本发明公开了一种环保型清洗剂,制得的该清洗剂由下列原料及其重量百分比制成:70#溶剂油:10%~20%,90#溶剂油:10%~20%,120#溶剂油:30%~40%,190#溶剂油:20%~30%,工业乙醇5%~10%,正丁醇:2%~5%,原料用量的百分比之和为100%;本发明的环保型清洗剂的生产方法工艺简单,生产成本低廉,技术指标符合绿色环保要求,是一种性能优良的环保型清洗剂,广泛用于电子行业、制冷行业、汽车行业、模具行业、精密机械加工等行业。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域的清洗剂,具体涉及一种环保型清洗剂。
背景技术
清洗行业的ODS(消耗臭氧层的物质)淘汰依照《中国清洗行业ODS 整体淘汰计划》进行,目前已经步入了实施阶段。近年来由于政府的强烈干预,各地一些企业开始充分重视替代ODS 物质和有毒有害物质的工业清洗剂。目前在世界上ODS 替代技术存在两种主要发展趋势,一种是以欧美所倡导的使用低破坏臭氧层系数的清洗剂为主的替代技术,但是其产品价格昂贵,使企业对此望而生畏。二是以日本一些公司推崇的碳氢清洗技术,主要技术路线是,碳氢溶剂捆绑碳氢清洗设备共同使用,这种模式已经被日资企业所普遍接受,国内一些企业也正在积极讨论这种技术。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷或不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种环保型清洗剂,该清洗剂由多种脂肪烃、醇类组成,不含四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、CFC-113 等ODS类受控物质,是ODS 类清洗剂的理想换代品。
为了实现上述任务,本发明采取如下技术解决方案:
一种环保型清洗剂,制得的该清洗剂由下列原料及其重量百分比制成:70# 溶剂油:10% ~ 20%,90# 溶剂油:10% ~ 20%,120# 溶剂油:30% ~ 40%,190# 溶剂油:20% ~30%,工业乙醇5% ~ 10%,正丁醇:2% ~ 5%,原料用量的百分比之和为100%。
本发明的环保型清洗剂,和现有的技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明不含ODS 类物质,不消耗臭氧层,符合绿色环保要求,符合欧盟RoHS 要求。
对铜、钢、铝、金、银、钛等金属材料均无腐蚀,对多数合成橡胶、塑料等有机材料有优良的兼容性。
易挥发,无毒,溶解力强,具有优良的除油、脱脂能力。用于金属零部件的脱脂清洗;对材料机加工后残留油污的清洗,以及对清洗焊接后的PCB 板残留的助焊剂的清洗。
本发明性能稳定,对人体无危害,对环境安全。
生产工艺简单,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
本发明是一种环保型清洗剂,制得的该清洗剂由下列原料及其重量百分比制成:70# 溶剂油:10% ~ 20%,90# 溶剂油:10% ~ 20%,120# 溶剂油:30% ~ 40%,190# 溶剂油:20% ~30%,工业乙醇5% ~ 10%,正丁醇:2% ~ 5%,原料用量的百分比之和为100%。
一种优选的配方,制得的该环保型清洗剂由下列原料及其重量百分比制成:70#溶剂油:15%,90# 溶剂油:15%,120# 溶剂油:35%,190# 溶剂油:24%,工业乙醇8%,正丁醇3%。
选择原料:测定烃类溶剂及醇类溶剂的KB 值以及溶剂表面张力,并以各溶剂的馏程为依据筛选原料。表1 为制备本发明的各种原料的物理特性。将上述各种原料按配制百分比直接混合,即可得到本发明的环保型清洗剂。

表2 为本发明的环保型清洗剂的物理特性,从表2 中得到,该清洗剂为无色透明液体,有轻微的溶剂味,初馏点和终馏点分别为60℃、190℃。KB 值为30(GB/T11134-89),清洗剂表面张力为50mN/m(GB/T5549-90)。

Claims (2)

1. 一种环保型清洗剂,其特征在于,制得的该清洗剂由下列原料及其重量百分比制成:70# 溶剂油:10% ~ 20%,90# 溶剂油:10% ~ 20%,120# 溶剂油:30% ~ 40%,190# 溶剂油:20% ~ 30%,工业乙醇5% ~ 10%,正丁醇:2% ~ 5%,原料用量的百分比之和为100%;所述的70# 溶剂油的KB 值为39.8,表面张力为18.4mN/m,初馏点60℃,终馏点70℃ ;所述的90# 溶剂油的KB 值为38.2,表面张力为19.6mN/m,初馏点60℃,终馏点90℃ ;所述的120# 溶剂油的KB 值为37.5,表面张力为22.7mN/m,初馏点80℃,终馏点120℃;所述的190#溶剂油的KB 值为36.4,表面张力为23.8mN/m,初馏点140℃,终馏点190℃ ;所述的工业乙醇的KB 值为34.1,表面张力为22.3mN/m,初馏点78.3℃ ;所述的正丁醇的KB 值为32.4,表面张力为24.6mN/m,初馏点111.5℃,终馏点119℃。
2. 如权利要求1 所述的环保型清洗剂,其特征在于,制得的该清洗剂由下列原料及其重量百分比制成:70# 溶剂油:15%,90# 溶剂油:15%,120# 溶剂油:35%,190# 溶剂油:24%,工业乙醇8%,正丁醇3%。
