本发明涉及一种林下肉鸡的养殖方法,其方法为:选择成片树林,地势高燥,背风向阳,水源充足,排水条件好,树林周边设置围栏,防止鸡丢失,雏鸡的投放量为每亩50‑60只;在树林中央或选择坐北朝南适当位置建设鸡舍与管理设施,每2‑3亩地建一个鸡舍,鸡舍面积为50‑55平米,鸡白天放入树林中觅食饲养,晚上赶入鸡舍;在树林中每亩地设2‑3个食槽,投放饲喂料供鸡自由采食;早春及冬天要注意防寒保暖,夏季注意防暑降温。经本发明人试验研究证明,使用本发明的养殖方法及饲喂料对肉鸡的投喂,不仅能够提高肉鸡的免疫力,减少疾病的发生,既能节省饲料,又可减少投药量和降低养殖成本,提高了肉鸡的品质。

技术领域
本发明属于畜禽饲养技术领域,尤其涉及一种林下肉鸡的养殖方法。
背景技术
林下养鸡是一种应用广泛的肉鸡养殖方法,这种方法充分利用林间空隙,节省了养殖成本,养殖得到的肉鸡肉质好,无药物残留,广受消费者的欢迎,然而养殖户在进行林下养鸡的时候,为了增加肉鸡生长速度、减少鸡群疾病发生的概率,往往在饲料中添加各类化学合成类添加剂,如抗生素等药物性添加剂,这些饲料不仅影响肉鸡的生长发育,人类食用这样的鸡肉及其它鸡产品后也会对身体造成毒副作用,这样养殖得到肉鸡和传统的养殖场肉鸡并没有什么差别,丧失了林下散养鸡的特点,从而影响到产品的销路。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种林下肉鸡的养殖方法,不仅可以减少肉鸡疾病的发生,节省饲料,又可减少投药量和降低养殖成本,提高了肉鸡的品质。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种林下肉鸡的养殖方法:
(1)选择成片树林,地势高燥,背风向阳,水源充足,排水条件好,树林周边设置围栏,防止鸡丢失,雏鸡的投放量为每亩50-60只;
(2)在树林中央或选择坐北朝南适当位置建设鸡舍与管理设施,每2-3亩地建一个鸡舍,鸡舍面积为50-55平米,鸡白天放入树林中觅食饲养,晚上赶入鸡舍;
(3)在树林中每亩地设2-3个食槽,投放饲喂料供鸡自由采食;
(4)投放的饲喂料由主料和中草药添加剂组成,主料的组分配比如下:豆粕20-25%,玉米粉30-40%,南瓜粉10-15%,鱼粉0.2-1%,骨粉0.1-0.5%,磷酸氢钙0.5-1%,食盐0.1-0.3%,菜籽油1-2%,新鲜蔬菜补足至100%;中草药添加剂的组分配比:由车前草、木虾公和母草按照重量比(1-5):(1-3):1组成,中草药添加剂制备方法:分别将新鲜的车前草、木虾公和母草阴干,用粉碎机粉碎过200目筛,再按照重量比为(1-5):(1-3):1混合得到粉状混合物;
(5)早春及冬天要注意防寒保暖,夏季注意防暑降温。
所述的饲喂料,饲喂料中主料和中草药添加剂的投喂:在投放主料的整个过程中,每月往主料中添加中草药添加剂3-5次,中草药添加剂的添加量占主料重量百分比的10%。
本发明具备的有益效果是:经本发明人试验研究证明,使用本发明的养殖方法及饲喂料对肉鸡的投喂,不仅能够提高肉鸡的免疫力,减少疾病的发生,既能节省饲料,又可减少投药量和降低养殖成本,提高了肉鸡的品质。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案及有益效果做进一步说明。
一、中草药添加剂的制备
中草药添加剂的制备方法:分别将新鲜的车前草、木虾公和母草阴干,用粉碎机粉碎过200目筛即可。
二、车前草、木虾公与母草对大肠杆菌联合作用的测定
1.试验药剂:
(1)试验药剂配方表,配方表为“0”表示该种中药原料不取。
2.试验对象:鸡感染的大肠杆菌。
3.试验方法:
采用液体倍比稀释法测定各粉剂对大肠杆菌的MIC。
