本发明公开了一种线缆连接器,其包括第一插头、与第一插头相对的第二插头、连接第一插头与第二插头的线缆及位于第一插头或第二插头内的LED灯,所述线缆设有位于线缆最外侧的编织层,所述编织层由金属漆包线混合纤维构成当人手靠近时,所述线缆通过电容感应使LED灯发光。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器,尤其涉及一种电容式感应线缆连接器。
【背景技术】
与本发明相关的现有技术,请参考2015年3月18日公告的中国第CN204216372U号专利,其公开了一种触碰式发光数据线,线缆、连接于线缆上用于和待充电电子产品对接的第一插头及用于和电源连接的第二插头,但该产品需要在人触碰数据线的情况下才能发光,而在一定范围内,本发明线缆连接器可在非接触的情况下使LED灯发光。
【发明内容】
本发明主要目的是提供一种电容式感应线缆连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器,其包括第一插头、与第一插头相对的第二插头、连接第一插头与第二插头的线缆及位于第一插头或第二插头内的LED灯,所述线缆设有位于线缆最外侧的编织层,所述编织层由金属漆包线混合纤维构成当人手靠近时,所述线缆通过电容感应使LED灯发光。
相对于现有技术,本发明的线缆连接器在线缆的最外侧设有编织层,在一定范围内,线缆连接器可在非接触的情况下使LED灯发光。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图3所示,为本发明线缆连接器100。所述线缆连接器100包括:第一插头1、与第一插头1相对的第二插头2、连接第一插头1与第二插头2的线缆3。
所述第一插头1用于与待充电电子产品对接,其包括外壳11、收容于外壳11前端的壳体12、收容于外壳11后端的盖体13及收容于外壳11的LED灯14。
所述第二插头2用于与电源连接。
所述线缆3为USB 2.0线缆。所述线缆3包括电源线31、地线32、数据传输线33、包覆在电源线31、地线32、数据传输线33外侧的屏蔽层34、位于屏蔽层34外侧的第一外被层35、位于第一外被层35外侧的金属编织层36、位于金属编织层36外侧的第二外被层37及位于第二外被层37外侧的编织层38。所述电源线31包括正极和负极,所述正极包括导体及包覆在导体外侧的内绝缘层。所述地线32为裸露导体。所述数据传输线33包括若干差分信号线及包覆在该差分信号线外侧的绝缘层。所述屏蔽层34为铝箔麦拉层,所述屏蔽层34为AL(Aluminium Foil,铝箔)或者PET(Polythylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料。所述编织层38位于线缆3的最外侧,其由金属漆包线混合纤维构成。所述线缆3还包括位于屏蔽层34内侧的填充体39,所述填充体39可使线缆3变得更加圆整且提升了线缆3的拉断力。
所述线缆连接器100还包括设有芯片的电路板,所述LED灯14位于所述电路板上。当所述第二插头2与电源连接,电压被施加在所述编织层38上时,编织层38的表面会形成电容并产生一个均匀的静电场。在距离线缆15cm的范围内,当使用者(如人的手指)靠近时,将改变编织层38表面的电容的局部电场,使电容的电场的两极发生变化。所述芯片通过读取电容的电场值的变化将信号输出给LED灯,触发LED灯发光,使人们在黑或光线较暗的情况下,只需靠近线缆3就能更容易地找到该线缆连接器100的充电端口,以实现准确对接。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器,其包括第一插头、与第一插头相对的第二插头、连接第一插头与第二插头的线缆及位于第一插头或第二插头内的LED灯,其特征在于:所述线缆设有位于线缆最外侧的编织层,所述编织层由金属漆包线混合纤维构成,当人手靠近时,所述线缆通过电容感应使LED灯发光。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包括用于传输电源的电源线、地线、数据传输线以及包覆在电源线、地线、数据传输线外侧的屏蔽层。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述数据传输线包括差分信号线及包覆在该差分信号线外侧的绝缘层。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述地线为裸露导体。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层为铝箔麦拉层。
6.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包括位于屏蔽层外侧的第一外被层。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包括位于第一外被层外侧的金属编织层。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包括位于金属编织层外侧的第二外被层。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述编织层位于第二外被层的外侧。
10.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆还包括位于屏蔽层内侧的填充体以提升线缆的拉断力。
