Abstract
The invention discloses a clamping device and application thereof, wherein the clamping device comprises a fixing device and a positioning device, the fixing device comprises an operation assembly and a clamping assembly, and the operation assembly is connected with the clamping assembly in a shaft way; the positioning device comprises a positioning piece, wherein the positioning piece is arranged on the clamping assembly, the clamping assembly can be fixedly clamped on a steel plate, the positioning piece can position a screw on the steel plate, and the processing precision of the screw is improved. The clamping device can remove impurities such as scraps generated in the process of removing the screw, so as to be beneficial to alleviating pain of patients and avoiding bad phenomenon of infection caused by the fact that the impurities such as scraps stay in the body.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a clamping device, in particular to a clamping device for the medical field and application thereof.
Background
Medical screws are commonly used for fixing bones, and once the bone of a wounded is damaged, the screw can be matched with a connecting plate to be used for connecting and fixing the bone, so that recovery of the wounded is facilitated. Whereas screw extraction devices for extracting screws are commonly used in surgery, doctors separate screws from bone by means of the screw extraction device. The screw implanted in the bone needs to be fixed by a special fixing device during the taking-out process of the doctor, but the taking-out process of the screw is very difficult, and the screw needs to be taken out of the bone by means of the screw taking-out device because the connection between the screw and the bone is very stable. On the other hand, screws also require the aid of special tools during the implantation into bone.
However, in the use process of the traditional nail taking device, particularly when the screw is in a state of being taken out from a bone, the screw needs to be acted by an electric drill to separate the screw from the joint of the bone, but a lot of iron skips are generated in the process of the screw being driven by the electric drill, a doctor needs to wash the electric drill and the screw during working by a washing device, and thus extra personnel need to be configured for operation in the operation process, the operation quality is affected, the manpower is wasted, and the patient is greatly painful from the aspect of the body and the spirit; certain impurities are also generated during the process of implanting the screw into the bone, and the impurities also need to be washed in time. Traditional washing unit is in the washing in-process, can't collect the impurity after the washing and discharge, and the residual material once entering into the human body, will seriously influence patient's recovery setting in influencing patient's health, for example can cause the infection of wound. Therefore, how to overcome the above problems would be an urgent need in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and its use, wherein the gripping apparatus is adapted to act on a steel plate for gripping and positioning purposes.
An object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, in which the gripping apparatus can conveniently collect foreign matters such as chips generated during the topping process, and compared with the prior art, the gripping apparatus of the present invention can prevent the foreign matters such as chips from remaining in the body of a patient, thereby not only reducing pain of the patient, but also avoiding bad phenomenon of infection caused by the retention of the foreign matters.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a clamping device and its use, wherein the clamping device comprises a fixation means and a positioning means, the positioning means being adapted to be arranged on the fixation means, so that a user can easily apply a screw through the positioning means in order to remove the screw from the bone.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a clamping apparatus and application thereof, wherein the clamping opening of the fixing device is adjusted according to the size of the clamped steel plate, so as to enhance the applicability of the fixing device.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the positioning device can adjust the height of the positioning device relative to the fixing device according to different sizes and shapes of steel plates, so as to improve positioning accuracy.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the positioning device has a water inlet end and a water outlet end, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end are respectively connected to a pipeline, so that impurities such as scraps generated during a nail removing process are collected in the positioning device and are discharged from an external space through the water outlet end, thereby avoiding the impurities such as scraps from being retained in a patient.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the fixing device includes an operation assembly and a gripping assembly, the operation assembly includes a first operation lever and a second operation lever, the gripping assembly includes a first grip member and a second grip member, the first operation lever extends outwardly from the first grip member, the second operation lever extends outwardly from the second gripping arm, and the first operation lever and the second operation lever control relative sliding of the first gripping arm and the second gripping arm.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the fixing device includes an adjusting member disposed between the first operating member and the second operating member, and further the first operating member and the second operating member control the opening size of the gripping assembly such that the fixing device is adapted to different sizes of the steel plates.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the fixing device includes an elastic member, the elastic member is disposed on the first operating lever and the second operating lever, and the elastic member has a reset function by the operating assembly, so as to facilitate operation of a user.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a clamping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the first clamping member includes a set of first clamping arms and a set of first extending arms, the second clamping member includes a set of second clamping arms and a set of second extending arms, the first extending arms and the first supporting arms form a fastening structure, the second extending arms and the second supporting arms form a fastening structure, and when the clamping assembly is clamped to the steel plate, the first clamping member and the second clamping member form a plurality of clamping points to enhance a clamping force between the clamping assembly and the steel plate.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and the use thereof, wherein the fixing device comprises a connection assembly comprising a first connection member extending outwardly from the first clamp member and a second connection member extending outwardly from the second clamp member, the first connection member and the second connection member enhancing the connection between the gripping assembly and the operating assembly.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gripping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the positioning device includes a holding assembly and a positioning member, and the positioning member is movably disposed on the operating assembly through an operating member to adjust a relative position between the positioning member and the holding assembly.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a clamping apparatus and an application thereof, wherein the positioning member has a funnel structure with a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is larger than the second opening, the positioning member acts on the steel plate, and the second opening is located right above the screw.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a clamping device and its use, wherein the positioning member has a receiving cavity, which allows to collect water and impurities generated during the extraction of the screw.
