Detailed Description
Further description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Embodiment one:
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a premix burner 100 for burning premixed combustible gas, which mainly includes a burner 10, a distributor 20 and a sealing cover 30, wherein the burner 10 is in a pot shape without a cover and has a cylindrical inner cavity, the distributor 20 is integrally in a cylindrical shape and can be detachably accommodated in the cylindrical inner cavity, and the sealing member 30 covers over the burner 10 and fixes the distributor 20, and can prevent the combustible gas from leaking from a gap between the distributor 20 and the burner 10.
The center of the bottom of the furnace end 10 is provided with a first air outlet 11, and an auxiliary combustion device 40 is arranged at the first air outlet 11; the inner wall of the distributor 20 is provided with a plurality of air nozzles 21, and the air nozzles 21 are opposite to the auxiliary combustion device 40.
Referring to fig. 3, the auxiliary combustion device 40 includes a connection portion 41 connected to the first air outlet 11 and a combustion portion 42 extending upward from the connection portion 41. The combustion portion 42 is substantially in a circular truncated cone shape, and a plurality of second air outlets 43 are provided along a circumferential direction of the circular truncated cone, and the plurality of second air outlets 43 respectively pass through the combustion portion 42 and the connection portion 41 and then communicate with the first air outlets 11. The second air outlets 43 are disposed obliquely and aligned with a portion of the air nozzles 21, so that when the combustible gas burns at the second air outlets 43, the generated flame can ignite the combustible gas at the air nozzles 21.
For easy assembly and disassembly, the auxiliary combustion device 40 is connected to the first air outlet 11 by threads 411 provided on the connecting portion 41. After screwing, the combustible gas is prevented from leaking out of the gap between the auxiliary combustion device 40 and the first air outlet 11.
Similarly, the sealing cover 30 is screwed to the upper portion of the burner 10 by a screw 31 to enhance the air tightness.
The second air outlets 43 on the auxiliary combustion device 40 are all round holes, so that the air-fuel ratio of the combustible gas coming out of the round holes can still burn normally when the air-fuel ratio is adjusted to a low-fire gear, the number of the second air outlets 43 is not too large, preferably 6-12, and the number of the second air outlets 43 is preferably 8, on one hand, the aperture is considered, on the other hand, because the volume of the auxiliary combustion device 40 is limited, if the aperture is too large, the aperture is inevitably small, and flame of auxiliary combustion can be influenced. If the holes are too few, the ignition points are few, and the best auxiliary combustion effect is not achieved.
To further enhance the auxiliary combustion effect, the end face of the connecting portion 41 of the auxiliary combustion device 40 of the present embodiment is provided with the same number of second air inlets 44 (8 in the present embodiment, and in other embodiments, if the number of second air outlets 43 is 6-12, the number of second air inlets 44 is also 6-12), and these second air inlets 44 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of second air outlets 43. Since the second air inlets 44 are directly communicated with the first air outlets 11, the combustible gas ejected from each second air outlet 43 has the same pressure, so that the combustion is more stable, the flame size is basically consistent, and the auxiliary combustion is more reliable, thereby making the flame of the premix burner 100 of the present embodiment more uniform.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the bottom of the inner cavity of the burner 10 of the present embodiment is further provided with a plurality of third air outlets 12 arranged in a ring shape, and the third air outlets 12 are located on a flat joint surface 13, and accordingly, the lower end surface 22 of the distributor 20 is also a flat surface, when the distributor 20 is installed in the burner 10, the lower end surface 22 of the distributor 20 can keep airtight fit with the joint surface 13, so as to prevent the combustible gas from leaking between the lower end surface 22 and the joint surface 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the distributor 20 of the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of third air inlets 23 extending along the bus direction in the side wall from the lower end surface 22 thereof, meanwhile, the inner wall of the distributor 20 is provided with a plurality of circles of circumferentially arranged slots 24, the slots 24 are communicated with the third air inlets 23 to form a plurality of air nozzles 21, and the combustible gas can be sprayed out from the air nozzles 21 for combustion after passing through the third air outlets 12 and the third air inlets 23.
