Abstract
The invention discloses a construction system and a construction method for realizing one-time traction of an ultra-long tunnel anchor narrow space by a main cable strand by utilizing a traction system conversion device; the construction system is provided with a traction system and a conversion device; the operation comprises the following steps: (1) an arrangement of traction systems; (2) an arrangement of conversion means; (3) conversion method: (1) pulling the strand pulling rope before conversion; (2) the first conversion device is used for hanging a traction rope; (3) the second conversion device is separated from the traction rope; (4) the second conversion device is used for hanging the traction rope; (5) the third conversion device is separated from the traction rope; (6) and a third conversion device is used for hanging the traction rope. When the cable is suitable for the tunnel anchor with longer length, narrow space and larger gradient, the main cable strand can be efficiently and safely pulled in place at one time by utilizing the conversion device arranged on the cable saddle portal frame.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of civil engineering suspension bridge construction, in particular to a construction system and a method for realizing one-time traction of an ultra-long tunnel anchor narrow space by a traction system switching device.
Background
When the main cable strand of the suspension bridge is pulled to the tunnel anchor cable saddle, large mechanical equipment cannot enter a tunnel for construction due to gradient change and narrow space, and the conventional main cable strand pulling process cannot achieve one-time pulling in place, so that the system can achieve one-time pulling in place through simple conversion of the device, and the pulling efficiency is improved.

step two: arrangement of the conversion means: the conversion device is arranged in a cable saddle dispersing portal frame in the tunnel anchor, 3 conversion devices are arranged on the coaxial line, and the conversion device is fixed on the primary arch ring section steel of the tunnel anchor through a chain block;
step three: the conversion operation method comprises the following steps:
