It should be understood, however, that the detailed description is not intended to limit the invention to the particular forms disclosed; that is, modifications and variations of shape, material, or sequence of processes are still included within the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A prefabricated exterior wall insulation support hanger plate (120) that can be used for installation on the outside of an exterior wall panel (110), wherein:
the support hanging plate (120) comprises an insulation layer (121) and a decoration layer (122), wherein the insulation layer (121) is arranged on the inner side of the decoration layer (122);
the hanger plate (120) has a first end and a second end, wherein:
the first end corresponds to a top end when installed for fitting to a building perimeter beam (150), the heat insulating layer (121) of the top end has a shape capable of receiving the perimeter beam (150), and the decorative layer (122) of the top end is capable of fitting to an outside of the perimeter beam (150);
the second end corresponds to a bottom end when installed, for fitting to a structural base surface (180) or a wall floor slab, the insulating layer (121) of the bottom end having a shape capable of receiving the structural base surface (180) or the wall floor slab, and the decorative layer (122) of the bottom end being capable of fitting outside the structural base surface (180) or the wall floor slab;
the hanging plate (120) further comprises a first frame member (124) and a second frame member (125) which are respectively arranged at the first end and the second end of the hanging plate (120), wherein the first frame member (124) and the second frame member (125) have shapes so that the first frame member (124) and the second frame member (125) can be respectively attached and fastened at the first end and the second end on one surface respectively and can be respectively combined to the corresponding part of the peripheral beam (150) and the corresponding part of the structural basal plane (180) or the wall bottom floor slab on the other surface respectively;
wherein the decorative layer (122) is arranged to completely cover the wallboard, the peripheral beam (150) of the floor where the wallboard is positioned and the floor part of the wallboard, so as to be connected with the decorative layer (122) of the supporting and hanging plate (120) on the upper layer and the lower layer;
the second end of the supporting hanging plate (120) is fixed on a structural base surface (180) or a wall-bottom floor slab through a bottom end fixing piece (131 b), and the first end of the supporting hanging plate (120) is fixed on the peripheral beam (150) through a top end fixing piece (132 b), so that the supporting hanging plate (120) is supported on the structural base surface (180) or the wall-bottom floor slab after being installed and is hung on the peripheral beam (150) at the same time.

The exterior wall insulation hanger plate (120) of claim 1, wherein the first end of the hanger plate (120) for receiving the perimeter beam (150) when installed is partially shaped with an outer portion being a decorative layer (122), an inner portion being free of insulation (121) or only partially thick of insulation against the decorative layer (122), such that the first end has a rectangular cutout through the entire end portion capable of being partially engaged with the perimeter beam (150) at a location for receiving the perimeter beam (150).

The exterior wall insulation hanger plate (120) of claim 1, wherein the second end of the hanger plate (120) for mounting to a structural base surface (180) or a wall floor slab is partially shaped with an outer portion being a decorative layer (122), an inner portion being free of insulation (121) or having insulation (121) only a partial thickness of the decorative layer (122), such that the first end has a rectangular cutout through the entire end portion capable of being partially engaged with the structural base surface (180) or the wall floor slab at a location for receiving the perimeter beam (150).
4. The exterior wall insulation support hanging panel (120) according to claim 1, wherein the first frame member (124) and the second frame member (125) are each steel, alloy or composite material, and the decorative layer (122) comprises a lightweight facing material or a flexible facing material.
5. The exterior wall insulation supporting and hanging plate (120) according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end fixing piece (131 b) is angle steel and fastening bolt, the top end fixing piece (132 b) is a hanging fastener, which can be a bar-shaped member, and two ends of the bar-shaped member are respectively inserted into the first end of the supporting and hanging plate (120) and the top of the peripheral beam (150).
6. The exterior wall insulation support hanging plate (120) according to claim 5, wherein the bottom end fixing member (131 b) is provided at an outer end portion of the structural base surface (180) or the wall bottom floor slab; the top end fixing member (132 b) is configured to connect the first end of the bracket plate (120) and the peripheral beam (150).
7. A method for manufacturing and installing the external wall insulation support hanging plate (120) according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the following steps:
(1) The prefabricated external wall insulation support hanging plate (120) comprises an insulation layer (121) and a decoration layer (122);
(2) Prefabricating a first frame member (124) and a second frame member (125), and a top end fixing member (132 b) and a bottom end fixing member (131 b);
(3) -assembling the first (124) and second (125) frame members to the first and second ends of the hanger plate (120), respectively;
(4) Mounting a hanging plate (120) with the first frame member (124) and the second frame member (125) at a set position outside the external wall panel (110) and hanging the hanging plate on the peripheral beam (150) and the structural base surface (180) or a wall bottom floor;
(5) The bottom end fixing piece (131 b) and the top end fixing piece (132 b) are adopted to fix the hanging plate (120) at the set positions of the structural base surface (180) or the wall bottom floor slab and the peripheral beam (150) respectively; so that the bracket plate (120) is installed at a set position on the outer side of the outer wall plate (110).
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the pegboard (120) is capable of integrally covering an exterior wall panel (110) and the perimeter beams (150) and the structural floor (180) or wall floor slab of the same layer while interengageing with an adjacent pegboard (120).