To achieve one or more of the above objects, a gripping apparatus includes a fixture including an operating assembly and a clamping assembly, the operating assembly being pivotally coupled to the clamping assembly; and the positioning device comprises a positioning piece, the positioning piece is arranged on the clamping assembly, the clamping assembly can be clamped on a steel plate, the positioning piece can position a screw on the steel plate, and the processing precision of the screw is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the positioning device comprises a holding assembly, the positioning piece is adjustably arranged on the holding assembly, and a user operates the holding assembly to connect or disconnect the positioning piece to or from the clamping assembly.
In a preferred embodiment, the gripping assembly comprises a support arm and the securing means comprises a connector, the support arm extending outwardly from an end of the positioning member, the positioning means being disposed on the securing means by connection of the support arm to the connector.
In a preferred embodiment, the holding assembly includes a holding arm and a supporting arm, the supporting arm extends outwards from the end of the positioning member, the supporting arm is slidably disposed on the holding arm, and the positioning member is further movably disposed on the holding arm.
In a preferred embodiment, the positioning member is fixed to the clamping assembly, the positioning member being variable depending on the size of the opening of the clamping assembly.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are by way of example only and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention defined in the following description may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
A gripping apparatus for medical fields, through which a professional user such as a doctor or nurse can improve the operation accuracy and the effectiveness of a nail taking process, as shown in fig. 1 to 7B. The clamping device is used in a screw extraction procedure in which a screw is used for bone attachment, but in which the screw is not easily removed by a screw extractor, and therefore requires the use of a drill for handling the screw. However, in the conventional technology, if a user directly manipulates the drill bit to process the screw, there is a disadvantage in that, on one hand, the drill bit is directly aligned to the screw to perform work, the drill bit is easily deviated due to the change of stress during the work, and thus the situation easily causes operation risk. On the other hand, when the drill bit is used for processing the screw, iron cutting impurities are generated, and if the impurities are not processed in time, the impurities easily enter the human body, and the health of the human body is affected.
The clamping device of the present invention can effectively overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, and specifically, the clamping device includes a fixing device 10 and a positioning device 20, the positioning device 20 is disposed on the fixing device 10 in a matching manner, and further, the fixing device 10 is clamped on a steel plate, and the positioning device 20 is disposed right above the screw, so that a user can use a drill to process the screw. The fixing device 10 is adapted according to different sizes of steel plates so that the fixing device 10 is firmly connected to the steel plates, the positioning device 20 is adjusted in height within a certain range according to the relative positions of the steel plates and the fixing device 10, so that the positioning device 20 is positioned on the screw positioned on the steel plates, the customizing device 20 can control the working drill bit to prevent the deviation of the drill bit, and meanwhile, the positioning device 20 can collect impurities generated in the screw treatment process to prevent injury to human body. In other words, the positioning device 20 is adjustably arranged to the fixture 10 in order to adjust the position of the positioning device 20 relative to the fixture 10 as desired, for example because the positioning device 20 is adjustably arranged to the fixture 10, whereby the gripping apparatus allows the user to adjust the angle of the positioning device 20 relative to the fixture 10 as desired. Preferably, the positioning device 20 is detachably mounted to the fixture 10, i.e. the positioning device 20 is arranged to the fixture 10 in such a way that the positioning device 20 is detachably mounted to the fixture 10.
It should be noted that the fixing device 10 includes an operating component 11 and a clamping component 12, the clamping component 12 integrally extends to the operating component 11, and a user controls the clamping component 12 to act on the steel plate by operating the operating component 11. In other words, the state of the clamping assembly 12 can be operated by the operating assembly 11 so that the clamping assembly 12 can clamp the steel plate. The opening of the clamping assembly 12 is adjusted according to the size of the steel plate to be clamped, the operating assembly 11 controls the opening of the clamping assembly 12 and provides an acting force to the clamping assembly 12, so that the clamping assembly 12 acts on the steel plate to form a clamping effect on the steel plate, and a stable setting state provided by the positioning device 20 arranged on the clamping assembly 12 is convenient for a user to operate. Preferably, the change of the state of the clamping assembly 12 and the change of the state of the operating assembly 11 are synchronized and related such that, on the one hand, the state of the clamping assembly 12 can be adjusted by controlling the state of the operating assembly 11 and, on the other hand, the state of the clamping assembly 12 can be adjusted to a desired state with precision by controlling the operating assembly 11, for example, the opening of the clamping assembly 12 can be adjusted to a desired size with precision by the operating assembly 11, so that the gripping device is used.
It should be noted that the operating component 11 and the clamping component 12 form a certain inclination angle, so that the fixing device 10 is convenient for a user to hold and operate. Due to the structural design of the inclination angle, the holding and force application of the fixing device 10 are more convenient for a user to fix the steel plate. It will be appreciated that the user operates the fixture 10 in a manner to hold the operating assembly 11.
Further, the operating assembly 11 includes a first operating lever 111 and a second operating lever 112, the first operating lever 111 is pivotally connected to the second operating lever 112, the first operating lever 111 and the second operating lever 112 have an X-shape, and a relative movement between the first operating lever 111 and the second operating lever 112. It should be noted that, as understood by those skilled in the art, due to the moment problem, the shaft connection position between the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 is close to the front end of the two levers, so that the user can conveniently apply force to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 to reduce the force applied by the operating assembly 11 to the clamping assembly 12.
