The structure of a humidifier 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
According to a humidifier 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the humidifier 100 includes: a shell (only a bottom cover 3 of the shell is shown in figure 1), a plurality of humidification units 1 and a water storage tank 2 which are arranged in the shell, wherein the humidification units 1 are provided. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In some embodiments, the humidifier 100 is adapted to be installed in a kitchen or toilet to facilitate water replenishment and drainage. Humidifier 100 hoists on the roof of kitchen or bathroom, and casing internals all connects on the lateral wall of casing or roof, and the inside heavier part of this kind of humidifier 100 all is located casing mounting point lower department, and the moment of torsion that produces when receiving external impact is little, and humidifier 100 is difficult to rock. Optionally, storage water tank 2 and humidification unit 1 all connect on the roof of casing, in case in this way after the hoist and mount of casing top are accomplished, whole structure smoothness, security are all higher. The shell is provided with a bottom cover 3, and the bottom cover 3 is a detachable cover body, so that the cover is conveniently detached from the lower part for maintenance.
Specifically, the water storage tank 2 has a water inlet 21 for connecting with an external water source inside the housing, and the external water source performs automatic water replenishment from the water inlet 21 when the water level inside the water storage tank 2 is low, or a user manually adds water to the water inlet 21, so as to ensure that the water storage tank 2 can provide sufficient humidification water for each humidification unit 1.
As shown in fig. 1, each humidification cell 1 has an air outlet 11. The air outlet 11 is used for outputting steam to the space to be humidified. Each humidification unit 1 has a water replenishment port 12 for connection to the water storage tank 2. The water stored in the water storage tank 2 can be guided into each humidification unit 1 through the water replenishing port 12, and each humidification unit 1 applies work to the water to vaporize the water and output the vaporized water.
The humidifier 100 of the present invention may be a steam type humidifier, a wet film humidifier or an ultrasonic humidifier, which is not limited herein. The operation principle of the humidification unit 1 will be described below by taking the humidifier 100 for steam humidification as an example.
In some examples of the present invention, the humidifying unit 1 includes a heating member that heats water in the humidifying unit 1 and accelerates evaporation of the water, generating steam that is output from the air outlet 11. In some examples of the invention, the humidifier 100 further comprises a water boiling vessel, and the heating element is directly arranged in the water boiling vessel for heating.
The heating member for realizing the steam type humidification has various structural types, such as resistance heating, electrode heating and the like adopted by the humidification unit 1. In some examples, the heating element can change the input power by changing the input voltage or current, for example, the heating element is an electric heating tube, a heating wire, an infrared heating tube, or the like. In other examples, the heating power of the heating member does not change significantly with changes in the input voltage, such as a PTC heater. When such a heating member is employed, taking the PTC heating elements as an example, each heating member may be provided so as to include a plurality of PTC heating elements, and the heating power of the heating member is changed by changing the number of PTC heating elements that are turned on at a time.
As can be seen from the above structure, in the humidifier 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the steam output from the air outlet 11 of each humidification unit 1 may respectively correspond to different humidification spaces or different positions of the same humidification space, so as to meet various humidity requirements.
For example, the number of rooms to be serviced by the humidifier 100 is four, and the humidifier 100 has four humidification units 1, and the operation parameters of the four humidification units 1 can be adjusted according to the humidity requirements of different rooms.
For another example, the humidifier 100 may serve a laboratory that requires different air flows and humidity at different locations, and the plurality of humidification units 1 may adjust the operation parameters according to the humidity requirements at different locations in the same laboratory.
Also for example, where multiple humidification cells 1 of humidifier 100 each release vapor at the same location, humidifier 100 may select one or more of humidification cells 1 to operate simultaneously in producing gas during use.
The plurality of humidifying units 1 can perform humidification control, and the humidifying conditions can be quickly formed into the required humidifying conditions by adjusting the humidifying conditions of the humidifying units 1, so that the space to be humidified can quickly reach the preset humidity value.
In some embodiments, a water level sensor is provided in the humidification unit 1 to detect the water level, and when the water level in the humidification unit 1 is lower than a set value, the water in the water storage tank 2 is replenished to the humidification unit 1.
In some embodiments, a temperature sensor is disposed in the humidifying unit 1, and the temperature sensor can detect the temperature of the water inside in real time to indirectly determine whether the heating power setting of the heating element is appropriate or not and whether the adjustment is needed or not.
Advantageously, the air outlet 11 is located at the upper part or top of the humidifying unit 1 to avoid water in the container from being discharged along the air outlet 11, and to facilitate the outward conduction of the generated steam by utilizing the upward rising characteristic of the steam.
