Description
本实用新型涉及数据传输线技术领域,尤其是一种新型电线电缆。
众所周知,现有的很多计算机,手机,平板等电子产品都采用TYPE-C或者USB接口来实现对外扩展和转接,在接口少的情况下都会使用一条转接线来扩展接口实现多元化。而转接线都存在于线材来身柔韧太差很容易损坏,而且加工困难,生产成本高,品质低下,不易生产和制造等问题。从而给用户的使用带来极大的不便及使用上的麻烦。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种柔韧性强、成本低、易生产、高品质的新型电线电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种新型电线电缆,它包括主体,所述主体前端设置有USB接口,所述USB接口与主体一体成型,所述主体包括数据传输软板和位于数据传输软板上下端的隔绝层,所述数据传输软板包括第一走线层和第二走线层,所述第一走线层和第二走线层之间设置有地线层,所述第一走线层、第二走线层和地线层的前端与USB接口电连接,所述第一走线层、第二走线层和地线层的后端连接有PCB金手指。
优选地,它还包括USB转接器,所述USB转接器设置有插接槽,所述PCB金手指对位插接于插接槽内。
优选地,所述数据传输软板为FPC软板。
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型采用数据传输软板替代传统的电源线,从而加强整体的柔韧性,简易生产流程;同时,第一走线层、第二走线层和地线层进行分段式信号传输,加强信号稳定传输,利用隔绝层进行外部磁场隔离,其结构简单,操作方便,具有很强的实用性。
图1是本实用新型实施例的结构原理示意图;
图2是本实用新型实施例的数据传输软板的结构示意图。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明,但是本实用新型可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的一种新型电线电缆,它包括主体1,主体1前端设置有USB接口2,USB接口2与主体1一体成型,主体1包括数据传输软板4和位于数据传输软板4上下端的隔绝层3,数据传输软板4包括第一走线层8和第二走线层10,第一走线层8和第二走线层10之间设置有地线层9,第一走线层8、第二走线层10和地线层9的前端与USB接口2电连接,第一走线层8、第二走线层10和地线层9的后端连接有PCB金手指5。
优选地,它还包括USB转接器7,USB转接器7设置有插接槽6,PCB金手指5对位插接于插接槽6内。
本实施例采用数据传输软板4替代传统的电源线,从而加强整体的柔韧性,简易生产流程;同时,第一走线层8、第二走线层9和地线层10进行分段式信号传输,加强信号稳定传输,具体为:第一走线层8为电路设计层,线路按TMDS规格走线,每根线连接不同的接点,从而达到电气特性的效果;第二走线层10与第一走线层8一样,也为电路设计层;地线层9为接地作用,主要起到接地和隔离作用,从而使信号在传输过程中更加稳定。此外,位于数据传输软板4上下端的隔绝层3,即包裹在第一走线层8、第二走线层10的外部的隔绝层3,本实施例利用隔绝层3进行外部磁场隔离,有效的隔绝干扰,进一步提高信号输送品质,需要说明的是,隔绝层3可采用柔性塑胶,但本实施例对其不加以限定。
此外,本实施例的PCB金手指5采用插接式与USB连接器7连接,通过插接式可自由的选择不同规格的USB连接器7或者带有插接槽的其他连接部件,并且,在半成品的质量检测上也可以直接插接到相应的检测器上进行检测,十分方便。
进一步,本实施例的数据传输软板4优选采用FPC软板。

- 一种新型电线电缆,其特征在于:它包括主体,所述主体前端设置有USB接口,所述USB接口与主体一体成型,所述主体包括数据传输软板和位于数据传输软板上下端的隔绝层,所述数据传输软板包括第一走线层和第二走线层,所述第一走线层和第二走线层之间设置有地线层,所述第一走线层、第二走线层和地线层的前端与USB接口电连接,所述第一走线层、第二走线层和地线层的后端连接有PCB金手指。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种新型电线电缆,其特征在于:它还包括USB转接器,所述USB转接器设置有插接槽,所述PCB金手指对位插接于插接槽内。
- 如权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种新型电线电缆,其特征在于:所述数据传输软板为FPC软板。