In addition, the distributor 20 of the present embodiment further includes a ring-shaped notch 25 on the lower end surface 22, where the ring-shaped notch 25 is used to avoid the third air outlet 12, and the ring-shaped notch 25 is in communication with the third air inlet 23, so that, on one hand, when the distributor 20 is installed, it is not necessary to align the third air outlet 12 with the third air inlet 23, and on the other hand, after the premixed combustible gas enters the ring-shaped notch 25 from the third air outlet 12, it may be further mixed, and then enters the air nozzle 21 through the plurality of third air inlets 23 to burn.
In this embodiment, each air nozzle 21 is an independent air source channel, and even if tempering occurs accidentally, explosion will not occur, so that the safety performance of the product is greatly improved.
Embodiment two:
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, this embodiment provides a premix burner having substantially the same structure and function as that described in the first embodiment, except that the distributor 20 'of this embodiment is mainly formed by stacking a plurality of annular gaskets, two of which are first gaskets 21' having a plurality of U-shaped notches 211 'arranged in an annular manner, and another is a common non-notched second gasket 22', the first gaskets 21 'being alternately stacked with the second gaskets 22' and aligning the U-shaped notches 211 'of each first gasket 21'. Each 1 to 2 first washers 21' sandwich 1 to 2 second washers 22', and each 1 to 2 second washers 22' sandwich 1 to 2 first washers 21', … …, thus forming a substantially cylindrical distributor 20'. Finally, all the annular gaskets are fixed in a riveting or welding mode, so that the premix burner of the embodiment is formed.
Preferably, the distributor 20' also has a plurality of third air inlets 23', and each third air inlet 23' is connected to one of the U-shaped notches 211', so that one of the air nozzles 21 is formed at each of the U-shaped notches 211', and when the U-shaped notches 211' are aligned, the air nozzles 21 are aligned on the inner wall of the distributor 20 '.
The structure of the distributor 20' of this embodiment is relatively low in both material cost and processing cost, which is advantageous for reducing production cost, compared to conventional distributors. And each gas nozzle 21 has an independent gas source channel, so that the safety performance is higher.
Embodiment III:
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 9, the present embodiment further provides a premix gas cooker 200, which includes a burner (not shown) and a burner, the burner is disposed at the center of the burner, the burner of the present embodiment adopts the premix burner 100 described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and a side ignition device 300 for igniting the burner is disposed at the side of the burner, and the side ignition device 300 faces the auxiliary combustion device 40 in the burner.
Specifically, the bottom of the premixed gas range 200 is connected to a main pipe 400, and the main pipe 400 is filled with premixed combustible gas, and the combustible gas sequentially enters the auxiliary combustion device through a first air outlet 11 and a second air inlet 44, and is sprayed and combusted through a second air outlet 43 to form auxiliary combustion flame. Simultaneously, the combustible gas sequentially enters the distributor 20 through the third air outlet 12 and the third air inlet 23, and is sprayed out through the air spraying ports 21 for combustion, so that a main flame is formed. In addition, the combustible gas is also sprayed and burned through the side ignition device 300 through a pair of pipes 500 to form a normally open flame, and the burner 100 and the auxiliary combustion device 40 are ignited.
When the premixed gas range 200 of the present embodiment is adjusted to a low fire gear, the pressure of the combustible gas in the distributor 20 becomes small, the air-fuel ratio at the gas injection port 21 becomes large, and a fire point may not be reached, resulting in extinction of a part of the gas injection port. At this time, since the auxiliary combustion device 40 is added, which is independently located at the center of the burner 100, and the air-fuel ratio is substantially unchanged when the combustible gas is ejected from the second air outlet 43, it can be normally burned, and the auxiliary combustion flame generated thereby can ignite the combustible gas that has been extinguished at the air nozzle 21, thereby maintaining the main flame normally burned without being extinguished. Therefore, the premixed gas range 200 of the embodiment can normally burn in both a high-fire gear and a low-fire gear, has stable flame, and is convenient for users to make various delicacies by using various cooking processes.
In summary, the first air outlet is arranged in the center of the bottom of the burner, the auxiliary combustion device is arranged at the first air outlet, and meanwhile, the auxiliary combustion device is provided with the plurality of second air outlets, and the second air outlets are opposite to the air nozzles of the distributor.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
