本发明涉及电动车制造技术领域，尤其是一种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置。
背景技术
电动车在对其进行轮胎装配的时候，由于电动车本身的质量较重，在装配轮胎的时候需要将电动车撑起作为装配，这就需要安装台，但是又因为不同型号电动车的轮胎尺寸不同，这样在安装的时候单一安装台不能满足多功能生产的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电动车轮胎装配存在的不足，本发明提供了一种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置，包括底座，底座上通过螺栓固定安装有油泵和液压缸，油泵通过管路与液压缸连接，液压缸顶部通过螺栓固定有支撑板，底座右侧通过螺栓固定有滑轨，在滑轨上安装移动座，移动座上焊接有安放板。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括，支撑板上设有滑槽，滑槽内嵌入滑块，滑块焊接在移动板的下方。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括，安放板为圆弧状，安放板的两侧为挡板，挡板内侧为橡胶层。
本发明的有益效果是，这种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置在使用的时候，通过该装置，能够快速的完成对电动车轮胎安装，并且针对不同尺寸的电动车也能满足安装的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置，包括底座1，底座1上通过螺栓固定安装有油泵2和液压缸3，油泵2通过管路与液压缸3连接，液压缸3顶部通过螺栓固定有支撑板4，底座1右侧通过螺栓固定有滑轨5，在滑轨5上安装移动座6，移动座6上焊接有安放板7。
这种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置在使用的时候，将需要组装电动车防止在支撑板4上，油泵2连接电源之后开始驱动液压缸3上下升降，针对不同型号的电动车控制其高度，方便轮胎对准电动车的安装架的位置，将轮胎放置在安放板7上，手动推动移动座6使移动座6在滑轨5上移动，方便轮胎推送到安装位置。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括，支撑板4上设有滑槽10，滑槽10内嵌入滑块9，滑块9焊接在移动板8的下方。
支撑板4上安装了移动板8，移动板8在滑槽10和滑块9的作用下能够在支撑板4上进行移动，方便电动车的定位，移动的时候只需手动推动。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括，安放板7为圆弧状，安放板7的两侧为挡板11，挡板11内侧为橡胶层12。
圆弧状的安放板7方便轮胎的安放，避免轮胎在安放板7上滚动，同时挡板11提供轮胎的侧向支撑力，挡板11内的橡胶层12能够为轮胎提供保护，满足使用需求。

1.一种电动车轮胎辅助安装装置，包括底座（1），其特征是，底座（1）上通过螺栓固定安装有油泵（2）和液压缸（3），油泵（2）通过管路与液压缸（3）连接，液压缸（3）顶部通过螺栓固定有支撑板（4），底座（1）右侧通过螺栓固定有滑轨（5），在滑轨（5）上安装移动座（6），移动座（6）上焊接有安放板（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车轮胎辅助安装装置，其特征是，支撑板（4）上设有滑槽（10），滑槽（10）内嵌入滑块（9），滑块（9）焊接在移动板（8）的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动车轮胎辅助安装装置，其特征是，安放板（7）为圆弧状，安放板（7）的两侧为挡板（11），挡板（11）内侧为橡胶层（12）。