Further, the clamping assembly 12 includes a first clamping member 121 and a second clamping member 122, and the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 are respectively pivotally connected to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, so that the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 manipulate the relative position between the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122. The first clamping member 121 extends outward from the first operating rod 111, the first operating rod 111 and the first clamping member 121 are L-shaped, the second clamping member 122 extends outward from the second operating rod 112, and the second operating rod 112 and the second clamping member 122 are L-shaped. And the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 have a certain preset height, respectively, and the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 have the same height, so that the positioning device 20 is disposed in a space formed by the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122. In other words, the first clamping member 121 extends from the first operating rod 111 to form a first clamping surface, the second clamping member 122 extends from the second operating rod 112 to form a second clamping surface, the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are respectively located on two sides of the operating assembly 11, and the first clamping surface is opposite to the second clamping surface, and the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface form the space.
Further, the first clamping member 121 includes a set of first clamping arms 1211 and a first extension arm 1212, each of the first clamping arms 1211 extends downward from the first extension arm 1212, and the first clamping arms 1211 have a predetermined length, each of the first clamping arms 1211 has a predetermined distance therebetween, and each of the first clamping members 121 provides a clamping force to the steel plate when the first clamping member 121 acts on the steel plate. It should be noted that the first clamping arm 1211 has a first hook mechanism 12111, the first clamping arm 1211 is connected to the steel plate by the first hook mechanism 12111 in a snap fit manner, and the first hook mechanism 12111 is matched with the thickness of the steel plate so as to increase the connection between the first clamping member 121 and the steel plate.
Further, the second clamping member 122 includes a set of second clamping arms 1221 and a second extension arm 1222, each of the second clamping arms 1221 extends downward from the second extension arm 1222, and the second clamping arms 1221 have a predetermined length, each of the second clamping arms 1221 have a predetermined distance therebetween, and each of the second clamping members 122 provides a clamping force to the steel plate when the second clamping member 122 acts on the steel plate. It should be noted that the second clamping arm 1221 has a second hook mechanism 12211, the second clamping arm 1221 is connected to the steel plate by the second hook mechanism 12211 in a snap fit manner, and the second hook mechanism 12211 is matched with the thickness of the steel plate to increase the connection between the second clamping member 122 and the steel plate.
It should be noted that the first extension arm 1212 has a first sliding slot 12120, and an end of the first operating lever 111 is slidably disposed in the first sliding slot 12120; the second extension arm 1222 has a second sliding channel 12220, and an end of the second lever 112 is slidably disposed in the second sliding channel 12220. Further, when the user applies force to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, the ends of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the first slide groove 12120 and the second slide groove 12220, respectively, to control the relative positions between the first clamp member 121 and the second clamp member 122.
It should be noted that the fixing device 10 includes an adjusting component 13, the adjusting component 13 is disposed on the operating component 11, the adjusting component 13 can maintain the opening size of the clamping component 12, and the adjusting component 13 enables the fixing device 10 to have a reset function, so as to reduce the acting force of a user on the fixing device 10. Further, the adjusting unit 13 includes an adjusting member 131, the adjusting member 131 is disposed between two ends of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, when a user applies a force to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the adjusting member 131, respectively, and when the end of the first lever 111 is close to the end of the second lever 112, the other ends of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the first slide groove 12120 and the second slide groove 12220, respectively, and then the opening between the first clamp 121 and the second clamp 122 increases, so that the fixing device 10 is adapted to the steel plate having a larger size. Conversely, when the first and second levers 111 and 112 are slid on the adjustment members 131, respectively, and the end portions of the first and second levers 111 and 112 are separated from the end portions of the second levers 112, the other end portions of the first and second levers 111 and 112 are slid on the first and second slide grooves 12120 and 12220, respectively, and thus the openings between the first and second clamping members 121 and 122 are reduced, so that the fixing device 10 is adapted to the steel plate having a smaller size. In other words, when the user operates the operating member 11, the state restoration of the regulating member 131 changes as the user applies an example force to the operating member 11, and when the external force applied to the operating member 11 by the user is withdrawn, the state of the regulating member 131 is not changed any more, and the regulating member 131 enables the operating member 11 to be maintained in the regulated state, which is particularly important for convenience in use of the gripping apparatus.
Preferably, the adjusting member 131 is a sliding bar having a tooth structure, the first operating rod 111 and the second operating rod 112 are respectively slid on the sliding bar, and the first operating rod 111 and the second operating rod 112 are respectively maintained in the adjusted state due to the tooth structure, and thus the fixing device 10 is maintained in the adjusted open size due to the adjusting member 131. Only when the first and second levers 111 and 112 exert a force, the relative positions of the first and second levers 111 and 112 at the regulating member 131 are regulated to be changed.
It should be noted that the adjusting assembly 13 further includes an elastic member 132, the elastic member 132 is disposed on the first operating lever 111 and the second operating lever 112, and the elastic member 132 is located above the adjusting member 131. When the relative positions of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 are changed by the force, the state of the elastic member 132 is changed, and thus elastic deformation occurs, and the elastic member 132 has a change to return to the original state. Therefore, the elastic member 132 can reduce the force applied to the operating assembly 11 by the user, thereby facilitating the use of the device. Preferably, the elastic member 132 is a set of elastic pieces 1321, each elastic piece 1321 is disposed on the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, and the other ends of the elastic pieces are connected, so that when the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the adjusting member 131 in a stressed state, elastic deformation occurs between each elastic piece 1321, and the elastic pieces 1321 enable the operating assembly 11 to have a restoring and reducing effect. Preferably, the elastic member 132 is a spring 1322, the spring 1322 is disposed between the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, and the spring 1322 enables the operating assembly 11 to have a function of restoring and reducing an acting force.
