The outer fire cover inner ring 21 is designed into a horn-shaped structure in the embodiment, so that high-temperature heat energy can be reflected to the bottom of a pot through the horn-shaped outer fire cover inner ring 21, and the improvement of the heat efficiency of the gas cooker is facilitated. The inner flame holes 211 are arranged on the inner ring 21 of the outer flame cover to form inner flames, so that the uniformity of the temperature of the pot bottom in a big flame state can be ensured. Meanwhile, the inner flame holes 211 are configured into a plurality of groups which are spaced from each other, so that enough space can be reserved between each group of inner flame holes 211 for supplementing secondary air, thereby enabling the gas and the air to be mixed more fully and completely and obtaining higher thermal efficiency.
As a preferred embodiment of the inner fire cover 3, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the inner fire cover 3 of the present embodiment includes a top surface 31 and a side wall 32. The top surface 31 is preferably circular, and the side wall 32 is cylindrical and extends vertically downward along the outer edge of the top surface 31. The chamber enclosed by the top surface 31 and the side wall 32 is divided into two independent parts, as shown in fig. 13, which are an inner ring fire air mixing chamber 35 and an intermediate ring fire air mixing chamber 34, and the intermediate ring fire air mixing chamber 34 surrounds the periphery of the inner ring fire air mixing chamber 35 in a positional relationship.
An inner ring fire hole 311 is arranged on the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, and the inner ring fire hole 311 is communicated with the inner ring fire mixed air cavity 35. The side wall 32 of the inner fire cover 3 is provided with a middle ring fire hole 321, and the middle ring fire hole 321 is communicated with the middle ring fire air mixing cavity 34. When the inner fire cover 3 is installed on the distributor 4, the inner fire cover 3 covers and buckles above the middle fire head mixing cavity 123 of the burner 1. Because the inner ring fire head mixing cavity 133 is positioned in the middle ring fire head mixing cavity 123, after the cover is buckled, the inner ring fire mixing cavity 35 of the inner fire cover 3 is just communicated with the inner ring fire head mixing cavity 133 of the burner 1, and the middle ring fire mixing cavity 34 of the inner fire cover 3 is just communicated with the middle ring fire head mixing cavity 123 of the burner 1.
After the assembly structure is adopted, the mixture of the gas and the air conveyed through the middle ring fire channel 12 is sprayed out through the middle ring fire hole 321 formed in the side wall 32 of the inner fire cover 3, and then middle ring fire is formed; and the mixture of the gas and the air delivered through the inner ring fire channel 13 is ejected through the inner ring fire holes 311 opened on the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, and the inner ring fire is ignited and then formed.
In order to improve the combustion stability of the burner in the low-temperature state, in the embodiment, when the inner ring fire holes 311 are formed in the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, the inner ring fire holes 311 should be designed to be dense small fire holes. For example, a plurality of inner ring fire holes 311 may be formed in the central region of the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, and the inner ring fire holes 311 are uniformly arranged to form a circular surface, so that the mixture of the gas and the air sprayed through the inner ring fire holes 311 can be more concentrated, which is beneficial to reducing the firepower of the inner ring fire, and the inner ring fire can be stably combusted when the firepower is 0.2kW to 0.25 kW.
As a preferred embodiment, the diameter of each inner ring fire hole 311 is limited to 1.5 mm-1.6 mm, and the total area of all the inner ring fire holes 311 is limited to 60mm2~70mm2In the meantime. The distance between two adjacent inner ring fire holes 311 is minimized, for example, the distance is less than 1mm, thereby forming dense small fire holes.
The present embodiment limits the total area of the inner ring fire holes 311 to 60mm2~70mm2Within this intervalThe larger the area is, the smaller the flame intensity is, the shorter and clear flame is, the primary air coefficient is increased, the gas and the primary air are mixed more sufficiently, and the flame is combusted more completely and more stably.
As a preferred embodiment, in this embodiment, an inner ring fire step surface 312 protruding upward is preferably formed on the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, and as shown in fig. 12, the inner ring fire holes 311 are formed on the inner ring fire step surface 312, so that not only the flame of the inner ring fire can be concentrated, but also the volume of the inner ring fire air mixing chamber 35 can be increased, thereby mixing the gas and the air more sufficiently, and ensuring stable combustion of the inner ring fire when the fire power is 0.2 kW.
In the embodiment, when the inner flame step surface 312 is formed on the top surface 31 of the inner flame cover 3, it is preferable that the inner flame step surface 312 includes a circular step surface located at the center of the top surface 31 of the inner flame cover 3 and a transition step surface extending from the circular step surface toward the side wall 32 of the inner flame cover 3. The fire transfer groove 36 is formed on the transition step surface, and the fire transfer groove 36 extends to the side wall 32 of the inner fire cover 3 and is communicated with at least one middle fire hole 321 formed on the side wall 32, as shown in fig. 14. The tip of the ignition needle 14 is designed to be positioned adjacent to the middle ring fire hole 321 so that a flame is formed from the middle ring fire and then transferred to the inner ring fire hole 311 via the fire transfer groove 36 to form an inner ring fire.
When the inner ring fire holes 311 are formed in the inner ring fire step surface 312, it is preferable that most of the inner ring fire holes 311 are formed in the circular step surface, and a few of the inner ring fire holes 311 (for example, 4 to 6 inner ring fire holes) are formed in the transition step surface and located on both sides of the fire transfer groove 36, so as to accelerate the ignition of the middle ring fire toward the inner ring fire.
In order to sense the fire power of the gas cooker, the burner 1 of the present embodiment is further provided with a thermocouple sensing pin 19, as shown in fig. 3. After the inner fire cover 3 is mounted on the distributor 4, the hot end of the thermocouple sensing pin 19 is located adjacent to the side wall 32 of the inner fire cover 3. The middle fire hole 321 opened on the side wall 32 contains an induction fire hole 313, as shown in fig. 14, as a preferred embodiment, the induction fire hole 313 preferably consists of 3 to 5 small holes with a diameter of 1.8 mm. The position of the induction needle fire hole 313 on the side wall 32 of the inner fire cover 3 is just right opposite to the hot end of the thermocouple induction needle 19, so that the accurate detection of the fire power is realized.
When the side wall 32 of the inner fire cover 3 is provided with the fire transfer groove 36, the fire transfer groove 36 preferably passes through the induction needle fire hole 313, so that the speed of flame transfer to the inner ring fire hole 311 can be increased, the ignition speed of the burner can be improved, and the accurate detection of the fire power of the burner can be realized by the thermocouple induction needle 19 under the condition of micro fire.
In addition, it is considered that the liquid often drips from the pot and gathers on the inner fire lid 3 during the heating process of the pot. In order to prevent the situation that excessive liquid is gathered on the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, and the inner ring fire is extinguished, the embodiment forms a circle of circular ring bulges 37 on the outer edge of the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, as shown in fig. 12. A notch is formed on the circular ring bulge 37 to form a diversion trench 33, so that liquid dropping to the top of the inner fire cover 3 is guided out, and the liquid is prevented from gathering on the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3.
As a preferred embodiment, the height of the annular projection 37 may be designed to be equal to the height of the inner ring fire step surface 312, so as to prevent the inner ring fire hole 311 from being blocked by liquid accumulated on the top of the inner fire cover 3, resulting in extinguishing of the inner ring fire.
The opening position of the diversion trench 33 on the circular ring bulge 37 should be far away from the arrangement position of the ignition needle 14 and the thermocouple sensing needle 19 so as to prevent the liquid overflowing from the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3 from dripping onto the ignition needle 14 and the thermocouple sensing needle 19.
In order to further protect the ignition needle 14, the present embodiment further provides an ignition needle protection cover 38 on the inner ignition cover 3, as shown in fig. 12. One end of the ignition needle protection cover 38 is connected to the annular protrusion 37, and the other end extends horizontally in a direction away from the inner fire cover 3, and the ignition needle 14 is disposed below the ignition needle protection cover 38, as shown in fig. 4, the shielding effect of the ignition needle protection cover 38 on the ignition needle 14 is utilized to further ensure that liquid dripping from a pot does not wet the ignition needle 14, so that the ignition needle 14 cannot be ignited.
As a preferred design, the ignition needle protective cover 38 and the diversion trench 33 may be disposed on opposite sides of the annular protrusion 37 to enhance the protection of the ignition needle 14.
The burner of the present embodiment can form four-ring flames, which are: the outer ring fire of the outer fire cover outer ring, the inner fireworks of the outer fire cover inner ring, the middle ring fire of the inner fire cover peripheral side, and the inner ring fire of the inner fire cover top. Therefore, the gas cooker of the present embodiment may also be referred to as a four-ring fire gas cooker.
When the fire power of the gas cooker of the present embodiment is adjusted to be maximum, the ignition needle 14 first ignites the mixture of gas and air injected through the middle ring fire hole 321 to form a middle ring fire. Then, the middle ring fire is transmitted to the inner ring fire hole 311 through the fire transmitting groove 36 on one hand to form inner ring fire; and on the other hand, to the inner flame holes 211, forming inner flames. Finally, the inner flame is transferred to the main flame hole 221 of the outer ring of the outer flame cover, forming an outer ring flame. Therefore, the whole burner is completely ignited, four-ring fire is completely opened, and the maximum firepower can reach 5 kW. During the normal combustion period of the burner, the flame of the inner flame gathers towards the center, and the high-temperature flame supports combustion of the middle ring flame and the inner ring flame. At this time, the flame temperature of the burner may be further increased, so that the thermal efficiency of the gas cooker is again improved.
When the firepower is adjusted to the middle fire, the outer ring fire and the inner flame fire are extinguished, and the cookware is heated only by the middle ring fire and the inner ring fire, wherein the firepower can reach 1.2 kW.
When the firepower is adjusted to the minimum, the outer ring fire, the inner flame fire and the middle ring fire are all extinguished, the inner ring fire is only formed on the top surface 31 of the inner fire cover 3, and the minimum firepower can reach 0.2 kW-0.25 kW.
The four rings of fire combustors of this embodiment, its firepower control range is between 0.2kW ~5kW, compares traditional three rings of fire combustors, and its firepower control range is wider. Moreover, the four-ring flame burner of the embodiment can greatly enhance the combustion stability of the burner in a low-flame state while realizing wide-range combustion, so as to better meet different cooking requirements.
In addition, the inner flame is added to the inner ring of the outer flame cover of the burner of the embodiment, so that the uniformity of the heating temperature of the pot bottom can be improved.
Of course, the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention in its corresponding aspects.
