Abstract
The present invention relates to a suture eliminator capable of combining the functions of a surgical clamp and scissors with a single surgical instrument so that it can be used only as a device for removing a suture.
Description
The present invention relates to a suture remover for a surgical operation site. More specifically, the present invention combines the functions of a conventional surgical forceps and a scissors so that the suture can be easily removed by integrating into a single apparatus.
Surgical suture or laceration wound is surgically sutured using a suture. After the wound is healed, the suture is removed. In the past, the suture was pulled with a surgical clamp and lifted, followed by surgical scissors or scalpel sutures And a method of pulling a suture with a forceps was used, and a mechanism for removing the suture was not specifically developed.
When a surgical operation is performed on the body, or when there is a laceration due to trauma, when the wound is sutured, the suture is connected to a needle, and the suture is sutured through a tissue to fix the cut- After removing the suture, the suture was removed with one hand of the practitioner, and the suture was pulled up by pulling the suture with one hand, and then the suture was cut up with the other hand by a scalpel and the suture was pulled out with a forceps. This is because when the suture is pulled and the suture is painful, it is difficult to accurately grasp the suture when using a micro suture, and when the suture is sutured to the body fluid, tissue debris, or scab, it is difficult to pull the suture accurately and each time the operator has to use both hands .
Surgical forceps, scissors, or scalp without a scalpel are used to cut the suture. Sutures are made on one side of the grip to cut the suture on one side of the grip, and one side of the suture removal device is inserted between the suture and tissue At the same time, the suture is designed so that it can be brewed so that the operator can work with one hand.
In the present invention, the surgical clamps and the scalpel are integrated without using the scissors separately. When the suture is removed, the suture is not pulled up once and the pain is less generated during the operation. If the suture is fine or scrambled in the tissue, And the operator can remove the suture with only one hand.

After the suture is closed, the suture is removed with one hand of the practitioner. The suture is pulled with a tool such as a surgical forceps, pulled up, and then the suture is cut with the other hand with surgical scissors or scalpel. Then, the suture held by the forceps is pulled out from the tissue The conventional method of removing the suture is to use both hands, and when pulling the suture, the squeezing pain, the inconvenience that it is difficult to find and remove when the suture is mixed with the wound tissue, and the suture is used. Patients and practitioners have been treated in an inconvenient process.
The present invention relates to a suture eliminator which is capable of cutting a suture easily by one hand, by including a forceps for holding a suture and a function of cutting scissors in one mechanism to solve the inconvenience.
The
Specifically, the section of the anterior inferior portion of the lower limb (10) is made thin and flat so that it can easily enter without any tension between the sutured tissue and the bottom of the suture, and thicker toward the back portion of the suture so that a thicker suture can be cut. The
(10) It is made thinner and smoother at the beginning, thicker and thicker at the back, thicker and thicker with a suture, and deeply sutured with a suture so that it can be cut and held without resistance.