It should be noted that the fixing device 10 further includes a connecting member 14, wherein the connecting member 14 is disposed on the clamping assembly 12, that is, the connecting member 14 is disposed between the first extension arm 121 and the second extension arm 122. The connecting member 14 has a connecting hole 140, and the positioning device 20 is disposed on the connecting member 14 to detachably connect the fixing device 10 and the positioning device 20. Preferably, a portion of the positioning device 20 is provided to the connection member 14 of the fixing device 10 in such a manner as to be mounted to the connection hole 140 of the connection member 14. It should be noted that the positioning device 20 includes a holding assembly 21 and a positioning member 22, the holding assembly 21 extends integrally outward from the positioning member 22, and a user can control the positioning member 22 to be disposed on or separated from the fixing device 10 through the holding assembly 21. The fixing device 10 performs a clamping and fixing function on the steel plate, and the clamping assembly 12 is used as a bracket structure, so that the positioning piece 22 is arranged on the clamping assembly 12. In other words, the grip assembly 21 is detachably mounted to the fixture 10. Preferably, the grip assembly 21 is detachably mounted to the connector 14 of the fixture 10. Optionally, the grip assembly 21 is adjustably positioned to the connector 14 of the fixture 10.
Further, the holding assembly 21 includes a support arm 212, and the support arm 212 extends outwardly from an end of the positioning member 22 and forms a predetermined angle with the positioning member 22. The positioning device 20 is connected to the connector 14 by the support arm 212. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the manner in which the support arm 212 is coupled to the connector 14 is not a limitation of the present disclosure. Preferably, the support arm 212 and the positioning member 22 of the grip assembly 21 are of unitary construction. That is, the support arm 212 of the grip assembly 21 integrally extends to the positioning member 22.
The positioning device 20 includes an operating member 23, the holding arm 211 has a sliding groove 2112, the supporting arm 212 is adjustably disposed in the sliding groove 2112 through the operating member 23, and the operating member 23 is connected to the connecting hole 140, so that the positioning device 20 is connected to the fixing device 10. Preferably, the control member 23 is an adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw passes through the movable groove 2112 and is connected to the connecting hole 140. The sliding groove 2112 and the adjusting screw have matching threads, so that the adjusting screw can adjust the position of the adjusting screw at the movable groove 2112 according to the requirement of a user, and further adjust the relative position of the holding arm 211 and the clamping assembly 12, so that the holding arm 212 slides on the holding arm 211. When the adjusting screw is separated from the holding arm 211, the adjusting screw can slide on the movable groove 2112, so that the relative position of the holding arm 211 and the clamping assembly 12 is changed. When the adjusting screw acts on the holding arm 211, the adjusting screw is connected to the sliding groove 2112 to fix the position of the clamping assembly 12 and the holding arm 211. The holding arm 211 is disposed on the clamping assembly 12 in a manner of sliding up and down by the change of the control member 23, so as to realize the height adjustment of the positioning member 22.
In a variant embodiment shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the holding assembly 21 comprises a holding arm 211, one end of the supporting arm 212 extends outwards from the housing of the positioning member 21, and the supporting arm 212 is adjustably connected to the holding arm 211. The holding arm 211 has a certain preset length, the supporting arm 212 extends outwards from the positioning member 22 at a certain preset angle, and the holding assembly 21 and the positioning member 22 are at a certain inclination angle after the supporting arm 212 is connected to the holding arm 211, so that the holding assembly is convenient for a user to hold. It should be noted that the inclination angle between the holding assembly 21 and the positioning member 22 is the same as or similar to the inclination angle between the operating assembly 11 and the clamping assembly 12, so that the positioning device 20 is disposed on the fixing device 10, and the holding assembly 21 is located in the same plane of the operating assembly 11, so as to facilitate the use of the user. The user can hold the positioning device 20 by the holding arm 211, in other words, the relative position of the positioning device 20 on the fixing device 10 can be adjusted according to the use requirement of the user, instead of the above embodiment, the positioning device 20 is connected with the fixing device 10.
Further, the holding assembly 21 includes a holding portion 213, and the holding portion 213 is located at an end of the holding arm 211, and a user holds the positioning device 20 through the holding portion 213. Preferably, the holding portion 213 has an anti-slip texture, and the anti-slip texture is disposed on the holding portion 213 to enhance the friction force of the user when holding the holding portion 213, so as to prevent the positioning device 20 from sliding. Preferably, the anti-slip texture is a texture etched in the grip 213 or a rubber sleeve having a texture, and the anti-slip texture is generated in a manner not limiting the present disclosure.
