Under the condition, the fan blade can lead the airflow in the external space into the air conditioner through the air inlet and then send the airflow out of the air outlet to the external space, so that the airflow in the internal space and the airflow in the external space of the air conditioner can be guided.
In the present embodiment, flow guide plate 452 may have a wind guide surface. In some examples, the wind guide surface may be disposed toward the wind outlet 12 and adapted to guide the airflow entering the air conditioner from the wind inlet 11 onto the fan blades 10. In other examples, the number of baffles 452 may be two, and the number of corresponding air guiding surfaces may also be two. Therefore, the air flow entering the air conditioner from the external space can be guided, so that the air flow can be guided to the fan blades of the air conditioner, the conditions such as turbulent flow in the air conditioner are further prevented, and the use comfort of the air conditioner is improved when the air conditioner is used.
In the present embodiment, the width of the cover 421 is not particularly limited. In some examples, the width of the cover plate 421 may be greater than the width of the motor 9. In other examples, the width of the cover 421 may be larger than the sum of the widths of the motor 9 itself and the connection portion with the fan blade 10. Here, the width means a length in the lateral direction of the cover plate. Under the condition, the cover plate can fully cover the motor, thereby further preventing the occurrence of water leakage and the like on the motor and improving the use safety of the air conditioner.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the cover 421 is not particularly limited. In some examples, the cover plate 421 may be configured as an arch structure. In other examples, the cover 421 may be configured in other configurations. Under the condition, when the motor cover is arranged on the motor, the motor cover can completely cover the motor, and the condensed water on the motor cover can flow away along the two sides of the motor cover, so that the accumulated water and the like of the condensed water on the motor cover are prevented, the working performance of the motor is prevented from being influenced by the water leakage, and the like, and the performance of the air conditioner is improved.
Further, modifications of the present embodiment will be described below.

Fig. 6 is a schematic configuration diagram of an air conditioner according to modification 1 of the embodiment of the present invention.
The modification 1 of the present embodiment differs from the above-described embodiment in that, in the air conditioner according to the modification 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the rear water tank 14 may be provided on the lower base 3. When the upper base 4 and the lower base 3 are connected, the rear water tank 14 may be connected to the guide groove 451 in a penetrating manner. Under the condition, the guide groove and the water tank on the base are in through connection, so that the condensed water on the motor cover can flow into the water tank of the base through the guide groove, and the collection and the discharge of the condensed water in the air conditioner comprising the motor cover are realized more conveniently.

The modification 2 of the present embodiment differs from the above-described embodiment in that, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the air conditioner according to the modification 2 of the present embodiment may further include a motor cover 41 including: the tooth assembly 43 has two or more racks 431 and grooves 432, wherein the number of the racks 431 may be two or more, the grooves 432 may be located between the adjacent racks 431, and the tooth assembly 43 may be disposed on the inner sidewall 4211 of the cover 421 and extend from the other end of the cover 421 to the side plate 422. Under this condition, through set up the profile of tooth subassembly in the motor cover, can be when being applied to the air conditioner with the motor cover, carry out the guide effect to the air current that gets into the motor cover from the tip of the fan blade in the air conditioner, effectively prevent turbulent production to prevent the vibration of motor cover or the peripheral subassembly of motor cover because of the turbulent leads to, avoid producing great noise, improve air conditioner user's use travelling comfort.
In modification 2 of the present embodiment, the number of racks 431 is not particularly limited. In some examples, the rack 431 can be more than two, e.g., five, eight, ten, etc. From this, can set up the rack of different quantity according to the circumstances such as size of motor cover to satisfy different technology demands etc..
In modification 2 of the present embodiment, the size of the space between the adjacent racks 431 is not particularly limited, that is, the size of the recess 432 between the adjacent racks 431 is not particularly limited. In some examples, the size of the groove 432 may be different between different racks 431 and may be the same. In other examples, the grooves 432 may be regular or irregular, such as a gradual structure. Therefore, different rack intervals can be set according to the requirements of actual processes or air guide performance, different groove sizes are obtained, different groove shape and size structures are obtained, the requirement on the overall structure performance of the air conditioner is met, and the practicability of the air conditioner is improved.
In modification 2 of the present embodiment, the rack 431 may have a rear end 4312 and a front end 4311, wherein the rear end 4312 may be close to the rear end of the inner sidewall 4211, and the front end 4311 may be far from the rear end of the inner sidewall 4211. In some examples, the rear end 4312 of the rack 431 may remain flush and the front end 4311 of the rack 431 may be inclined to one side. In other examples, the front end 4311 of the rack 431 may be inclined in a direction toward one side end of the cover 421 along the other side end of the cover 421.
The rack is set to be in the inclined state, on one hand, the rack is set to be different in length, so that the quality of the rack can be changed, the natural frequency of the rack can be changed, the phenomenon that the rack resonates and the like under the action of airflow entering the accommodating space is prevented, the size of generated noise is further reduced, and the use comfort of an air conditioner user is improved; on the other hand, because of being close to the another side tip of apron promptly and being close to the fan blade, the air current that is close to the fan blade side is great, and the air current of keeping away from the fan blade side is less, from this, makes the rack that is close to the fan blade side longer, and the rack that keeps away from the fan blade side is shorter, can be when effectively wind-guiding carding is carried out to the air current that gets into accommodation space by the fan blade, the quality of reduction motor lid that again can be suitable to reduce the whole quality of air conditioner, improve the practicality of air conditioner.
In modification 2 of the present embodiment, the lengths of the adjacent racks 431 may be different, that is, the front ends 4311 of the adjacent racks 431 may have a certain height difference. In some examples, the difference in height of the leading ends 4311 of adjacent racks 431 may be Hmm, where H > 0. In other examples, the value of H may be the same or different, that is, the height difference between the front ends 4311 of the adjacent racks 431 may be the same or different. Therefore, the lengths of the adjacent racks are kept different to form the inclined state of the racks, and the natural frequencies of the adjacent racks can be kept different to further improve the anti-resonance effect.
In modification 2 of the present embodiment, the rack 431 may further have an upper end connected to the inner sidewall 4211 and a lower end distant from the inner sidewall 4211. In some examples, the heights of adjacent racks 431 may also be different, that is, the heights of the lower ends of the racks 431 from the inner sidewall 4211 may be different. In other examples, the lower end of the rack 431 may be inclined from the other side end of the cover 421 to the one side end of the cover 421. Under the condition, the airflow entering the accommodating space of the motor cover can be further guided, so that part of the airflow flows towards the direction of the motor, the heat dissipation of the motor is facilitated, and the service life of the motor is prolonged.
In modification 2 of the present embodiment, the shape of the rack 431 is not particularly limited. In some examples, the rack 431 may be a bar rack. In other examples, the rack 431 may also be a toothed rack. From this, the rack of different shapes can have the water conservancy diversion effect of difference to wind to can make the rack of different shapes according to the actual demand of wind-guiding and the condition of process condition, with satisfying actual demand, improve its practicality.

