Abstract
The invention provides a picture adjusting device, which comprises an adjusting control unit, a conversion voltage stabilizing unit, a programmable gamma voltage control unit and a capacitor unit, wherein the adjusting control unit encodes a received level signal, the conversion voltage stabilizing unit converts the received encoded data into a digital signal, the gamma voltage control unit generates gamma data according to the received digital signal, the capacitor unit adjusts the size of the capacitor, and a control chip, a voltage stabilizing chip and a programmable gamma voltage chip are integrated in a new chip to reduce the dropping speed of the gamma voltage, reduce the voltage difference between the screen output voltage and the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage, reduce the picture abnormity and save the cost.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a picture adjusting device.
Background
With the continuous development of Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) display technology, people have higher and higher requirements for display quality of the LCD. How to optimize the visual effect of human eyes becomes an intense research field for more and more manufacturers.
When the screen works normally, the red, blue and green electro-lights of the display screen are respectively coordinated to achieve the best display effect. In the whole light emitting process, the light emitting device is a result of the comprehensive action of the driving circuit module, the control circuit module, the regulating circuit and other modules. All modules supplement each other and coordinate each other. When scanning, the pixels of the screen may be powered on again after the power supply of 12V is turned off, and at this time, if the backlight is not turned off, a horizontal bright line appears on the display image. Along with the trend of the existing high frame rate panel, mismatching between the response voltage and the driving program is easy to cause display image abnormity, and meanwhile, the response of the response program is faster and faster, but the faster the response is, the decrease of gamma (gamma) voltage is fast, the voltage difference between the screen output voltage and liquid crystal molecular deflection Voltage (VCOM) is too large, so that the display image is easy to appear bright lines, and the display effect is influenced.
In summary, when the modules of the display screen interact with each other, the gamma voltage drops too fast, and the voltage difference between the screen output voltage and the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage VCOM is too large, which causes the problems of bright lines on the screen, poor display effect, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure provides a picture adjusting device to solve the problems of the prior art, such as too fast gamma voltage drop, too large voltage difference between the screen output voltage and the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage, abnormal display picture, and poor display effect.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely illustrative of some, but not all embodiments of the disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any inventive step, are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 1, the picture adjusting apparatus of the present disclosure includes an integrated chip 100, an adjustment control unit (PWM)101, a control chip 101a, a Level Shifter unit (Level Shifter)102, a voltage regulator chip 102a, a programmable gamma voltage control unit 103, a programmable gamma circuit chip 103a, and a capacitor unit 104. The control chip 101a is disposed in the PWM 101, the voltage stabilization chip 102a is disposed in the conversion and voltage stabilization unit 102, the programmable gamma circuit chip 103a is disposed in the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103, the regulation and control unit 101 is electrically connected to the conversion and voltage stabilization unit 102, and the conversion and voltage stabilization unit 102 is electrically connected to the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103, the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 and the capacitor unit 104. The PWM 101, the converting and voltage stabilizing unit 102, the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103, and the capacitor unit 104 are disposed in the integrated chip 100 area.
In the conventional display device circuit, the adjusting control unit 101, the converting and voltage stabilizing unit 102 and the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 are respectively disposed in different regions, each region is far away from the other region, and the functions of each region are relatively independent, so that when each region cooperates, especially when the 12V power supply is powered on after power is off and the backlight is turned off during use, the high level voltage VAA in the adjusting control unit 101 and the gamma voltage in the programmable gamma voltage unit 103 both decrease, and since the control components are separated from each other, the decreasing speeds of the high level voltage VAA and the gamma voltage are different, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a screen output voltage and liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage variation line. In the short time, the screen output voltage out2 and the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage VCOM decrease at a fast speed in the screen output voltage out2 and at a slow speed in the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage VCOM, and when both of them finally tend to be stable, an abnormal situation of an image bright line appearing on the display screen is caused, thereby affecting the display effect.
