The invention provides a humidity adjusting device and a humidifying method suitable for the humidity adjusting device. It can be understood that the humidity adjusting device has both the dehumidification and humidification functions, so as to control the humidity of the surrounding environment within a proper range.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a humidification method, including: s100, judging whether water in a water tank is polluted or not; s200, if the water in the water tank is not polluted, allowing the water in the water tank to be used for normal humidification; s300, if the water in the water tank is polluted, only the water in the water tank is allowed to be used for low-grade humidification. According to the humidifying method, before the user is allowed to normally humidify the surrounding environment, whether the water in the water tank is polluted or not is judged, and only the water which is not polluted in the water tank is allowed to be normally humidified, so that the cleanness of the environment to be humidified is ensured. When the water in the water tank is polluted and humidification is needed, only the water in the water tank is allowed to be used for low-grade humidification to limit the humidification amount, and therefore the harm of the humidification process to the health of users is effectively reduced. Further, in the step S300, a water change prompt is issued while only allowing the water in the water tank to be used for low-grade humidification, and when the water in the water tank is changed by a user, the water in the water tank is allowed to be used for normal humidification; or sending a water change prompt when the user starts the humidification program, and immediately starting to use the water in the water tank for normal humidification after the user changes the water in the water tank. It should be understood that in this embodiment, normal humidification includes humidification at a user-adjusted humidification power, and low-end humidification includes humidification at a minimum humidification power.
The quality of water in the humidifying water tank has an important influence on the cleanness of the environment to be humidified, and in the actual use process, the water in the water tank may be polluted due to various factors, for example, the water in the water tank is long in retention time and grows microorganisms, or other pollution sources fall into the water tank.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step S100 includes: s110, judging whether the water in the water tank is reserved in the water tank for more than a first time period; s120, if the retention time of the water in the water tank exceeds the first time, judging that the water in the water tank is polluted; s130, if the time length of the water in the water tank remaining in the water tank is less than the first time length, determining that the water in the water tank is not polluted. The humidifying method provided by the embodiment can effectively avoid the harm to the health of a user caused by the breeding of bacteria or microorganisms due to the overlong retention time of the water in the water tank. Alternatively, the first duration may be a time value or a time period. As an implementation manner, the first time length is a time value, such as the first time length value is 24h, 36h, 48h or 72 h. The embodiment does not specifically limit the value or range of the first duration, and should be determined according to the water quality used. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first time period is 72 hours, which is suitable for water quality in most regions. It is understood that when the water in the water tank is judged to be contaminated, only the low-grade humidification using the water in the water tank is allowed. If the user replaces the water in the water tank after the water replacement prompt, it should be determined that the water in the water tank is not contaminated, allowing the user to perform normal humidification using the replaced water in the water tank.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step S110 includes: s111, recording the remaining time length of water in the water tank; s112, judging whether the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state; s113, if the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state, resetting the retention time of the water in the water tank, and recording the retention time of the water in the water tank again; s114, if the water tank is not lifted or is in a water shortage state, comparing whether the water in the water tank is reserved in the water tank for more than a first time length; s115 repeats the above steps S111 to S114. When the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state, it is impossible to humidify the water in the water tank, and only when the water in the water tank is replaced or water is added to the water tank, the water in the water tank can be allowed to humidify. When the water in the water tank is replaced or water is added into the water tank, the water in the water tank is judged to be clean, and if the water or the replaced water is reserved in the water tank for more than a first time (72h), more microorganisms such as bacteria and the like can be bred.
Above-mentioned each embodiment can greatly reduced use in the water tank residence time overlength water humidification to the harm that the human body caused. During the use process of the humidity adjusting device, collected moisture can be discharged into a water tank for humidification when the dehumidification process is operated, namely the dehumidification process and the humidification process share one water tank. When water generated during dehumidification enters the water tank, water used for humidification in the water tank may be contaminated. As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step S100 includes: s160, judging whether water generated in the dehumidification process enters the water tank or not; s170, if water generated in the dehumidification process enters the water tank, judging that the water in the water tank is polluted; s180, if no water generated in the dehumidification process enters the water tank, judging that the water in the water tank is not polluted. The humidifying method provided by the embodiment can effectively reduce the harm to a human body when the water polluted by the dehumidification process is used for humidifying.
The key step in the above embodiment is to accurately determine whether water enters the water tank during the dehumidification process. As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step S160 includes: s161, judging whether the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor exceeds a second time; s162, if the continuous working time of the dehumidification compressor exceeds a second time, determining that water generated in the dehumidification process enters the water tank; and S163, if the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor does not exceed the second time, determining that no water generated in the dehumidifying process enters the water tank. The method comprises the steps that moisture in the surrounding environment is collected and drained into a water tank in the running process of a dehumidifying compressor, when the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor exceeds a second time length, it is judged that water generated in the dehumidifying process enters the water tank for humidification, at the moment, the polluted water is forbidden to be used for humidification, and a water changing prompt is sent. When the user changes the water in the water tank, humidification using the changed water should be allowed. Optionally, the second duration may be a time value or a time period. As an implementation manner, the second duration is a time value, for example, the second duration takes 2min, 3min, 5min or 8 min. The value or range of the second time period is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and should be determined according to the humidity of the environment. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first time period is 3min, which is suitable for most of the ambient humidity.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step S161 includes: s1611, recording the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor; s1612, judging whether the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state; s1613, if the water tank is lifted or is in a water shortage state, resetting the continuous working time of the dehumidification compressor, and recording the continuous working time of the dehumidification compressor again; s1614, if the water tank is not lifted or is in a water shortage state, comparing whether the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor exceeds the second time; s1615 repeats the above steps S1611 to S1614. When the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state, the water in the water tank cannot be used for humidification, and only when the water in the water tank is replaced or water is added into the water tank, the water in the water tank can be allowed to be used for normal humidification. When the water in the water tank is replaced or water is added into the water tank, the water in the water tank is judged to be clean, and if the continuous working time of the dehumidification compressor exceeds the second time (3min) after the water is replaced, the water in the water tank can be polluted.
Optionally, the water change prompt is sent through a humidifying device, and/or the water change prompt is sent through a user terminal. When the water change prompt is sent through the humidifying device, the water change prompt can be buzzing sound or flashing display on the humidity adjusting device. When the water change prompt is sent out through the user terminal, a message can be pushed in a notification bar or a warning sign is displayed. As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the retention time of the water in the water tank and the continuous operation time of the dehumidifying compressor are monitored simultaneously, and when the water in the water tank is polluted due to any situation, the water change prompt is sent directly, or when the user starts the humidification process (if the user does not start the humidification process, the rest of the loads work normally), the water in the water tank is only allowed to be used for low-grade humidification. When the water in the water tank is not polluted, normal humidification is immediately carried out after a user starts a humidification process, and a water changing prompt is not sent.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention provides a humidity control device adapted to the humidification method in each of the above embodiments, wherein the humidification method according to any one of the above aspects is used. Before allowing a user to humidify the surrounding environment normally, the humidity adjusting device firstly judges whether the water in the water tank is polluted or not, and only allows the water which is not polluted in the water tank to be used for humidifying normally, so that the cleanness of the environment to be humidified is ensured. When the water in the water tank is polluted and humidification is needed, only the water in the water tank is allowed to be used for low-grade humidification to limit the humidification amount, and therefore the harm of the humidification process to the health of users is effectively reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a humidity adjusting apparatus includes: water tank, humidification structure, time-recorder, inductor and controller. The water tank is used for storing water for humidification. The humidifying structure comprises a water pump, an atomizing sheet and a fan, and is used for discharging water in the water tank to an environment to be humidified. The timer is used for recording the remaining time length of water in the water tank. The inductor is used for inducing whether the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state. The controller is respectively connected with the water tank, the humidifying structure, the timer and the inductor.
Further, a timer records the time length of the water in the water tank remaining in the water tank, and the timer transmits the recorded data to the controller. The sensor senses whether the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state and transmits sensing data to the controller. If the controller receives the sensing data that the water tank is lifted or is in the water shortage state, the controller sends an instruction to clear the remaining time length of the water in the water tank recorded by the timer, and the timer records the remaining time length of the water in the water tank again. If the controller does not receive the sensing data that the water tank is lifted or is in a water shortage state, the controller compares the retention time length of the water in the water tank with the first time length. When the retention time of the water in the water tank exceeds the first time, the controller judges that the water in the water tank is polluted, and then the controller only allows the water in the water tank to be used for low-grade humidification (the water pump, the atomizing sheet and the fan are respectively operated at the lowest grade), and sends a water change prompt when humidification is carried out. When the remaining time of the water in the water tank is less than the first time, the controller determines that the water in the water tank is not contaminated, and the controller allows the humidifying structure to normally humidify the water in the water tank.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a humidity adjustment device includes a water tank, a humidifying structure, a dehumidifying structure, a timer, a sensor, and a controller. The water tank is used for storing water for humidification. The humidifying structure comprises a water pump, an atomizing sheet and a fan, and is used for discharging water in the water tank to an environment to be humidified. The dehumidifying structure comprises a dehumidifying compressor, and moisture in the surrounding environment is collected to the water tank when the dehumidifying compressor in the dehumidifying structure operates. The timer is used for recording the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor. The inductor is used for inducing whether the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state. The controller is respectively connected with the water tank, the humidifying structure, the dehumidifying structure, the timer and the inductor.
Further, a timer records the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor, and the timer transmits the recorded data to the controller. The sensor senses whether the water tank is lifted or in a water shortage state and transmits sensing data to the controller. If the controller receives the sensing data that the water tank is lifted or is in a water shortage state, the controller sends an instruction to clear the continuous working duration recorded by the timer, and the timer records the continuous working duration of the dehumidification compressor again. If the controller does not receive the sensing data that the water tank is lifted or is in a water shortage state, the controller compares the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor with the second time. When the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor exceeds the second time, the controller judges that water generated in the dehumidifying process enters the water tank, the water in the water tank is polluted, and then the controller only allows the water in the water tank to be used for low-grade humidification (the water pump, the atomizing sheet and the fan are respectively operated at the lowest grade), and a water changing prompt is sent out when humidification is carried out. When the continuous working time of the dehumidifying compressor is shorter than the second time, the controller judges that no water generated in the dehumidifying process enters the water tank, the water in the water tank is not polluted, and then the controller allows the humidifying structure to use the water in the water tank for normal humidifying.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