Advantageously, the water replenishment port 12 is located in the lower part of the humidification unit 1. This is because if the position of the water replenishing port 12 is higher than the liquid level in the water storage tank 2, it is not favorable for the humidifying unit 1 to replenish water by using the liquid level difference between the water replenishing port 12 and the water storage tank 2, and the excessively high water replenishing port 12 needs to be supplemented by a pump, which is high in cost. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water replenishing port 12 is disposed at the lower portion of the humidification unit 1, and a pump may not be provided, thereby reducing the water replenishing cost.
A detailed description will be given of a specific control method of the humidifier 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the control method of the humidifier 100 of the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, when the humidifier 100 has been operated for at least one period, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the period is adjusted according to the operation power and the operation time of the humidifier 100 in the previous period and the humidification speed of the humidifier 100 in the period.
It should be noted that "one cycle" refers to a period of time from the start of the production of the steam to the stop of the production of the steam by the humidifier 100.
It will be appreciated that the humidifier 100, when initially operated, produces a vapor at a rate that substantially corresponds to the humidification rate described in the product specification. However, after the humidifier 100 is used, various components, especially functional components (such as a heating element, an ultrasonic generator, etc.) generating steam are more or less affected, for example, heat transfer efficiency is reduced due to scaling on the surface of the functional components, and heat generation amount per unit time is increased due to changes in the electrical conductivity of the material. However, the influence of the functional components on the steam generation speed is unpredictable along with the change of the use condition, so that when each cycle is operated, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the cycle is adjusted according to the operation power and the operation time length of the humidifier 100 in the previous cycle and by referring to the humidification speed of the humidifier 100 in the cycle, so that the operation power obtained in the cycle is more suitable for the operation of the humidifier 100. This method of adjusting the humidification operation power is a self-adjustment of the humidifier 100 by the influence of the humidifier itself as the number of times of use increases.
Therefore, the adjustment of the humidifying operation power of the humidifier 100 can be more accurate and faster, and the adjustment can be more adaptive to the change rule of the humidifier. Moreover, each humidifier 100 is subjected to different environmental influences after being used for multiple times due to different use environments, and the work-doing capability of each humidifier 100 after being operated for multiple times is changed, so that the parameters adjusted by the method are more adaptive to the conditions, and the adaptability of the power adjustment of the humidifier 100 is realized.
According to the control method of the humidifier 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the humidifier 100 is started again after at least one operation period in the operation process, the power of the humidifier 100 in the operation process in the period can be rapidly adjusted according to the humidification condition of the previous period, particularly the operation duration, and the self-adaptive adjustment of the change of the power of the humidifier 100 on the self-acting capacity can be realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the humidifier 100 adjusts the operation condition of the previous period in the humidification process, so that the adjustment is quick, and the adjustment time required by the operation power in the current humidification period is greatly shortened. The humidification power is suitable, the current operation power of the humidifier 100 is not too large or too small, the humidifier 100 does not need to frequently operate to adjust humidification conditions, the user experience is good, and humidification is closer to ideal humidification conditions after multiple humidification operations.
In some embodiments, if the humidifier 100 is first powered on, the humidifier 100 is operated at full power for a first period of time until the indoor humidity reaches the target humidity, the operating time of the humidifier 100 is recorded for the first period of time, and the first operating time of the humidifier 100 is used as a consideration parameter for adjusting the operating power for subsequent periods of time. When the humidifier 100 is operated for the second period, operation at full power or reduced power continues.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, when the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the present period is adjusted, the operation power of the present period is determined by determining a relationship between an operation time required by the previous period and a preset time range, with the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the previous period as a base power. The specific control method comprises the following steps:
when the operation time of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is within the preset time range, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the present period is equal to the base power. That is, during the humidification process, the operation power and the operation time of the humidifier 100 in the previous cycle are appropriate, and the humidification condition does not need to be adjusted in this cycle, but the humidification is continued at the base power of the previous cycle.
When the operation duration of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is greater than the preset time range, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the present period is greater than the basic power. That is, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is too small, so that the operation time of the previous period is too long, and the humidification condition needs to be adjusted in this period, and the operation power is increased and humidification is performed in this period.
When the operation duration of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is smaller than the preset time range, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the present period is smaller than the basic power. That is, the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the previous cycle is too large, so that the operation time of the previous cycle is too short, and if the humidification is continued with a large operation power, the service life of the humidifier 100 is easily damaged, and therefore, the operation power of the humidifier 100 is reduced in the current cycle, so that the operation time of the current cycle is closer to the preset time.
Namely, the method for adjusting the specific operating conditions of the current cycle can ensure that the operating power of the current cycle is not too large or too small, thereby ensuring the sufficient operating power and the sufficient safe operating power during operation and ensuring the operating duration to be within a reasonable range.