上述19种药剂即药剂1#至19#,每种药剂分别取8支试管,编号1-8号。编号1试管分别加入2ml初始浓度为1000mg/ml(药剂质量/营养肉汤培养基体积)的原始培养基,编号2-8号管先分别加入1ml空白肉汤培养基;然后从1号试管取1ml混合液至2号试管,混匀后再从2号试管取1ml至3号试管,以此类推至8号试管吸取1ml混合液舍去,完成倍比稀释。另设空白对照组20#,不加任何药剂,取8支试管,编号1-8号,每支均装入1ml空白营养肉汤培养基。
向每支试管加入0.1ml培养好的大肠杆菌悬液,悬液中含菌量为105CFU/ml。将全部试管置于37℃、120r/min的摇床上震荡培养24h,未出现浑浊的最低浓度即为该药剂对大肠杆菌的MIC。
4.试验结果
各粉剂对大肠杆菌的MIC测定结果(浓度单位:mg/mL)
注:上表中“+”表示长菌浑浊;“-”表示不长菌未出现浑浊。
由上表可知,20#即空白对照8个试管都是长菌浑浊的。
17#即单一车前草对大肠杆菌的MIC为500mg/ml,18#即单一木虾公对大肠杆菌的MIC为1000mg/ml,19#即单一母草对大肠杆菌的MIC为500mg/ml。
15#为车前草和母草的混合粉剂,其MIC为500mg/ml,16#为木虾公和母草的混合粉剂,其MIC为500mg/ml;15#和16#与单剂相比,没有表现出明显的协同作用。
14#车前草和木虾公的混合粉剂,其MIC为1000mg/ml,与单剂相比,表现出拮抗作用。
4#、5#、7#、8#、10#、12#的MIC为31.25mg/ml;与单剂相比,表现出明显的协同作用。
1#、2#、11#的MIC为500mg/ml,13#的MIC为250mg/ml,与单剂相比,没有表现出明显的协同作用。
3#的MIC大于1000mg/ml,6#和9#的MIC为1000mg/ml,与单剂相比,表现出拮抗作用。
因此,最终选择车前草、木虾公和母草的重量比(1-5):(1-3):1。
二、林下肉鸡养殖试验
一种林下肉鸡的养殖方法:
(1)选择成片树林,地势高燥,背风向阳,水源充足,排水条件好,树林周边设置围栏,防止鸡丢失,雏鸡的投放量为每亩60只;
(2)在树林中央或选择坐北朝南适当位置建设鸡舍与管理设施,每2亩地建一个鸡舍,鸡舍面积为50平米,鸡白天放入树林中觅食饲养,晚上赶入鸡舍;
(3)在树林中每亩地设3个食槽,投放饲喂料供鸡自由采食;
(4)早春及冬天要注意防寒保暖,夏季注意防暑降温。
本发明投放的饲喂料的制备:由主料和中草药添加剂组成,主料的组分配比如下:豆粕25%,玉米粉40%,南瓜粉15%,鱼粉0.5%,骨粉0.3%,磷酸氢钙0.8%,食盐0.2%,菜籽油2%,新鲜蔬菜补足至100%;中草药添加剂的组分配比:由车前草、木虾公和母草组成,中草药添加剂制备方法:分别将新鲜的车前草、木虾公和母草阴干,用粉碎机粉碎过200目筛,再按照重量比为5:3:1混合得到粉状混合物。
试验方法:选取180只10日龄健康的肉仔鸡,随机分为三组,每组60只,分为试验组、对照组1和对照组2,分别放养到三块面积均为1亩的林下空地,均按上述的养殖方法饲养肉鸡。试验组每天喂食本发明中配制的鸡饲喂料,在投放主料的过程中,每月往主料中添加中草药添加剂4次,中草药添加剂的添加量占主料重量百分比的10%;对照组1仅喂食本发明的主料;对照组2喂食传统鸡饲料。三组肉鸡的喂养次数、喂养量、喂养时间均相同,30天后三组肉鸡的生长状况情况如下表:
从表中可以很明显的看出,林下肉鸡在连续喂食本发明提供的饲喂料后,发病率明显降低,其增重快,试验组鸡肉的腹脂率得到降低,改善了鸡肉的口味,提高了肉鸡的品质。

1.一种林下肉鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于:
(1)选择成片树林,地势高燥,背风向阳,水源充足,排水条件好,树林周边设置围栏,防止鸡丢失,雏鸡的投放量为每亩50-60只;
(2)在树林中央或选择坐北朝南适当位置建设鸡舍与管理设施,每2-3亩地建一个鸡舍,鸡舍面积为50-55平米,鸡白天放入树林中觅食饲养,晚上赶入鸡舍;
(3)在树林中每亩地设2-3个食槽,投放饲喂料供鸡自由采食;