In the embodiment of the picture adjusting apparatus, the adjustment control unit 101, the converting and voltage-stabilizing unit 102, and the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 are integrated into one integrated chip 100. The regulation control unit 101 receives an external level signal, encodes the received level signal, and sends encoded data to the switching voltage stabilizing unit 102 after encoding; the converting and voltage-stabilizing unit 102 converts the received encoded data into a digital signal after receiving the encoded data, and sends the converted digital signal to the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103; when the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 receives the converted digital signal, the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 regenerates gamma data and generates a corresponding gamma voltage; finally, the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 transfers the gamma voltage to the subsequent capacitor unit 104, thereby completing the whole transfer and control process in a new integrated chip.
The regulation control unit 101 further comprises a control chip 101a, the control chip 101a is electrically connected to the regulation control unit 101, and the control chip 101a is used for receiving the signal received by the control unit 101 and processing the encoded data; the voltage stabilizing chip 102a is further included in the converting and voltage stabilizing unit 102, the voltage stabilizing chip 102a is electrically connected to the converting and voltage stabilizing unit 102, and the voltage stabilizing chip 102a receives the encoded data sent by the converting and voltage stabilizing unit 102, processes the encoded data into a digital signal, and stores the digital signal; the programmable gamma unit 103 further comprises a programmable gamma circuit chip 103a, the programmable gamma circuit chip 103a is electrically connected to the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103, and the programmable gamma circuit chip 103a receives the gamma signal sent by the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 and processes the gamma signal. A capacitor unit 104 is connected after the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103.
The regulation control unit 101, the conversion regulator unit 102, and the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 are disposed in the same area of the same picture regulating device.
Or the regulation control unit 101, the converting and voltage-stabilizing unit 102, the programmable gamma voltage control unit 103 and the capacitor unit 104 are arranged in the same area of the same picture regulating device.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a capacitor unit, a resistor 300 and a capacitor 301. At least one resistor 300 and at least one capacitor 301 are contained in the capacitor unit 104, and the capacitor and the resistor are connected in series. The capacitor unit 104 can automatically adjust the magnitude of the received gamma voltage, and in actual operation, the discharge speed of the liquid crystal molecular deflection voltage VCOM can be adjusted by adjusting the magnitude of the resistor 300, and when the discharge speed of the liquid crystal deflection voltage VCOM is increased, the voltage difference between the screen output voltage and the VCOM is also reduced, thereby reducing the abnormal situation of the picture.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the variation of the screen output voltage and the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage in the embodiment of the present disclosure. The screen output voltages out1, out2, the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage VCOM, because the chips of a plurality of control units are integrated into a new chip, the interaction of each unit will be more effective, the dropping speed of the gamma voltage will be reduced, and when the voltage finally tends to be stable, the voltage difference between the screen output voltage out1 and the liquid crystal molecule deflection voltage VCOM will be reduced, even no voltage difference exists. The pressure difference is reduced, and the abnormal condition of the picture is solved.
Meanwhile, the control chips are integrated in one chip, so that the complexity of peripheral circuits of the circuit board is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.

the capacitance unit comprises at least one capacitor and a resistor, the capacitor is connected with the resistor in series, and the capacitance unit receives the gamma voltage and adjusts the resistance of the resistor.
2. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment control unit, the conversion-voltage-stabilizing unit, and the programmable gamma-voltage control unit are disposed in the same area of the picture-adjusting apparatus.
3. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment control unit, the conversion-voltage-stabilizing unit, the programmable gamma-voltage control unit, and the capacitance unit are disposed in a same area of the picture-adjusting apparatus.
4. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an integrated chip, wherein the adjustment control unit, the conversion-regulator unit and the programmable gamma-voltage control unit are disposed in the integrated chip.
5. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an integrated chip, wherein the adjustment control unit, the conversion-voltage-stabilizing unit, the programmable gamma-voltage control unit, and the capacitance unit are disposed in the integrated chip.
6. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment control unit further includes a control chip.
7. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conversion-voltage-stabilizing unit further includes a voltage-stabilizing chip.
8. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the programmable gamma voltage control unit further comprises a programmable gamma circuit chip.
9. The picture-adjusting apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the programmable gamma circuit chip receives the gamma signal sent by the programmable gamma voltage control unit.