The support arm 212 is adjustably disposed in the sliding groove 2112 by the manipulation member 23, and the manipulation member 23 is connected to the connection hole 140, so that the positioning device 20 is connected to the fixing device 10. Preferably, the adjusting screw passes through the perforations and acts on the movable channel 2112. The sliding groove 2112 and the adjusting screw have matching threads, so that the adjusting screw can adjust the position of the adjusting screw in the movable groove 2112 according to the requirement of a user, and further adjust the relative position of the supporting arm 212 and the holding arm 211, so that the supporting arm 212 slides on the holding arm 211. When the adjusting screw is separated from the supporting arm 212, the adjusting screw is slid on the movable groove 2112, thereby changing the relative position of the supporting arm 212 and the holding arm 211. When the adjusting screw acts on the support arm 212, the adjusting screw is connected to the sliding groove 2112 to fix the positions of the support arm 212 and the grip arm 211. The support arm 212 is slidably disposed on the grip arm 211 up and down by the change of the control 23, so as to achieve the height adjustment of the positioning member 22.
It should be noted that the positioning member 22 has a funnel structure, the positioning member 22 has a receiving cavity 220, a first opening 222 and a second opening 223, the first opening 223 is located at an upper end portion of the positioning member 22, and the second opening 223 is located at a bottom end portion of the positioning member 22. Wherein the first opening 222 has a larger opening size than the second opening 223 to form the funnel structure. The first opening 222 and the second opening 223 penetrate through the receiving cavity 220, and the user enters the drill into the receiving cavity 220 through the first opening 222 and applies the drill to the screw through the second opening 223. Further, the positioning member 22 includes a positioning portion 221, where the positioning portion 221 is disposed at an end of the positioning member 22, and the positioning portion 221 penetrates through the second opening 223, so that the positioning portion 221 communicates with the receiving cavity 220. After the positioning device 20 acts on the steel plate, the positioning portion 221 may be located on the screw, and the positioning portion 221 may improve positioning accuracy, so that the drill may precisely act on the screw. Preferably, the positioning portion 221 is made of an elastic material, and the positioning portion 221 is configured to adjust the distance between the positioning device 20 and the steel plate within a certain range after the positioning device 20 acts on the steel plate.
It should be noted that the positioning member 22 has a water inlet end 224 and a water outlet end 225, wherein the water inlet end 224 is disposed at the opening portion of the positioning member 22, adjacent to the first opening 222, and the water outlet end 225 is disposed at the positioning portion 221. The water inlet end 224 and the water outlet end 225 are respectively connected to a conduit, and water in the conduit can enter the accommodating cavity 220 through the water inlet end 224, and is discharged to an external space through the water outlet end 225 after the screw is washed. The positioning device 20 plays a role of accommodating impurities, and prevents the impurities generated in the process of processing the screw by the drill bit from reaching the human body, thereby causing damage to the human body.
That is, the positioning member 22 of the present invention can not only position the screw but also remove foreign substances generated during the process of taking out the screw, which makes the gripping apparatus of the present invention not only conveniently usable, but more importantly, prevents foreign substances such as chips from being retained in the body of the patient during assisting the user in fixing the screw fixed to the patient and taking out the screw from the steel plate, which is particularly important for alleviating pain of the patient and ensuring health of the patient.
It should be noted that the above-described manner of cleaning the impurities such as the scraps with water is merely an example, and in other possible examples of the gripping apparatus of the present invention, other disinfection fluids, such as liquid, may be used to clean the impurities such as the scraps. Accordingly, the above exemplary description should not be taken as limiting the content and scope of the gripping device of the present invention.
In a variant embodiment shown in fig. 9, the fixing device 11 comprises an operating assembly 11 and a clamping assembly 12, the clamping assembly 12 integrally extends to the operating assembly 11, and a user controls the clamping assembly 12 to act on the steel plate by operating the operating assembly 11. The opening of the clamping assembly 12 is adjusted according to the size of the steel plate to be clamped, the operating assembly 11 controls the opening of the clamping assembly 12 and provides an acting force to the clamping assembly 12, so that the clamping assembly 12 acts on the steel plate to form a clamping effect on the steel plate, and a stable setting state provided by the positioning device 20 arranged on the clamping assembly 12 is convenient for a user to operate.
It should be noted that the operating component 11 and the clamping component 12 form a certain inclination angle, so that the fixing device 10 is convenient for a user to hold and operate. Due to the structural design of the inclination angle, the holding and force application of the fixing device 10 are more convenient for a user to fix the steel plate.
Further, the operating assembly 11 includes a first operating lever 111 and a second operating lever 112, the first operating lever 111 is pivotally connected to the second operating lever 112, the first operating lever 111 and the second operating lever 112 have an X-shape, and a relative movement between the first operating lever 111 and the second operating lever 112. It should be noted that, as understood by those skilled in the art, due to the moment problem, the shaft connection position between the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 is close to the front end of the two levers, so that the user can conveniently apply force to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 to reduce the force applied by the operating assembly 11 to the clamping assembly 12.
Further, the clamping assembly 12 includes a first clamping member 121 and a second clamping member 122, and the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 are respectively pivotally connected to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, so that the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 manipulate the relative position between the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122. The first clamping member 121 extends outward from the first operating rod 111, the first operating rod 111 and the first clamping member 121 are L-shaped, the second clamping member 122 extends outward from the second operating rod 112, and the second operating rod 112 and the second clamping member 122 are L-shaped. And the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 have a certain preset height, respectively, and the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 have the same height, so that the positioning device 20 is disposed in a space formed by the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122. In other words, the first clamping member 121 extends from the first operating rod 111 to form a first clamping surface, the second clamping member 122 extends from the second operating rod 112 to form a second clamping surface, the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are respectively located on two sides of the operating assembly 11, and the first clamping surface is opposite to the second clamping surface, and the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface form the space.
