According to the air deflector assembly provided by the embodiment, the connecting part of the decorative plate is designed to be a tooth-shaped structure, a first clamping groove is formed between adjacent tooth-shaped structures, meanwhile, a first buckle is designed at the corresponding position of the outer layer plate, and the outer layer plate is connected with the decorative plate through the clamping of the first buckle and the first clamping groove; the connecting structure between the outer layer plate and the decorative plate is simple and easy to operate, so that the installation difficulty of the air deflector is reduced; simultaneously, through the joint of outer plywood and decorative board, improve the fastness of aviation baffle.
According to the air deflector assembly provided by the embodiment, the inner layer plate and the decorative plate are designed into the integrated structure, so that the firmness of the air deflector is improved on one hand, and the installation difficulty of the air deflector can be reduced on the other hand.
Example 4
Unlike embodiment 3, this embodiment provides a snap-fit connection between the air deflection assembly trim panel 23 and the inner panel 21.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first buckle 221 on the outer layer 22 in the present embodiment includes a first protruding portion 2211, and a second slot 2212 is formed between the first protruding portion 2211 and the outer layer 22; the inner panel 21 includes a second snap 211, the second snap 211 cooperating with a second snap groove 2212 to mount the trim panel 23 between the outer panel 22 and the inner panel 21.
Referring to fig. 5, after the decorative board 23 and the outer layer board 22 are mounted, the first protruding portion 2211 extends toward the first slot 2322, and a groove is formed between the first protruding portion 2211 and the outer layer board 22 located in the first slot 2322, where the groove is the second slot 2212, that is, the second slot 2212 is located in the first slot 2322; since the decorative plate 23 is located between the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 22, when the decorative plate 23 is connected to the inner plate 21, the inner side of the decorative plate 23 contacts with the outer side of the inner plate 21, so that in order to facilitate the connection of the decorative plate 23 to the inner plate 21, a second buckle 211 is provided on the outer side of the inner plate 21, and the position, shape and size of the second buckle 211 are determined according to the second slot 2212; when the air deflector assembly is installed, firstly, the decorative plate 23 is clamped with the outer layer plate 22; after the decorative plate 23 and the outer layer plate 22 are clamped, a second clamping groove 2212 is formed between the first clamping buckle 221 on the outer layer plate 22 and the outer layer plate 22 in the first clamping groove 2322 of the decorative plate 23, and the second clamping buckle 211 positioned on the outer side of the inner layer plate 21 is inserted into the second clamping groove 2212, so that the inner layer plate 21, the decorative plate 23 and the outer layer plate 22 can be connected, and the installation of the air deflector assembly is completed.
In order to further improve the fastening degree of the inner plate 21 and the decorative plate 23 and the outer plate 22, referring to fig. 6, the second buckle 211 in the present embodiment includes a second protrusion 2111, and the second protrusion 2111 cooperates with the second slot 2212 to achieve the fastening between the second buckle 211 and the second slot 2212.
When the inner plate 21 is connected with the decorative plate 23 and the outer plate 22, the second protruding portion 2111 of the second buckle 211 is inserted into the second clamping groove 2212, so as to increase the contact area between the second buckle 211 and the second clamping groove 2212, and increase the firmness of the connection between the inner plate 21 and the decorative plate 23 and the outer plate 22.
According to the air deflector assembly provided by the embodiment, the first protruding part is arranged on the first buckle of the outer layer plate, and the second clamping groove is formed between the first protruding part and the outer layer plate; meanwhile, a second buckle matched with the second clamping groove is arranged on the outer side of the inner layer plate, and the inner layer plate, the outer layer plate and the decorative plate are connected through the clamping of the second buckle and the second clamping groove; in the connecting mode, the first buckle on the outer layer plate is used as a buckle to realize the clamping connection between the outer layer plate and the decorative plate, and a clamping groove for connecting with the inner layer plate is formed between the buckle and the outer layer plate to realize the connection and fixation of the inner layer plate; therefore, the connection and installation of the air deflection assembly are realized, the connection structure of the air deflection assembly is simplified, and the installation difficulty of the air deflection assembly is reduced.
Example 5
On the basis of embodiment 4, referring to fig. 3, in order to improve the strength of the air deflection assembly, the inner plate 21 of the air deflection assembly in this embodiment further includes a reinforcing rib 212, and the reinforcing rib 212 is spaced from the second buckle 211.