In this case, the rack may be configured to have a structure with thick middle and thin ends, and the groove between the adjacent racks may have a structure with large ends and small middle, so that the flow rate of the air flow passing through the groove is first reduced and then increased, thereby buffering the air flow, preventing the motor cover from vibrating due to the impact caused by the sudden change of the air flow path, and further reducing the possibility of noise generation.

Claims (13)

1. A motor cover (41), comprising:
a cover plate (421) having an inner sidewall (4211) and an outer sidewall (4212); and
a corrugated structure (45) provided on an outer side wall (4212) of the cover plate (421), and comprising: a guide groove (451) suitable for guiding the flow and a guide plate (452) suitable for guiding the flow.
2. The motor cover (41) according to claim 1, further comprising:
and a side plate (422) provided at one end of the cover plate (421), wherein the guide groove (451) is inclined downward in a direction from the one end of the cover plate (421) to the other end of the cover plate (421).
3. A base, comprising:
an upper base (4) provided with the motor cover (41) according to claim 2,
the upper base (4) further comprises: and a back plate (46) connected to the rear side of the cover plate (421) and integrally formed with the cover plate (421).
4. The base of claim 3, characterized in that the corrugated structure (45) is provided at the rear end of the cover plate (421) at the connection of the motor cover (41) and the back plate (46).
5. The base of claim 4, further comprising:
and a rear water tank (14) which is provided on the upper base (4) and is connected to the guide groove (451) in a penetrating manner.
6. The base of claim 4, further comprising:
and the lower base (3) is detachably connected with the front side of the cover plate (421) and is matched with the inner side wall (4211) of the cover plate (421) and the side plate (422) to form an accommodating space (423).
7. The base of claim 4, characterized in that the width of the corrugated structure (45) is the same as the width of the cover plate (421).
8. An air conditioner, comprising:
a base as claimed in claim 6; and
and the motor (9) is arranged on the lower base (3) and is positioned in the accommodating space (423).
9. The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the width of the cover plate (421) is larger than the width of the motor (9).
10. The air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the cover plate (421) is constructed in an arch structure.
11. The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the motor cover (41) further comprises:
the clamping component is arranged on the inner side wall (4211) of the cover plate (421) and is suitable for clamping the motor (9).
12. The air conditioner according to claim 8, further comprising:
the air inlet (11) is arranged on the upper base (4) and is positioned at the upper side of the air conditioner;
the air outlet (12) is arranged on the lower base (3) and is positioned at the junction of the lower side and the front side of the air conditioner; and
and the fan blades (10) are arranged on the lower base (3) and are suitable for guiding airflow entering the air conditioner from the air inlet (11) to the air outlet (12).
13. The air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein the deflector (452) has a guiding surface facing the outlet opening (12) and adapted to guide the airflow entering the air conditioner from the inlet opening (11) onto the fan blades (10).