Further, the first clamping member 121 includes a set of first clamping arms 1211 and a first extension arm 1212, each of the first clamping arms 1211 extends downward from the first extension arm 1212, and the first clamping arms 1211 have a predetermined length, each of the first clamping arms 1211 has a predetermined distance therebetween, and each of the first clamping members 121 provides a clamping force to the steel plate when the first clamping member 121 acts on the steel plate. It should be noted that the first clamping arm 1211 has a first hook mechanism 12111, the first clamping arm 1211 is connected to the steel plate by the first hook mechanism 12111 in a snap fit manner, and the first hook mechanism 12111 is matched with the thickness of the steel plate so as to increase the connection between the first clamping member 121 and the steel plate.
Further, the second clamping member 122 includes a set of second clamping arms 1221 and a second extension arm 1222, each of the second clamping arms 1221 extends downward from the second extension arm 1222, and the second clamping arms 1221 have a predetermined length, each of the second clamping arms 1221 have a predetermined distance therebetween, and each of the second clamping members 122 provides a clamping force to the steel plate when the second clamping member 122 acts on the steel plate. It should be noted that the second clamping arm 1221 has a second hook mechanism 12211, the second clamping arm 1221 is connected to the steel plate by the second hook mechanism 12211 in a snap fit manner, and the second hook mechanism 12211 is matched with the thickness of the steel plate to increase the connection between the second clamping member 122 and the steel plate.
It should be noted that the first extension arm 1212 has a first sliding slot 12120, and an end of the first operating lever 111 is slidably disposed in the first sliding slot 12120; the second extension arm 1222 has a second sliding channel 12220, and an end of the second lever 112 is slidably disposed in the second sliding channel 12220. Further, when the user applies force to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, the ends of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the first slide groove 12120 and the second slide groove 12220, respectively, to control the relative positions between the first clamp member 121 and the second clamp member 122.
It should be noted that the fixing device 10 includes an adjusting component 13, the adjusting component 13 is disposed on the operating component 11, the adjusting component 13 can maintain the opening size of the clamping component 12, and the adjusting component 13 enables the fixing device 10 to have a reset function, so as to reduce the acting force of a user on the fixing device 10. Further, the adjusting unit 13 includes an adjusting member 131, the adjusting member 131 is disposed between two ends of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, when a user applies a force to the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the adjusting member 131, respectively, and when the end of the first lever 111 is close to the end of the second lever 112, the other ends of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the first slide groove 12120 and the second slide groove 12220, respectively, and then the opening between the first clamp 121 and the second clamp 122 increases, so that the fixing device 10 is adapted to the steel plate having a larger size. Conversely, when the first and second levers 111 and 112 are slid on the adjustment members 131, respectively, and the end portions of the first and second levers 111 and 112 are separated from the end portions of the second levers 112, the other end portions of the first and second levers 111 and 112 are slid on the first and second slide grooves 12120 and 12220, respectively, and thus the openings between the first and second clamping members 121 and 122 are reduced, so that the fixing device 10 is adapted to the steel plate having a smaller size.
Preferably, the adjusting member 131 is a sliding bar having a tooth structure, the first operating rod 111 and the second operating rod 112 are respectively slid on the sliding bar, and the first operating rod 111 and the second operating rod 112 are respectively maintained in the adjusted state due to the tooth structure, and thus the fixing device 10 is maintained in the adjusted open size due to the adjusting member 131. Only when the first and second levers 111 and 112 exert a force, the relative positions of the first and second levers 111 and 112 at the regulating member 131 are regulated to be changed.
It should be noted that the adjusting assembly 13 further includes an elastic member 132, the elastic member 132 is disposed on the first operating lever 111 and the second operating lever 112, and the elastic member 132 is located above the adjusting member 131. When the relative positions of the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 are changed by the force, the state of the elastic member 132 is changed, and thus elastic deformation occurs, and the elastic member 132 has a change to return to the original state. Therefore, the elastic member 132 can reduce the force applied to the operating assembly 11 by the user, thereby facilitating the use of the device. Preferably, the elastic member 132 is a set of elastic pieces 1321, each elastic piece 1321 is disposed on the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, and the other ends of the elastic pieces are connected, so that when the first lever 111 and the second lever 112 slide on the adjusting member 131 in a stressed state, elastic deformation occurs between each elastic piece 1321, and the elastic pieces 1321 enable the operating assembly 11 to have a restoring and reducing effect. Preferably, the elastic member 132 is a spring 1322, the spring 1322 is disposed between the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, and the spring 1322 enables the operating assembly 11 to have a function of restoring and reducing an acting force.
It should be noted that the positioning device 20 includes a positioning member 22, the positioning member 22 is a funnel-shaped structure made of elastic material, and the positioning member 22 has certain plasticity and elasticity. The circumferential edges of the positioning member 22 are connected to the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122, and thus the positioning member 22 is fixed to the fixing device 10. In comparison with the above-described preferred embodiment, the positioning device 20 in the present modified embodiment is of an integrally connected structure with the fixing device 10. The user only needs to use one device when using the clamping device so as to realize the functions of positioning and collecting impurities.
