技术领域
本发明涉及一种女性卫生用品,具体涉及一种干爽型卫生巾。
背景技术
一次性卫生用品也称吸收性用即弃产品,包括妇女卫生巾、卫生护垫、止血塞、婴儿纸尿布、成人纸尿布和其他成人失禁用品、宠物垫等。一次性卫生用品使用过程中,产品大多与使用者皮肤直接接触,因此,除了对产品本身应具备的卫生、安全特性以外,还应最大限度地减少由于接触皮肤而造成使用者的不适。具体来说,需要具有透气、滑爽、快速吸湿、透湿、防倒流性以及皮肤接触舒适性。皮肤接触舒适性,亦称亲肤性,是指服装在与人体皮肤接触时对织物的触觉舒适感。
由于生活节凑的加快,环境、气候的显著变化,生活的不规律和不良的卫生行为和习惯,很多女性朋友患有月子病、贫腔炎、附件炎、痛经、阴道炎、宫颈糜烂、外阴瘙痒、异味等疾病的一种或几种,而不科学的护理方式、不当的洁阴方式、具有感染源的内衣又加重了这些疾病。女人,不仅要活得外表美丽,还要活得身体内在健康,因此要加强健康卫生观念,精心呵护,避免使用材料和结构不合理的卫生巾,因为易加重疾病感染,无法维护生殖系统平衡。
处于月经期的女性抵抗力很差,对属于贴身之物的卫生巾的卫生要求是很高的,一旦使用不当,很可能造成健康隐患。本发明提供一种新型的卫生巾用品,能够保持接触面的洁净和抗菌,减少了细菌的滋生,又保证了对皮肤的无刺激性,带给女性非常时期更安全健康的生活体验。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种干爽型卫生巾。

一种干爽型卫生巾,所述的表层喷洒有拒水整理剂,所述拒水整理剂由下述重量份的原料组成:十八烷基二甲基叔胺1-3份、二甲基硅油0.5-3.5份、甘油3-7份、表面活性剂0.5-3.5份、交联剂0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸0.5-3.5份、水95-105 份。
优选地,所述的交联剂为苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的交联剂由苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸混合而成,所述苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的表面活性剂为N-棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、N- 癸酰基肌氨酸钠中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的表面活性剂由N-棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、 N-癸酰基肌氨酸钠混合而成,所述N-棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、N- 癸酰基肌氨酸钠的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述表层中拒水整理剂的喷洒量为200-800g/m2。
优选地,所述的表层的材质为棉。
优选地,所述的干爽型卫生巾可以为在市售的卫生巾表层喷洒所述拒水整理剂得到,所述市售的卫生巾如苏菲卫生巾、乐而雅卫生巾、七度空间卫生巾、高洁丝卫生巾、花王卫生巾、全棉时代卫生巾、护舒宝卫生巾等。
优选地,所述干爽型卫生巾依次包括表层、吸湿芯和底层。
优选地,所述的吸湿芯依次由防回渗层、超强渗吸层、高分子锁水层、分散型透气底膜和离型纸组成。

实施例1
拒水整理剂原料(重量份):十八烷基二甲基叔胺2份、二甲基硅油1.5份、甘油5份、表面活性剂1.2份、交联剂0.3份、丙烯酸1份、去离子水100份。
所述的交联剂由苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸按质量比1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的表面活性剂由N-棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、N-癸酰基肌氨酸钠按质量比1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
依次将十八烷基二甲基叔胺、二甲基硅油、甘油、表面活性剂、交联剂、丙烯酸加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到拒水整理剂。将上述拒水整理剂喷洒至卫生巾(采用护舒宝卫生巾,商品编号:420598,产地:广州,材质:棉柔亲肤,尺寸:300mm)表层,拒水整理剂喷洒量为500g/m2,得到实施例1的干爽型卫生巾。

一种干爽型卫生巾,包括表层(材质为纯棉水刺布,克重100g/m2),及设置在所述表层下方的防回渗层,及设置在所述防回渗层下方的超强渗吸层,及设置在所述超强渗吸层下方的高分子锁水层(采用广州胜欣化工科技有限公司生产的牌号为胜欣的高分子吸水树脂),及设置在所述高分子锁水层下方的分散型透气底膜(采用沧州市亚泰塑胶有限公司生产的PE薄膜,克重50g/m2),及设置在所述分散型透气底膜下方的离型纸(采用苏州宇宣纸业有限公司生产的白色格拉辛纸离型纸,克重80g/m2),及设置在所述离型纸下方的包膜(采用Ethyl公司出品的型号MODEL XP 39385的低密度聚乙烯包膜,厚度为 0.025mm)。
拒水整理剂原料(重量份):十八烷基二甲基叔胺2份、二甲基硅油1.5份、甘油5份、表面活性剂1.2份、交联剂0.3份、丙烯酸1份、去离子水100份。
所述的交联剂由苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸按质量比1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的表面活性剂由N-棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、N-癸酰基肌氨酸钠按质量比1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
依次将十八烷基二甲基叔胺、二甲基硅油、甘油、表面活性剂、交联剂、丙烯酸加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到拒水整理剂,在干爽型卫生巾生产线上,将拒水整理剂喷洒到上述干爽型卫生巾表层上,拒水整理剂的喷洒量为300g/m2;将喷洒拒水整理剂后的表层、防回渗层、超强渗吸层、高分子锁水层、分散型透气底膜、离型纸和包膜按卫生巾常规工艺制备得到干爽型卫生巾。
测试例1
参照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB15979-1995,一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》,检测实施例1-7制得的卫生巾对下述三种微生物的抑菌性能。
所测试的微生物:大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)AS.1.90;金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)AS.1.89;白色念珠菌(Candida albicance)AS.2.2086。
实施例1-7制得的卫生巾经紫外照射1.5min杀菌后,在卫生巾表层均匀涂布大肠杆菌1.0×105CFU/片,金黄色葡萄球菌1.0×105CFU/片,金黄色葡萄球菌 1.0×105CFU/片,作用30分钟后测试每片卫生巾菌含量,具体结果见表1。

测试例2
对实施例1-7的拒水整理剂进行拒水性能测试。选取面积为400平方厘米的纯棉布,克重为120g/m2,纯棉布表面均匀喷洒有拒水整理剂,喷洒量为500g/m2,喷洒拒水整理剂后在60℃烘箱中烘干12小时。按照拒水性能的测试标准AATCC22-2005,采用喷淋法测定纯棉布的拒水性能。测试数据见表2。

1.一种干爽型卫生巾,包括表层,所述的表层喷洒有拒水整理剂,所述拒水整理剂由下述重量份的原料组成:十八烷基二甲基叔胺1-3份、二甲基硅油0.5-3.5份、甘油3-7份、表面活性剂0.5-3.5份、交联剂0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸0.5-3.5份、水95-105份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干爽型卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸中一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的干爽型卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的交联剂由苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸混合而成,所述苹果酸、酒石酸、3-羟基戊二酸的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的干爽型卫生巾,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为N-棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、N-癸酰基肌氨酸钠中一种或多种的混合物。
