Abstract
一种终端设备的信号状态确定方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中终端设备进行语音业务时网络接入模式下的信号状态的级别频繁切换导致乒乓效应,影响语音业务的质量的问题。该方法为:终端设备在确定n个第一周期中采集的数据传输质量参数属于第一范围内时,确定网络接入模式下的信号状态为第一级别;然后在确定所述n个第一周期之后的m个第二周期中采集的数据传输质量参数属于第一迟滞范围内时,保持所述信号状态为所述第一级别。这样避免信号状态出现频繁切换的乒乓效应现象,进而在终端设备根据多个网络接入模式下的信号状态的级别选择网络接入模式时,避免信号状态的频繁切换导致网络接入模式的频繁切换,保证所述终端设备执行的业务的质量。