It should be noted that the positioning member 22 has a receiving cavity 220, a first opening 222 and a second opening 223, the first opening 223 is located at an upper end portion of the positioning member 22, and the second opening 223 is located at a bottom end portion of the positioning member 22. Wherein the first opening 222 has a larger opening size than the second opening 223 to form the funnel structure. The first opening 222 and the second opening 223 penetrate through the receiving cavity 220, and the user enters the drill into the receiving cavity 220 through the first opening 222 and applies the drill to the screw through the second opening 223. Further, the positioning member 22 includes a positioning portion 221, where the positioning portion 221 is disposed at an end of the positioning member 22, and the positioning portion 221 penetrates through the second opening 223, so that the positioning portion 221 communicates with the receiving cavity 220. After the positioning device 20 acts on the steel plate, the positioning portion 221 may be located on the screw, and the positioning portion 221 may improve positioning accuracy, so that the drill may precisely act on the screw. Preferably, the positioning portion 221 is made of an elastic material, and the positioning portion 221 is configured to adjust the distance between the positioning device 20 and the steel plate within a certain range after the positioning device 20 acts on the steel plate.
On the other hand, due to the material properties of the positioning member 22, the positioning member 22 can be changed according to the matching of the opening sizes of the fixing device 10, and the positioning member 22 fixed to the fixing device 10 does not affect the use of the fixing device 10. When the fixing device 10 is in the open state, the positioning member 22 is subjected to an external force, and the volume of the positioning member 22 increases; when the fixation device 10 is in the collapsed state, the positioning member 22 is in the contracted state, and the volume of the positioning member 22 is reduced.
It should be noted that the positioning member 22 has a water inlet end 224 and a water outlet end 225, wherein the water inlet end 224 is disposed at the opening portion of the positioning member 22, adjacent to the first opening 222, and the water outlet end 225 is disposed at the positioning portion 221. The water inlet end 224 and the water outlet end 225 are respectively connected to a conduit, and water in the conduit can enter the accommodating cavity 220 through the water inlet end 224, and is discharged to an external space through the water outlet end 225 after the screw is washed. The positioning device 20 plays a role of accommodating impurities, and prevents the impurities generated in the process of processing the screw by the drill bit from reaching the human body, thereby causing damage to the human body.
The clamping device can be independently operated by a single person in the using process of the clamping device. Firstly, according to the position of the screw to be taken, the fixing device 10 is used for fixing the steel plate, then the positioning device 20 is controlled to be arranged on the fixing device 10, a user can act the drill on the screw through the positioning device 20, impurities formed by flushing in the screw processing process are collected in the positioning device 20, and the positioning device 20 improves the screw processing precision.
In detail, the user manipulates the operating assembly 11 according to the positions of the screws to be processed such that the first clamping arm 1211 and the second clamping arm 1221 are respectively clamped to the steel plates, wherein the opening size of the clamping assembly 12 is adjusted according to the size of the clamped steel plates. And then, the positioning device 20 is additionally controlled to be arranged on the clamping assembly 12, the guide pipes are respectively communicated with the water inlet end 224 and the water outlet end 225, and impurities generated when the water generated by the water inlet end 224 flushes the screw are discharged from the water outlet end 225. In addition, the user can adjust the relative positions of the positioning member 22 and the holding assembly 21 through the adjustment member 141 according to the need.
A method of using the gripping apparatus is disclosed in the following description, wherein the method of using includes the steps of:
A. positioning a screw to be processed so as to provide processing precision when a drill bit is applied to the screw for processing; and
B. and collecting and discharging flushing impurities generated in the screw processing process.
It is worth mentioning that the method further comprises: a1, a fixing device 10 is used for fixing a steel plate on which the screw is installed; and A.2, a positioning device 20 is detachably arranged on the fixing device 10 to position the screw and collect flushing impurities.
It is worth mentioning that the method further comprises: and A.3, fixing a steel plate on which the screw is mounted by a fixing device 10, and positioning the screw and collecting flushing impurities by a positioning piece 22 arranged on the fixing device 10.
It is worth mentioning that the method further comprises: C. the height of the relative position between a positioning member 22 and the clamping assembly 12 is adjusted.
It should be noted that in the method a, a first lever 111 and a second lever 112 adjust the opening size of the clamping assembly 12 through an adjusting member 132.
It should be noted that in the method a, a first clamping arm 1211 and a second clamping arm 1221 respectively have a first hook mechanism and a second hook mechanism, and the first clamping arm 1211 and the second clamping arm 1221 respectively reinforce the fixed connection with the steel plate through the first hook mechanism and the second hook mechanism.
It should be noted that, in the method a, an elastic member 132 is disposed between the first lever 111 and the second lever 112, so that the operating component 11 has a reset function and reduces the force applied to the operating component 11, and the user can better manipulate the fixing device 10.
It should be noted that in the method a.1, the positioning member 221 is adjustably disposed on the holding arm 211 by a supporting arm 222, so as to adjust the positioning assembly 22 according to the position of the screw on the steel plate.
It should be noted that in the method a.1, a control 23 is manipulated to slide in a sliding groove 2112 of the holding arm 211, so that the positioning component 22 can be adjustably disposed on the holding arm 211.
