.53CM，长径11.18CM。生化：TBIL:35umol/L、ALB:34g/L、ALT:65U/L、AST:48U/L、GGT:243.5U/L、 嘱患者戒酒，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程6个月，现彩超：肝脏形态欠佳，被膜不光滑，边缘钝，实质回声增粗不均，可见少量结节，肝静脉变细走行不清晰，门静脉主干内径正常，脾厚4.5CM，长径11CM，生化：TBIL:18.6umol/L、ALB:38g/L、ALT:36U/L、 AST:26U/L、GGT:48U/L，患者肝功能恢复，临床好转。
病例8，王某，男性，48岁，酒精肝，彩超：肝脏形态正常，被膜光滑，边缘较锐利，实质回声增强较密，肝静脉变细走行尚清晰，胆囊大小形态正常，壁厚0.18CM，欠光滑，胰腺大小正常。生化：TBIL:15.4umol/L、ALT:42.3U/L、AST:48U/L、GGT:305U/L，嘱患者戒酒，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程1年，复查彩超：肝脏形态正常，被膜光滑，边缘较锐利，实质回声均匀，肝静脉走行尚清晰，胆囊大小形态正常，壁厚0.15CM，欠光滑，胰腺大小正常。生化：TBIL:16umol/L、ALB:40g/L、ALT:30U/L、AST:26U/L、 GGT:50U/L，肝功能较前改善，临床好转。
病例9，刘某，男性，55岁，酒精性肝硬化，彩超：肝脏大小形态正常，被膜不光滑，实质回声增强较粗，可见少量结节样回声，门静脉走行欠清晰，肝内外胆管未见扩张，门静脉主干内径正常，胆囊大小正常，壁厚0.20CM，脾厚正常范围。生化：TBIL:18umol/L、ALB:42g/L、ALT:64U/L、AST:73U/L、GGT:232U/L，嘱患者戒酒，服用化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，疗程6个月，复查生化：TBIL:15.2umol/L、ALB:40g/L、ALT:30U/L、AST:26.8U/L、GGT:36U/L，患者肝功能恢复正常。
病例10，毕某，男，30岁，右上腹部不适经常腹胀已两年，食欲时好时坏，消化欠佳，曾经到某医院检查诊断为脂肪肝，胆囊炎，给予西药保肝降脂治疗，效果不甚满意，遂来我院就诊。检查：体温36.4度，血压135/85，脉搏82次/分，意识清，发育中等，营养佳较胖，头颈未见异常，心肺OB，腹部稍膨隆，叩诊鼓音，肝上届在右锁骨中线第五肋间，肝下届在右季肋下三公分，边缘钝轻度触痛，胆囊区轻度压痛，莫非式阳性，脾脏没触到。四肢未见异常，血项、肝功检查在正常范围，B超检查：肝边缘钝，肝实质回声明显增强，肝光点密集，静脉走行不清，门静脉走行正常，胆囊壁厚四毫米，不光滑，胆囊大小近于正常，胰腺轮廓清晰，实质回声增强。诊断：1、脂肪肝； 2、胆囊炎；3、胰腺炎。在我院经口服化浊护肝胶囊4粒，日三次口服，10周后，症状体征消失，B超检查正常。
具体实施方式
实施例1，最佳选择配方
取拳参30g、薏苡仁45、草决明45g、泽兰90g、牡丹皮30g、白芍30g、白术45g、赤芍30g、柴胡30g、香附30g、苦杏仁30g、橘红30g、广藿香30g、砂仁18g、郁金30g、山楂30g、白茅根90g、茵陈30g、党参45g、黄芩30g、黄连18g。
实施例2，
取拳参25g、薏苡仁40、草决明40g、泽兰85g、牡丹皮25g、白芍25g、白术40g、赤芍25g、柴胡25g、香附25g、苦杏仁25g、橘红25g、广藿香25g、砂仁19g、郁金25g、山楂25g、白茅根85g、茵陈25g、党参40g、黄芩25g、黄连20g。
实施例3，
取拳参35g、薏苡仁50g、草决明50g、泽兰95g、牡丹皮35g、白芍35g、白术50g、赤芍35g、柴胡35g、香附35g、苦杏仁35g、橘红35g、广藿香35g、砂仁20g、郁金35g、山楂35g、白茅根95g、茵陈35g、党参50g、黄芩35g、黄连21.6g。
以上三个实施例的制备方法是将上述重量的草决明、泽兰、白芍、赤芍、香附、橘红、广藿香、郁金、山楂、白茅根、茵陈、党参、黄芩加水浸泡，水没过药物，浸泡1—1.5小时，加热煮沸腾后投入黄芩，共同煎煮两次人，每次煮2小时合并提取液，滤过，浓缩成膏，烘干，粉碎过100目筛，备用；再将上述重量的拳参、薏苡仁、牡丹皮、白术、柴胡、苦杏仁、砂仁、黄连粉碎过100目筛，高温灭菌，将上述备用的和粉碎的两种物料混合均匀，分装成胶囊即可。
用法：一日口服三次，一次服4粒，一胶囊0.30g，三个月为一个疗程。

Claims (2)

1.一种化浊护肝胶囊,其特征在于：由下列重量的原料制成：拳参25—35g、薏苡仁40—50g、草决明40—50g、泽兰85—95g、牡丹皮25—35g、白芍25—35g、白术40—50g、赤芍25—35g、柴胡25—35g、香附25—35g、苦杏仁25—35g、橘红25—35g、广藿香25—35g、砂仁18—20g、郁金25—35g、山楂25—35g、白茅根85—95g、茵陈25—35g、党参40—50g、黄芩25—35g、黄连18—21.6g。
2.权利要求1所述的化浊护肝胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于：
a.将上述重量的药物草决明、泽兰、白芍、赤芍、香附、橘红、广藿香、郁金、山楂、白茅根、茵陈、党参、黄芩加水浸泡，水没过药物，浸泡1—1.5小时，加热煮沸腾后投入黄芩，共同煎煮两次，每次煮2小时合并提取液，滤过，浓缩成膏，烘干，粉碎过100目筛，备用；
b.再将拳参、薏苡仁、牡丹皮、白术、柴胡、苦杏仁、砂仁、黄连粉碎过100目筛，高温灭菌，将上述备用的和粉碎的两种物料混合均匀，分装成胶囊即可。
