Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂及其制备方法,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:氨基酸30~42%、皂化剂20~30%、乙醇5~18%、水15~25%、硬度调节剂1~10%、透明度调节剂1~5%、纳米银水溶液1~4%、复合滋润剂0.5~2%,该纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂外观晶莹剔透、硬度大、耐洗性好、弱酸性、性能温和、泡沫丰富而细腻,具有优良的抗菌、杀菌、滋润保湿、美白抗皱、提高肌肤隔离防护能力、舒缓抗过敏的能力和修复皮肤的功能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及日用品技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
目前市场上的洁肤皂主要有两大类:脂肪酸盐类皂基和氨基酸表面活性剂类皂基。脂肪酸盐类皂基作为传统皂基,制备工艺成熟、清洁能力强,一般为碱性,其pH值在7~13,清洗之后皮肤有明显的紧绷感。氨基酸表面活性剂类皂基具有对环境和生物良好的安全性、泡沫细腻、洗后皮肤舒服无明显紧绷感,为新兴皂基,成为洁肤用皂的新贵,其功能化的需求日益彰显。例如中国专利CN 108587802 A公开了一种透明氨基酸水晶皂及其制备方法,但现有氨基酸皂一般偏软、不耐用、不方便储存、不方便造型,且本身无杀菌、抗菌和护肤等功能。研发出一种具有抗菌、护肤等功能性的氨基酸皂成为市场的迫切需要。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂及其制备方法,该纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂外观晶莹剔透、硬度大、耐洗性好、弱酸性、性能温和、泡沫丰富而细腻,具有优良的抗菌、杀菌、滋润保湿、美白抗皱、提高肌肤隔离防护能力、舒缓抗过敏的能力和修复皮肤的功能。提供的制备方法操作简单、快速成皂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:氨基酸30~42%、皂化剂20~30%、乙醇5~18%、水15~25%、硬度调节剂1~10%、透明度调节剂1~5%、纳米银抗菌原液1~4%、复合滋润剂0.5~2%。其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60~300ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下;所述复合滋润剂包括:甜杏仁油、橄榄油、霍霍巴油、蜂胶、维生素E中的两种以上组合。
特别地,所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂原料还包括外观调节剂。
优选地,所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:氨基酸35~40%、皂化剂22~25%、乙醇10~11%、水15~18%、硬度调节剂1~3%、透明度调节剂1~5%、纳米银抗菌原液3~4%、复合滋润剂1~1.5%,外观调节剂0.5~3%,其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60~300ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下;所述复合滋润剂包括:甜杏仁油、橄榄油、霍霍巴油、蜂胶、维生素E中的两种以上组合。
所述纳米银抗菌原液的制备方法如下:硝酸银溶液加入支化聚乙烯亚胺溶液,搅拌10~30分钟,滴加硼氢化钠还原剂,反应2~4小时,得到无色稳定纳米银抗菌原液;硝酸银溶液硝酸银浓度200μg/ml~3000μg/ml,硝酸银与硼氢化钠摩尔比1:0.1~1:0.5,分子量为10000~25000的支化聚乙烯亚胺与银离子摩尔比0.5~2.0。
所述的纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方比将皂化剂、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温60~80℃,优选为70-80℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;
2)按配方比把氨基酸、硬度调节剂、透明度调节剂和水混合搅拌,控温70~90℃,优选为70-80℃,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。
3)将步骤1)得到的甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在1500r/min以下,温度控制在60~90℃,优选为70-80℃,皂化时间10~30min,优选为15~25min,然后快速降温至40~50℃,加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、复合滋润剂搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度500r/min以下,然后加入外观调节剂,出料、倒入模具,10~20min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
所述氨基酸包括月桂酰谷氨酸、椰油酰谷氨酸、亮氨酸、胱氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸中的一种以上。
所述皂化剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、尿素中的一种以上。
所述硬度调节剂包括甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甜菜碱中的一种以上。
所述透明度调节剂包括白糖、乳糖、冰糖中的一种以上。
所述外观调节剂包括色素、香精、金箔、颗粒包裹体(仿生花瓣、变色颗粒、蚕丝系列等)等中一种以上。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1)本发明的纳米银氨基酸手工皂制备过程不需要加入氨基酸类表面活性剂来起保护作用,得到的手工皂外观晶莹剔透、硬度大、耐洗性好、pH值6.2~6.8,呈弱酸性、性能温和、泡沫丰富而细腻,且具有优良的抗菌、杀菌和修复皮肤、滋润保湿、美白抗皱、提高肌肤隔离防护能力和舒缓抗过敏的能力,适于各类肌肤清洁和养护。
2)本发明的纳米银与氨基酸皂液中氨基酸部分形成螯合物,有利于纳米银的稳定、均匀分布,同时促进氨基酸皂液的cmc值下降,提高其清洁性能。
3)本发明使用的纳米银抗菌原液不需要额外添加其他保护助剂,制备过程产生的皂液粘度较大,有利于纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银的悬浮、均匀分布,快速的成皂时间有效预防纳米银团聚,保持了纳米银的抗菌性能。
4)本发明提供的制备方法操作简单、室温下快速成皂。
具体实施方式:
以下是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
原料配比:月桂酰谷氨酸30%、三乙醇胺20%、乙醇17%、水15.45%、甘油10%、白糖5%、纳米银抗菌原液1%、甜杏仁油0.5%、维生素E0.5%,金箔0.5%,香精0.05%。其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下。
制备步骤