It should be noted that in the method a.1, the holding arm 211 and the supporting arm 222 are adjustably disposed by a sliding structure.
It should be noted that in the method a.3, the positioning member 221 has a certain ductility, and the positioning member 221 is adjusted within a certain range according to the opening size of the clamping assembly 12.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is further provided a nail picking method of a clamping apparatus, wherein the nail picking method comprises the steps of:
(a) When clamping a steel plate, accurately positioning a screw arranged on the steel plate; and
(b) The impurities generated when the screw is taken out are discharged.
Preferably, in the step (a), the screw is precisely positioned by a positioning means 20, and in the step (b), impurities generated when the screw is taken out are discharged by the positioning means 20.
Preferably, in the (b), impurities generated when the screw is taken out are discharged in a flushing manner.

Claims (15)
1. A gripping apparatus, comprising:
the fixing device comprises an operation assembly and a clamping assembly, and the operation assembly is connected with the clamping assembly in a shaft manner; and
the positioning device comprises a holding assembly, the holding assembly is arranged on the holding assembly, the holding assembly is clamped on a steel plate, the positioning assembly is used for positioning a screw on the steel plate, the processing precision of the screw is improved, the positioning device comprises a holding assembly, the positioning assembly is adjustably arranged on the holding assembly, a user controls the holding assembly to connect or separate the positioning assembly from the holding assembly, the holding assembly comprises a supporting arm, the fixing device comprises a connecting piece, the supporting arm extends outwards from the end of the positioning piece, the positioning device is arranged on the fixing device through the connection of the supporting arm and the connecting piece, the positioning device comprises an operation control piece, the operation control piece is connected to a connecting hole of the connecting piece through the sliding groove, the holding arm is connected to the holding assembly through an adjusting piece and the sliding groove, the positioning piece comprises a positioning part, the positioning part is arranged on the end of the positioning piece and acts on the first positioning piece, the positioning device is provided with a first opening, the positioning device is provided with a second opening, and the positioning device is provided with a first opening.
2. The gripping apparatus of claim 1 wherein the gripping assembly includes a gripping arm and a support arm, the support arm extending outwardly from an end of the positioning member, the support arm being slidably disposed on the gripping arm, and the positioning member being movably disposed on the gripping arm.
3. The gripping apparatus of claim 1, wherein the positioning member is secured to the clamping assembly, the positioning member being variable according to the opening size of the clamping assembly.
4. The gripping apparatus of any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein the operating assembly includes a first operating lever and a second operating lever, the first operating lever being coupled to the second operating lever, and the gripping assembly being coupled to the first operating lever and the second operating lever, the first operating lever and the second operating lever controlling a state of use of the gripping assembly.
5. The gripping apparatus of claim 4, wherein the gripping assembly includes a first gripping member including a first gripping arm having a first sliding slot and a second gripping member including a second gripping arm having a second sliding slot, wherein an end of the first lever is movably journaled in the second sliding slot, an end of the second lever is movably journaled in the first sliding slot, and an end of the first gripping arm is journaled in the first lever, an end of the second gripping arm is journaled in the second lever to effect control of the state of use of the gripping assembly by the operating assembly.
6. The gripping device of claim 5, wherein the first gripping member includes a first extension arm and the second gripping member includes a second extension arm, the first extension arm extending vertically downward from the first gripping arm, the second gripping member including a second extension arm extending vertically downward from the second gripping arm, the gripping assembly being operative to effect gripping securement by mating of the first extension arm and the second extension arm.

The gripping apparatus of claim 6 wherein the positioning device includes an operating member, the gripping arm having an adjustment slot, the support arm being adjustably positioned in the adjustment slot by the operating member to effect relative positional adjustment of the positioning member and the gripping assembly.

The clamping apparatus of claim 7, wherein the positioning member has a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the two pipes are respectively connected to the water inlet end and the water outlet end, water entering a receiving cavity of the positioning member through the water inlet end washes the screw, and an impurity generated by the washing is received in the receiving cavity and discharged from the water outlet end.
9. The gripping device of claim 8, wherein the gripping assembly includes a gripping portion having a non-slip texture, the gripping portion being disposed on the gripping arm through which a user manipulates the gripping assembly.
10. The gripping apparatus of claim 9, wherein the securing device includes an adjustment assembly including an adjustment member disposed on the first lever and the second lever, the gripping assembly being maintained in an adjusted operative condition by the adjustment member.
11. The gripping apparatus of claim 10, wherein the adjustment assembly includes an elastic member disposed on the first and second levers, the elastic member providing a return function to the operation assembly and reducing a force of the operation assembly.
12. The gripping apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the elastic member is a set of elastic pieces, one end of each of the elastic pieces is provided to the first lever and the second lever, respectively, and the other ends of the elastic pieces are connected to each other, and elastic deformation is caused between the elastic pieces.
13. The gripping apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the elastic member is a spring provided between the first lever and the second lever, the operating member having a return function by the spring.
14. The gripping device of claim 13, wherein the adjustment member is a bar-like structure having a tooth-like structure so that the first lever and the second lever are fixed to the bar-like structure.
15. The gripping apparatus of claim 14, wherein the first extension arm has a first hook mechanism and the second extension arm has a second hook mechanism, the first hook mechanism and the second hook mechanism enhancing the clamping force when the first clamping member and the second clamping member are clamped to the steel plate.
