Therefore, the lengths of the adjacent racks are kept different, the inclined state of the racks is formed, and the natural frequencies of the adjacent racks can be kept different, so that the resonance resisting effect of the adjacent racks is further improved. In the present embodiment, the rack 431 may further have an upper end connected to the inner side wall 4211 and a lower end remote from the inner side wall 4211. In some examples, the heights of adjacent racks 431 may also be different, i.e., the heights of the lower ends of racks 431 from inner side walls 4211 may be different. In other examples, the lower end of the rack 431 may be inclined from the other side end of the cover 421 toward the side plate 422. Here, the "end" may be the edge or the start of the side, and may be the edge or the start of one side, or the edge or the start of the other side. The "inclination" may be downward or may be in a direction from a high end to a low end. Under the condition, the air flow entering the accommodating space of the motor cover can be further guided, so that part of the air flow flows towards the direction of the motor, thereby being beneficial to heat dissipation of the motor and prolonging the service life of the motor.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the rack 431 is not particularly limited. In some examples, rack 431 may be a bar rack. In other examples, the rack 431 may be a serrated rack. Therefore, the racks with different shapes can have different wind guiding effects, so that the racks with different shapes can be manufactured according to the actual requirements of wind guiding and the conditions of process conditions, thereby meeting the actual requirements and improving the practicability.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7 is a partial enlarged view of I 2 in fig. 6.
As another implementation form of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the air conditioner according to the present embodiment may further include: the air inlet 11, the air outlet 12 and the fan blade 10, wherein the air inlet 11 can be arranged on the upper base 4 and positioned at the upper side of the air conditioner, and the air outlet 12 can be arranged on the lower base 3 and positioned at the junction of the lower side and the front side of the air conditioner. In some examples, the air inlet 11 may also be provided on other components of the air conditioner, such as a middle frame of the air conditioner, and the like. In other examples, the fan blade 10 may be disposed on the lower base 3 and adapted to guide the air flow entering the air conditioner from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12. Under the condition, the fan blade can introduce the air flow in the external space into the air conditioner through the air inlet and then send the air flow out to the external space through the air outlet, so that the guiding effect of the air flow in the internal and external spaces of the air conditioner is realized.
As shown in fig. 7, the motor cover 41 may further include a corrugation 45 provided on an outer sidewall 4212 of the cover plate 421. In some examples, the pleat structures 45 may be provided with: a guiding groove 451 adapted for guiding the wind and a guiding plate 452 adapted for guiding the wind. In other examples, the pleat structures 45 may be provided at the junction of the cover 421 and the back plate 46 of the upper base 4. Under the condition, on one hand, the connection part of the motor cover and the base can be reinforced by the arrangement of the fold structure, so that the mechanical property of the motor cover is enhanced, and the service life of the motor cover is prolonged; on the other hand, the condensed water flowing on the motor cover can realize the flow guiding effect through the guide groove, so that the situation of accumulated water and the like on the motor cover is prevented, the air flow flowing on the motor cover can also realize the air guiding effect through the guide plate, the generation of turbulent flow in the air conditioner is prevented, and the effect of reducing noise is further realized.
Preferably, the guide groove 451 may be inclined downward in a direction from one side end of the cover plate 421 to the other side end of the cover plate 421. In some examples, the guide groove 451 may form a through connection with a water groove provided on the upper base 4. In other examples, the guide groove 451 may be connected to a water tank provided in the lower chassis 3. Here, the "end" may be the edge portion or the start portion of the side. Under the condition, the guide groove can be obliquely connected to the water tank of the base, so that condensed water on the motor cover can flow into the water tank more conveniently and efficiently, the effect of drainage effect of the condensed water on the motor cover is improved, and the occurrence of water accumulation and other conditions on the motor cover is further prevented.
Preferably, the deflector 452 may have an air guiding surface. In some examples, the air guiding surface may be disposed towards the air outlet 12, and adapted to guide the air flow entering the air conditioner from the air inlet 11 onto the fan blade 10. In other examples, the number of the air guide plates 452 may be two, and the number of the corresponding air guide surfaces may be two. Therefore, the air flow entering the air conditioner from the external space can be guided to the fan blade of the air conditioner, so that the occurrence of turbulent flow and the like in the air conditioner is further prevented, and the use comfort of the air conditioner is improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a rack according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, the size of the rack 431 in the length direction may be different. In some examples, as shown in fig. 8, from the rear end 4312 of the rack 431 to the front end 4311 of the rack 431, the radial dimension of the rack 431 may be increased and decreased, that is, the dimension of the rack 431 may be a structure having thick middle and thin both ends. Here, as shown in fig. 2b, the direction of the front and rear end connection lines of the rack is defined as an axial direction, and the above-mentioned "radial direction" is a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, that is, a direction of the left and right end connection lines of the rack as shown in fig. 2 b. Under the condition, the racks can be arranged into a structure with thick middle and thin two ends, and the grooves between adjacent racks can be of a structure with big middle and small middle ends, so that the flow rate of the air flow passing through the grooves is firstly reduced and then is increased, the air flow is buffered, the occurrence of the condition that the motor cover is impacted and vibrated due to sudden change of the flow path of the air flow is prevented, and the possibility of noise generation is further reduced.
As another implementation of the present invention, the rear end 4312 of the rack 431 may be near the rear end of the inner sidewall 4211, and the front end 4311 of the rack 431 may be near the front end of the inner sidewall 4211. Under this circumstance, can extend the profile of tooth subassembly to the front side of lid along the rear side of lid to the inside wall of cover is covered, from this, can carry out abundant water conservancy diversion to the air current that gets into the accommodation space of motor lid, improves the effect of water conservancy diversion, thereby promotes the holistic performance of air conditioner.
As another implementation form of the present invention, the rack 431 may have a first type of rack and a second type of rack, wherein a lower end of the first type of rack is inclined from the other side end of the cover plate 421 toward the side plate 422, and the lower end of the second type of rack is maintained flush. In other examples, the first type of racks may be spaced apart and may have at least one spaced apart space, and the second type of racks may be disposed within the spaced apart space. Under the condition, the racks in the interval space are set to be in the equal-height state, and when the first type racks and the second type racks are combined, the heights of the grooves between the adjacent racks and the inner space of the grooves are kept basically the same, so that the flow guiding stability of the motor cover is improved, the noise generated by the motor cover is further reduced, and the overall performance of the air conditioner is improved.

Claims (8)

1. An air conditioner characterized by a base, a motor (9) and a motor cover (41), wherein the motor cover (41) comprises a shell (42) and a tooth-shaped assembly (43), the shell (42) is provided with a cover plate (421) of an inner side wall (4211) and an outer side wall (4212), and a side plate (422) arranged at one side end part of the cover plate (421); and the tooth assembly (43) is provided with more than two racks (431) and a groove (432) positioned between the adjacent racks (431), and the tooth assembly (43) is arranged on the inner side wall (4211) of the cover plate (421) and extends from the other side end of the cover plate (421) to the direction of the side plate (422);
The motor cover (41) further comprises a fold structure (45) arranged on the outer side wall (4212) of the cover plate (421), wherein the fold structure (45) is provided with a guide groove (451) suitable for guiding flow and a guide plate (452) suitable for guiding air;
The rack (431) has a rear end (4312) near the rear end of the inner side wall (4211) and a front end (4311) remote from the rear end of the inner side wall (4211), and the rear end (4312) of the rack (431) remains flush;
the front end (4311) of the rack (431) is inclined in a direction from the other side end of the cover plate (421) to the one side end of the cover plate (421);
