一种甜味剂
本发明涉及一种食用甜味添加剂。
在人们的日常生活当中,食用甜味的食品、饮料以及烹饪都离不开糖,糖是人们日常生活中不可缺少的必需品。在我国人们食糖主要是以白砂糖为主,它热值高,甜味纯正,人们都非常喜欢食用。而人工合成的甜味素,如:糖精、甜蜜素等在食品工业中的应用也十分广泛。据现代医学告诫人们,日益增多的糖尿病、高血脂、心血管等疾病,均与人们喜欢多食糖有关,尤其是儿童的肥胖症、龋齿等与多食甜品、糖类制品关系重大。
本发明的目的,提供一种食用甜味添加剂,只需使用极少的量,就能达到人们口感所需的甜度。既能满足人们身体所需糖的需要,又不要限制食用糖类制品,并且食用本甜味添加剂,不会导致上述危害人体健康的疾病。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种甜味添加剂,主要由甜菊糖甙、蔗糖为主要原料,适量添加磷酸二氢钾、苹果酸、天然香料,在常温、常压下将上述组分搅拌、粉碎、包装即可。
本发明的组成重量比如下:

苹果酸                    0.04-0.08
天然香料                  0.01-0.10
本发明的优异之处:
1、原料易得,工艺简单,配制方便。
2、组分中的甜菊糖甙是一种天然糖代品,无毒副作用。
3、该配方配制的甜味剂,解决了单一食用甜菊糖的苦涩异味,又解决了多食用蔗糖易产生剩余热量聚集体内,产生肥胖等病症。
4、用量少,甜度高,是其蔗糖甜度的50倍之多。
下面结合实施例进一步阐述:
称取甜菊糖甙100克,蔗糖400克,磷酸二氢钾5克,苹果酸4克,麦香酚香料4克,将上述组分混合搅拌、粉碎、包装。
经本实施例获取的甜味添加剂,其甜度是同重量蔗糖的50倍以上的甜度,而价格仅只有同等重量蔗糖市价的十分之一。本发明是一种具有广泛市场前景的食用甜味添加剂。