A)按配方比把三乙醇胺、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温60℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;B)按配方比把月桂酰谷氨酸、甘油、白糖和水,控温70℃,搅拌,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。C)把甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在1000r/min,温度控制在60℃,皂化时间10min。D)快速降温至40℃,依次加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、甜杏仁油、维生素E、金箔、香精搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度200r/min。出料、倒入模具,室温20min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
对比例1:
原料配比参考实施例1,不同之处在于制备方法不同,透明度调节剂的加料方式不同,具体包括以下步骤:
A)将三乙醇胺和乙醇混合,加热至60度,得到混合物,记为甲料,
B)将月桂酰基谷氨酸、甘油、水混合在一起,加热至70度,搅拌混合均匀至透明,记为乙料;
C)把甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在1000r/min,温度控制在60℃,皂化时间10min;
D)快速降温至40℃,依次加入白糖、纳米银抗菌原液、甜杏仁油、维生素E、金箔、香精搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度200r/min。出料、倒入模具,室温30min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银氨基酸手工皂,颜色乳白不透明。
实施例2
(1)原料配比
椰油酰谷氨酸20%、精氨酸10%、胱氨酸5%、三乙醇胺15%、氢氧化钠10%、乙醇11.45%、水18%、丙二醇3%、白糖2%、纳米银抗菌原液2%、橄榄油0.5%、维生素E1%、颗粒包裹体(仿生花瓣)2%,香精0.05%,其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下。
(2)制备步骤
A)按配方比把三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温60℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;B)按配方比把椰油酰谷氨酸、精氨酸、胱氨酸、丙二醇、白糖和水,控温80℃,搅拌,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。C)把甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在500r/min,温度控制在70℃,皂化时间15min。D)快速降温至40℃,依次加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、橄榄油、维生素E、颗粒包裹体、香精搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度100r/min。出料、倒入模具,室温15min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
实施例3
(1)原料配比
月桂酰谷氨酸20%、椰油酰谷氨酸10%、亮氨酸10%、三乙醇胺20%、氢氧化钾5%、乙醇10.95%、水15%、1,3丁二醇3%、乳糖1%、纳米银抗菌原液3%、霍霍巴油0.5%、甜杏仁油0.5%、颗粒包裹体(蚕丝系列)1%,香精0.05%,其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为300ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下。
(2)制备步骤
A)按配方比把三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温80℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;B)按配方比把月桂酰谷氨酸、椰油酰谷氨酸、亮氨酸、1,3丁二醇、乳糖和水,控温70℃,搅拌,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。C)把甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在300r/min,温度控制在80℃,皂化时间25min。D)快速降温至45℃,加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、霍霍巴油、甜杏仁油搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度100r/min。出料、倒入模具,室温15min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
实施例4
(1)原料配比
组氨酸10%、椰油酰谷氨酸20%、亮氨酸8%、三乙醇胺10%、氢氧化钾10%、尿素2%、乙醇14%、水15%、甜菜碱1%、白糖2%、纳米银抗菌原液4%、霍霍巴油0.5%、蜂胶1%、维生素E0.5%,颗粒包裹体(变色颗粒)2%,其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下。
(2)制备步骤
A)按配方比把三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾、尿素、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温70℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;B)按配方比把组氨酸、椰油酰谷氨酸、亮氨酸、甜菜碱、白糖和水,控温80℃,搅拌,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。C)把甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在200r/min,温度控制在80℃,皂化时间25min。D)快速降温至45℃,加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、霍霍巴油、维生素E搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度100r/min。出料、倒入模具,室温10min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
实施例5
(1)原料配比
月桂酰谷氨酸22%、椰油酰谷氨酸10%、亮氨酸10%、三乙醇胺20%、氢氧化钾8%、尿素2%、乙醇5%、水15%、1,3-丁二醇2%、白糖1%、纳米银抗菌原液4%、维生素E0.5%,金箔0.5%,其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下。
(2)制备步骤
