It is not necessary for any particular embodiment of the invention to achieve all of the above advantages at the same time.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the protection of the embodiments of the present invention.
The following further describes specific implementation of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
In the following embodiments, the description will be exemplarily applied to a take-away scenario, where the delivered items are items ordered by a user through the internet, the delivery route is delivered by a delivery specialist, and the delivery specialist may deliver the items based on human power or based on an unmanned aerial vehicle.
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic payment method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, it includes:
s101, identifying RFID tags related to delivered articles by a user terminal;
in this embodiment, the user terminal may be any device supporting online ordering and online payment, such as a smart phone, a tablet device, and a computer. The user terminal can be provided with a delivery APP, and the user completes ordering through the delivery APP, or the user can also directly order on and off the webpage.
After the user places an order, the user terminal can send order information to the server, wherein the order information comprises commodity information purchased by the user and the position of the user. The commodity purchased by the user may be a food or beverage, or may be any other article or service suitable for being sent out, such as flowers, drinking water, gifts, home maintenance service, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the user terminal detects whether an RFID tag exists around the user terminal in real time, and starts a process of identification if the user terminal detects that the RFID tag exists.
In this embodiment, the RFID tag may be loaded with a unique first identification code directly associated with the delivered item, or may be loaded with a unique second identification code assigned to a delivery specialist. The first identification code and the second identification code can be printed on a paper medium (such as a helmet or clothes of a take-out specialist) or directly attached to an electronic medium, such as a two-dimensional code or a code in a digital form.
In this embodiment, the RFID tag may be distributed by a server. If the first identification code is the only first identification code directly related to the delivered article, the user terminal can directly generate and report the first identification code to the server.
S102, the RFID tag is identified by the user terminal so as to identify a first identification code related to the delivered article or a second identification code related to a delivery route;
in this embodiment, the user terminal is configured with an RFID identifier, and for this reason, the specific identification process in step S102 is as follows: after the RFID Tag enters a magnetic field of the RFID identifier, a radio frequency signal sent by the RFID identifier sends order information (passive or Active) stored in a chip by virtue of energy obtained by induced current, or the RFID Tag actively sends a signal (Active Tag, Active Tag or passive Tag) with a certain frequency, and the RFID identifier reads the information to decode.
S103, if the first identification code or the second identification code is matched with a third identification code of a payment behavior place, the user terminal automatically starts order payment processing related to the delivered article.
In this embodiment, the third identification code may be issued to the user terminal when the server receives the order information.
In this embodiment, the third identification code may be identical to the first identification code or the second identification code. Or the first identification code or the second identification code is processed by a certain matching algorithm, such as encryption processing. In addition, the third identification code may be directly associated with the delivered item, such as a unique identification dynamically assigned by the server to the delivered item, or the third identification code may also be directly associated with the delivery route, such as a unique identification assigned by the server to a delivery specialist.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating interaction between a user terminal and a server according to a second embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 is as follows:
the user terminal firstly orders the server and sends the geographical position information of the user and the purchased commodity information to the server;
the server distributes delivery personnel for the user according to the geographical position information of the user and the purchased commodity information, and the delivery personnel sends the purchased commodity of the user to the position of the user.
After determining the outsider, the server may notify the user that the order has been received, and send the identification information (i.e., the third identification code) of the outsider to the user terminal, or, after the outsider leaves, the server may send the identification information (i.e., the second identification code) of the outsider to the user.
After receiving the identification information of the outsider, the user terminal can start a local RFID reader-writer and continuously detect whether RFID tags exist around;
when the user terminal detects the RFID label, reading the content of the RFID label to identify the second identification code;
and the user terminal judges whether the second identification code identified from the RFID label is matched with the previously received third identification code, if so, the commodity is sent, and the user terminal automatically pays the order fee including the delivery fee and the fee of the article.
The RFID belongs to short-distance identification communication, and can be automatically paid only when the delivery personnel are close to the user terminal, and the delivery personnel can not pay when not reaching the effective identification range of the RFID reader-writer.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic payment method according to a third embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, it includes:
s301, identifying RFID tags related to delivered articles by a user terminal;
s302, the user terminal identifies the RFID tag to identify a first identification code related to the delivered article or a second identification code related to a delivery route;
in this embodiment, steps S301 and S302 are similar to steps S101 and S102 in fig. 1.
S303, if the first identification code or the second identification code is matched with a third identification code of a payment behavior place, the user terminal automatically starts order payment processing generated by referring to the delivery time of the delivery object.