In addition, the preset time range can be set reasonably according to the volume of the humidification space, the indoor and outdoor humidity difference of the humidification space, the safe humidification voltage of the humidification unit, and other conditions.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the operating power of the humidifier 100 in the present period is adjusted, the operating power of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is adjusted according to the operating time of the humidifier 100 in the previous period, and then the operating power of the humidifier 100 in the present period is adjusted according to the humidification speed of the humidifier 100 in the present period until the indoor detected humidity reaches the set target humidity.
That is, when the operating power of the present cycle is adjusted, the operating conditions of the previous cycle and the operating conditions of the present cycle are considered. The humidifier 100 can obtain proper operation power for humidification to reach the indoor target humidity by adjusting the previous operation power once, and the humidifier 100 only needs to make the indoor humidity reach the target humidity by the same operation power and operation time for multiple times within the preset operation time, and the humidifier 100 does not need to be turned on and off repeatedly during the period.
It is also possible to gradually adjust the operation power and operation time of the cycle in a plurality of cycles without once adjusting the operation power and operation time until the indoor humidification reaches the target humidity, during which the humidifier 100 does not need to be repeatedly turned on and off.
In some embodiments, a humidity detector is disposed in the room or the target space to be humidified, and the humidity detector measures the humidity, and combines and compares the real-time indoor humidity value with the operation power adjustment of the humidifier 100, that is, during the operation of the humidifier 100, the end point of the operation of the humidifier 100 is determined as the indoor humidity value reaching the preset humidity value.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the operation of the humidifier 100 during the present cycle includes: an initial stabilization phase and a subsequent conditioning phase. Wherein, the humidifier 100 operates at a first set power in the stable stage, and the operating power of the humidifier 100 is adjusted according to the operating power and the operating duration of the humidifier 100 in the previous period and the humidification speed of the humidifier 100 in the present period in the adjustment stage. That is, the humidifier 100 is turned on again after the shutdown, operated at the first power so that the amount of vapor generated by the humidifier 100 per unit time is stable and the time to stably output the vapor is short, and adjusted in the adjustment stage based on the humidification condition of the previous humidification.
Optionally, the first set power is the maximum power of the humidifier 100. When the humidifier 100 selects the electric heating element, the input voltage of the heating element is the maximum, and the corresponding humidification power of the humidifier 100 is the maximum power.
When the humidifier 100 selects a heating member composed of a plurality of PTC heaters, the humidification power of the corresponding humidifier 100 is the maximum power when all the PTC heaters are turned on.
When the humidifier 100 includes a plurality of humidification cells 1, the humidification power of the corresponding humidifier 100 is the maximum power when all the humidification cells 1 are turned on.
In some examples, when the humidifier 100 includes a water boiling vessel, the humidifier 100 boils water at a first set power, and when water boils in the water boiling vessel, the humidifier 100 transitions from the stabilization phase to the conditioning phase. That is, the water in the water boiling container is quickly boiled to boil to stably generate steam with a first set power, and then the running power during water boiling is adjusted. The time required by humidification is saved, and the waiting time before steam is generated is reduced. When the operation power is adjusted in the adjusting stage, the change of the indoor humidity value is easy to control.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, during the adjustment phase, the operation of the humidifier 100 includes the following steps:
s1: the humidifier 100 begins operating at the second set power. Here, the second setting power is adjusted based on the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the previous cycle, and the specific adjustment method is as follows:
the operation power of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is used as the base power, and when the operation time of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is within the preset time range, the second set power is equal to the base power.
When the operation time of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is longer than the preset time range, the second set power is larger than the base power.
When the operation time of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is less than the preset time range, the second set power is less than the base power.
S2: setting time length every interval, comparing the indoor detection humidity with the target humidity: when the indoor detected humidity is equal to or greater than the target humidity, the humidifier 100 stops the humidification operation.
When the indoor detected humidity is less than the target humidity, the humidifier 100 continues the humidification operation after increasing the power until the target humidity is reached, and the humidifier 100 stops the operation.
Optionally, when the operation duration of the humidifier 100 in the previous period is greater than the preset time range, the second set power is adjusted up by a certain power number Δ W based on the basic power to continue the humidification operation, and the power of Δ W is adjusted up at the same time interval until the indoor detected humidity reaches the target humidity.
Optionally, when the operation duration of the humidifier 100 in the current period is longer than the preset time range, the power numbers of different magnitudes are adjusted by the second set power in a power-up manner based on the operation power of the previous period to continue the humidification operation, when the difference between the indoor humidity value and the target humidity value is larger and the difference between the operation time of the previous period and the preset time range is larger, the power number which is adjusted in the current period is larger, and then the power which is adjusted in every certain time interval is gradually reduced until the target humidity value is reached.