A)按配方比把三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾、尿素、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温70℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;B)按配方比把月桂酰谷氨酸、椰油酰谷氨酸、亮氨酸、1,3-丁二醇、白糖和水,控温80℃,搅拌,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。C)把甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在200r/min,温度控制在80℃,皂化时间25min。D)快速降温至45℃,加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、霍霍巴油、维生素E搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度100r/min。加入金箔,出料、倒入模具,室温12min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
性能评价:
本发明实施中的纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的评价方法主要进行了皂的pH值、透明度、硬度以及使用后的外观、肤感、除菌效果等性能指标进行评分。
纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂pH值检测方法:取皂入模前的皂液,加去离子水配制10%的皂液,使用pH测量仪检测。
纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂透明度检测方法:将皂切成厚度为6.5±0.15mm、两面平整光滑的薄片,嵌在不受光影响的固定筒中,在白度计上测量试样底衬黑背衬时光反射因数的数值(R0)及试样底衬白板衬时内在光反射因数的数值(R∞),并根据公式T(%)=(1-R0/R∞)×100%计算氨基酸皂的透明度。
纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂硬度检测方法:采用锥入度测定仪测量针入度PI值。
纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂使用后外观和肤感采用人体使用评测:每个实施例共设5个实验组,每组15人,分别使用实施例和对比例中的氨基酸皂样品,每天早晚各使用氨基酸皂洗脸、洗手各一次,连续使用一个月,对氨基酸酸皂的外观、耐洗性、清洁能力、肤感进行性能指标评分,并计算每项指标的平均分。评分标准采用5分打分法,分值对应感受如下表1。

纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂除菌效果:按《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》GB15979-2002的检测方法,分别向手工皂样品中接种大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠球菌104级CFU/ml。作用5min、10min后立即取样检测手工皂样品中的活菌数,计算其除菌率。
实施例与对比例的各项测量指标值,结果见表2和表3。

Claims (10)
1.一种纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:氨基酸30~42%、皂化剂20~30%、乙醇5~18%、水15~25%、硬度调节剂1~10%、透明度调节剂1~5%、纳米银抗菌原液1~4%、复合滋润剂0.5~2%;其中纳米银抗菌原液中纳米银浓度为60~300ppm,纳米银平均粒径为10nm以下;所述复合滋润剂包括:甜杏仁油、橄榄油、霍霍巴油、蜂胶、维生素E中的两种以上组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,其特征在于,所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂原料还包括外观调节剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,其特征在于,所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:氨基酸35~40%、皂化剂22~25%、乙醇10~11%、水15~18%、硬度调节剂1~3%、透明度调节剂1~5%、纳米银抗菌原液3~4%、复合滋润剂1~1.5%,外观调节剂0.5~3%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂,其特征在于,所述纳米银抗菌原液的制备方法如下:硝酸银溶液加入支化聚乙烯亚胺溶液,搅拌10~30分钟,滴加硼氢化钠还原剂,反应2~4小时,得到无色稳定纳米银抗菌原液;硝酸银溶液中硝酸银浓度200μg/ml~3000μg/ml,硝酸银与硼氢化钠摩尔比1:0.1~1:0.5,分子量为10000~25000的支化聚乙烯亚胺与银离子摩尔比0.5~2.0。
5.权利要求1所述的纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方比将皂化剂、乙醇混合,搅拌均匀,控温60~80℃,得到混合物,记为甲料;
2)按配方比把氨基酸、硬度调节剂、透明度调节剂和水混合搅拌,控温70~90℃,得透明混合物料,记为乙料。
3)将步骤1)得到的甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在1500r/min以下,温度控制在60~90℃,皂化时间10~30min,然后快速降温至40~50℃,加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、复合滋润剂搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度500r/min以下,然后加入外观调节剂,出料、倒入模具,10~20min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
6.根据权利要求5所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)温度为70-80℃,步骤2)温度为70-80℃;步骤3)将步骤1)得到的甲料缓慢加入乙料中,搅拌速度控制在1500r/min以下,温度控制在70-80℃,皂化时间15~25min,然后快速降温至40~50℃,加入配方量的纳米银抗菌原液、复合滋润剂搅拌均匀,控制搅拌速度500r/min以下,然后加入外观调节剂,出料、倒入模具,室温10~20min凝固后脱模,经修整后即可包装制成纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括月桂酰谷氨酸、椰油酰谷氨酸、亮氨酸、胱氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸中的一种以上。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述皂化剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、三乙醇胺、尿素中的一种以上;所述硬度调节剂包括甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甜菜碱中的一种以上。
9.根据权利要求5或6所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述透明度调节剂包括白糖、乳糖、冰糖中的一种以上。
10.根据权利要求5或6所述纳米银透明氨基酸手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述外观调节剂包括色素、香精、金箔、颗粒包裹体中一种以上。