In this embodiment, the uncontrolled arrival of the delivered item at the destination may result in poor user experience, such as payment for an agreed delivery fee if the delivery is made within a specified time; if the overtime is within half an hour, paying according to the half price of the appointed distribution expense; if the time is more than half an hour, the distribution cost is saved; and so on.
In this embodiment, the time when the delivered article is delivered may be the time when the RFID reader detects and successfully recognizes the first identification code or the second identification code, or may be the time input on the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the server updates the order associated with the delivery item with reference to the time at which the delivery item was delivered. Of course, in other embodiments, the user terminal may update the order associated with the delivery item with reference to the time when the delivery item is delivered, and report the order to the server.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating interaction between a user terminal and a server according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, corresponding to the embodiment of fig. 3, it includes:
the user terminal firstly orders the server and sends the geographical position information of the user and the purchased commodity information to the server;
and the server distributes delivery personnel for the user according to the geographical position information of the user and the purchased commodity information, and the delivery personnel sends the commodity purchased by the user to the position of the user.
After the server determines the delivery person, the server may send identification information (a third identification code;
after receiving the identification information of the delivery personnel, the user terminal can start the RFID reader-writer, and after the RFID reader-writer is started, the user terminal can continuously detect whether RFID labels exist around;
and the user terminal reads the second identification code in the RFID label when detecting the RFID label, and if the second identification code stored in the RFID label is matched with the previously received third identification code, the commodity is sent, and the user terminal reports the delivery time of the article to the server.
The server can determine the delivery cost according to the delivery time and update the order information;
and the user terminal automatically pays corresponding fees according to the updated order information.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic payment method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 5, it includes:
s501, identifying RFID tags related to delivered articles by a user terminal;
s502, the RFID tag is identified by the user terminal so as to identify a first identification code related to the delivered article or a second identification code related to a delivery route;
s503, judging that the first identification code or the second identification code is matched with a third identification code of a payment behavior place, and further executing a step S504;
in this embodiment, please refer to the relevant description of the above embodiments for steps S501 to S503.
S504, according to the judgment result that the first identification code or the second identification code is a legal identification code, the order payment processing related to the delivered goods is triggered to be automatically started.
Different from the embodiment, the security problem caused by illegally stealing the first identification code or the second identification code is avoided. Specifically, the judgment result that the first identification code or the second identification code is a legal identification code is determined by referring to the actual delivery position of the delivered article, and the specific operation of the judgment may be specifically judged by the server, or alternatively, may be judged by the user terminal.
The methods for determining whether the first identification code or the second identification code is legal include, for example, the following two methods.
The first method is as follows: the server obtains the current delivery order of the delivery person, and judges whether the current actual position of the delivery person is reasonable according to the delivery address of the order.
For example, the merchant address and the delivery address corresponding to the order are both in the hail lake area, and the reported geographical location is in the sunny area, which indicates that the delivery person is unreasonably present at the actual location.
The second method comprises the following steps: each terminal (such as a mobile phone) of the delivery person can report the geographical position information to the server in real time, and the server judges whether the geographical position information is reasonable or not according to the geographical position reported by the terminal of the delivery person.
For example, if the current geographical location reported by the terminal of the delivery person is in the lake area and the geographical location of the delivery address is in the sunny area, it is unreasonable that the delivery person is present at the location.
If the first identification code or the second identification code is not reasonable, automatic payment of the order corresponding to the delivery person is cancelled, including the current order and the subsequent orders, so that the payment cost can be prevented from being stolen when the user nearby the lawbreaker places the order subsequently.
In addition, the RFID label can be replaced for the delivery personnel in time, automatic payment of the order can be restarted after the label is replaced, and convenience is provided for the user on the basis of ensuring safety.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating interaction between a user terminal and a server according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 6, the embodiment corresponding to fig. 5 specifically includes:
the user terminal firstly orders the server and sends the geographical position information of the user and the purchased commodity information to the server;
the server distributes delivery personnel for the user according to the geographical position information of the user and the purchased commodity information, and the delivery personnel sends the purchased commodity of the user to the position of the user.
After determining the outsider, the server may notify the user that the order has been received, and send the identification information (i.e., the third identification code) of the outsider to the user terminal, or, after the outsider leaves, the server may send the identification information (i.e., the second identification code) of the outsider to the user.
After receiving the identification information of the outsider, the user terminal can start a local RFID reader-writer and continuously detect whether RFID tags exist around;
when the user terminal detects the RFID label, reading the content of the RFID label to identify the second identification code;
the user terminal judges whether the second identification code identified from the RFID label is matched with the previously received third identification code, if so, the server judges whether the first identification code or the second identification code is legal, if so, the commodity is sent, and at the moment, the user terminal automatically pays the order fee including the distribution fee and the fee of the commodity.
