Detailed Description
Aiming at the technical problems of the burner for the gas stove in the prior art, the invention provides the burner with a novel structure, which eliminates the gap between the inner ring flame and the outer ring flame, so that the inner ring flame and the outer ring flame have no obvious interval.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
It should be noted that the directions or positional relationships indicated below, such as "upper", "lower", "inner", and "outer", are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the indicated devices or elements must have a specific direction, be constructed and operated in a specific direction, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a burner head 1 for a burner of a gas range in the present embodiment includes a central combustion portion 10 and a plurality of combustion arms 20 extending outward from the central combustion portion 10. Since the partition plate 23 is provided at a corresponding position inside the combustion arm 20, the inner cavity of the burner head 1 is partitioned into the inner combustion chamber 2a and the outer combustion chamber 2b by the partition plate 23. And the combustion arm 20 is provided with inner combustion holes 20a communicating with the inner combustion chamber 2a and outer combustion holes 20b communicating with the outer combustion chamber 2b on both the inner and outer sides of the partition plate 23.
After the burner 1 is ignited, the gas in the inner combustion chamber 2a and the outer combustion chamber 2b of the burner 1 starts to burn, and flames are ejected from the inner combustion holes 20a and the outer combustion holes 20b to form inner and outer ring flames. However, since the inner combustion hole 20a and the outer combustion hole 20b are separated by only one partition 23, there is no significant space between the inner and outer ring flames, thereby eliminating the gap between the inner and outer ring flames.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the burner arm 20 has an outwardly directed free end 202 and a connecting end 201 connected to the central burner portion 10, wherein a baffle 23 is provided at a position between the free end 202 and the connecting end 201 of the burner arm 20.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the burner 1 is divided into two parts, an upper cover 1a and a base 1 b. The upper cover 1a includes an upper cover center portion 11 and a plurality of upper combustion arms 21 extending outwardly from the upper cover center portion 11, wherein the upper combustion arms 21 are provided with inner combustion holes 20a and outer combustion holes 20b on both inner and outer sides of a partition 23. The base 1b includes a base center portion 12 and a plurality of lower burner arms 22 extending outwardly from the base center portion 12, wherein the base center portion 12 and the lower burner arms 22 have shapes matching the upper cover center portion 11 and the upper burner arms 21, respectively. After the upper cover 1a is covered on the base 1b, the upper cover center portion 11 and the bottom center portion 12 form a central combustion portion 10, and the upper combustion arm 21 and the lower combustion arm 22 form a combustion arm 20.
The partition 23 includes an upper partition 23a provided on the upper cover 1a and a lower partition 23b provided on the base 1 b. When the burner 1 is in use, the upper partition 23a and the lower partition 23b abut against each other to form the partition 23, thereby dividing the internal cavity of the burner 1 into the inner combustion chamber 2a and the outer combustion chamber 2 b. However, the partition 23 is not limited to the structure of the present embodiment, and for example, the boundary line between the upper cover 1a and the base 1b is flush with the outlet of the inner gas passage 41 or the outer gas passage 42. Thus, the base 1b is a flat plate with an inner gas passage 41 and an outer gas passage 42, and the partition 23 is provided only on the upper cover 1 a.
An inner gas passage 41 is provided in the base center portion 12, and an outer gas passage 42 is provided in the lower combustion arm 22. The inner combustion gas passage 41 communicates with the inner combustion chamber 2a, and the outer combustion gas passage 42 communicates with the outer combustion chamber 2 b. Wherein the inner gas channel 41 is supplied with gas by an inner ring gas nozzle (not shown) and the outer gas channel 42 is supplied with gas by an outer ring gas nozzle (not shown). Specifically, in the present embodiment, the base center portion 12 is provided with one inner gas passage 41 and four outer gas passages 42.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the upper cover 1a includes four upper combustion arms 21, and the base 1b includes four lower combustion arms 22, that is, the furnace end 1 of the present embodiment includes four combustion arms 20. However, the burner 1 is not limited to only four burner arms 20, and can be adjusted and changed as needed.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, the upper cover central portion 11 is provided with a central combustion hole 10a between the attachment ends 201 of adjacent burner arms 20. Since the upper cover center portion 11 is connected with the four upper combustion arms 21, the upper cover center portion has four central combustion holes 10a, and an ignition needle (not shown) is installed at one central combustion hole 10a for ignition.
The upper cover center part 11 comprises a top cover 101 and an annular wall 102, wherein the top cover 101 is connected with the upper combustion arm 21 through the annular wall 102, the radius of the top cover 101 is larger than that of the annular wall 102, and a fire transfer ring 103 is formed between the top cover 101 and the annular wall 102; the annular wall 102 is provided with fire ports 10b distributed circumferentially along the annular wall 102.
Because no combustion hole is arranged above the top cover 101, the flame of the flame transfer ring 103 is only used for assisting the flame transfer, and the flame of the inner ring is positioned at the position of the upper combustion arm 21 of the upper cover 1 a. After the pan was placed on furnace end 1, the inner ring flame can not directly be pushed down at the bottom of the pot of pan, can not produce the problem as the background art describes yet: the gap between the pot and the top lid 101 is too small, so that the central combustion part 10 is not sufficiently combusted, and poor combustion conditions such as misfire and even flameout are caused. Therefore, the burner 1 can be adapted to various pan bottoms, and the phenomenon of fire suppression and even flame extinguishing cannot occur even if the distance between the pan bottom and the top cover 101 is zero.
A fire transfer groove 10c is also arranged between the annular wall 102 and the central combustion hole 10a, and the fire transfer ring 103 is connected with the central combustion hole 10a through the fire transfer groove 10 c. Since the upper cover has four central combustion holes 10a in the central portion thereof, four fire transfer grooves 10c are formed in the central portion 11 of the upper cover, and the fire transfer grooves 10c are connected to the central combustion holes 10a in a one-to-one correspondence.
The burner 1 in this embodiment has two ignition situations: the first is to ignite only the inner ring flame when only the inner ring gas nozzle is opened to supply gas to the inner combustion chamber 2a through the inner gas passage 41; the second is to ignite the inner ring flame and the outer ring flame simultaneously when the inner ring gas nozzle and the outer ring gas nozzle are opened to supply gas simultaneously to the inner combustion chamber 2a and the outer combustion chamber 2b through the inner gas passage 41 and the outer gas passage 42, respectively.
When the central combustion hole 10a provided with the ignition needle is ignited by the spark of the ignition needle, flame spreads from the central combustion hole 10a to the fire transfer ring 103 along the fire transfer grooves 10c, and then ignites the other three central combustion holes 10a through the other three fire transfer grooves 10 c. Of course, the flame can also ignite the inner combustion hole 20a and the outer combustion hole 20b of the adjacent combustion arm 20 on both sides thereof from the central combustion hole 10a along the combustion arm. That is, if only the inner ring gas nozzle supplies gas to the inner combustion chamber 2a, the inner combustion hole 20a of the combustion arm 20 generates an inner ring flame. If the inner ring gas nozzle and the outer ring gas nozzle simultaneously supply gas to the inner combustion chamber 2a and the outer combustion chamber 2b, respectively, the inner and outer ring flames are generated from the inner combustion holes 20a and the outer combustion holes 20b of the burner arm 20.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the free end 202 and the two side surfaces of the upper burner arm 21 of the upper cover 1a are planar. However, the shape of the free end 202 and the two side surfaces of the upper burner arm 21 of the upper cover 1a is not limited to a flat surface, and may be other shapes.
Referring to fig. 3, the free end 202 and both side surfaces of the upper burner arm 21 of the upper cap 1a are curved.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