The inner plate 21 serves to meet the strength requirement of the air deflection assembly, and thus, if the strength of the air deflection assembly is to be increased, the strength of the inner plate 21 needs to be increased; the present embodiment improves the strength of the inner panel 21 by providing the reinforcing ribs 212 on the inner panel 21; in order to avoid that the arranged reinforcing ribs affect the appearance of the air deflection assembly, the reinforcing ribs 212 are arranged on the outer side of the inner layer plate 21 in the embodiment. After the inner layer plate 21, the outer layer plate 22 and the decorative plate 23 are installed, the reinforcing rib 212 is located between the inner layer plate 21 and the outer layer plate 22, on one hand, the reinforcing rib 212 is shielded by the outer layer plate 22 and does not influence the appearance of the air deflector, on the other hand, the reinforcing rib 212 is abutted against the outer layer plate 22, and the strength of the inner layer plate 21 is improved, and meanwhile, a certain supporting effect is achieved on the outer layer plate 22, so that the strength of the air deflector assembly is further enhanced.
The second clamping buckles 211 are also positioned on the outer side of the inner layer plate 21, so that the second clamping buckles 211 can also play a role in reinforcing the strength of the air deflection assembly after the air deflection assembly is installed; in order to fully play the reinforcing role of the reinforcing ribs 212, in this embodiment, the reinforcing ribs 212 and the second fastening buckle 211 are arranged at intervals, even if the reinforcing ribs 212 and the second fastening buckle 211 are not in the same straight line, the reinforcing ribs 212 and the second fastening buckle 211 which are arranged at intervals can be uniformly arranged on different positions on the outer side of the inner layer plate 21, so that the strength distribution of the air deflector assembly is uniform, the defects that the air deflector assembly is sunken and the like caused by uneven strength distribution of the air deflector assembly are avoided, and the strength of the air deflector assembly is improved.
To further enhance the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing rib 212, the reinforcing rib 212 in this embodiment includes a reinforcing portion 2121. The reinforcing part 2121 is located on the reinforcing rib 212, and the shape of the reinforcing part can be square, round, triangle, trapezoid and other common geometric shapes; the reinforcement portion 2121 is provided on the reinforcing rib 212 to increase the livestock area between the reinforcing rib 212 and the inner panel 21, thereby increasing the reinforcement effect of the reinforcing rib 212.
The reinforcing part 2121 can be of a solid structure or a ring structure with a hollowed-out middle part; in order to reduce the weight of the air deflection assembly, the reinforcement 2121 is preferably designed as a hollowed-out structure in this embodiment.
The air deflector assembly provided by the embodiment sets up the strengthening rib through the outside of inlayer board to set up this strengthening rib and second buckle interval, when increasing air deflector assembly intensity, can also guarantee air deflector assembly everywhere intensity evenly distributed.
Example 6
The present embodiment provides an air conditioner including the air deflection assembly of the above embodiments.
The air deflector assembly of the air conditioner of the present embodiment includes an inner plate 21, an outer plate 22, and a decorative plate 23 positioned between the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 22; the decorative plate 23 is fixedly connected with the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 22 respectively; the decorative plate 23 comprises a decorative frame 231, which decorative frame 231 is adapted to conceal the gap between the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 22, i.e. the shape of the decorative frame 231 matches the shape of the air deflection assembly such that the decorative frame 231 plays a decorative role in the air deflection assembly.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner is in a working state, a side pointing to the inside of the air conditioner is an inner side, and a side pointing to the outside of the air conditioner is an outer side. The decorative plate 23 is positioned between the inner layer plate 21 and the outer layer plate 22, the outer side of the decorative plate 23 is fixedly connected with the outer layer plate, and the inner side of the decorative plate 23 is fixedly connected with the inner layer plate 21 so as to realize the connection of the air deflector assembly; in order to enable the decorative plate 23 to be capable of improving the attractiveness of the air deflector, the decorative plate 23 provided by the embodiment comprises a decorative frame 231, and when the decorative plate 23 is arranged between the inner layer plate 21 and the outer layer plate 22, the decorative frame 231 is positioned outside the air deflector assembly so as to decorate the air deflector assembly; in order to improve the aesthetic degree, the shape of the decorative frame 231 is matched with the shape of the air deflector assembly, namely, the shape of the decorative frame 231 is consistent with the shape of the outer edge of the air deflector assembly, so that the decorative frame 231 can shield the joint between the inner layer plate 21 and the outer layer plate 22, on one hand, the two-layer structure of the air deflector is prevented from being exposed in the sight range of a user when the air conditioner is in an operating state, and the aesthetic property of the air conditioner is improved; on the other hand, since the decorative frame 231 can block the gap between the inner and outer plates 21 and 22, the decorative plate 23 can improve the sealability of the air deflection assembly.
According to the air conditioner, the decorative plate is arranged between the inner layer plate and the outer layer plate of the air deflector assembly, so that when the air conditioner is in a running state, the decorative frame on the decorative plate can shield the joint between the inner layer plate and the outer layer plate, and the air deflector is improved in sealing performance while the aesthetic property of the air conditioner is improved.

Claims (9)

1. An air deflection assembly, characterized in that the air deflection assembly comprises an inner deck (21), an outer deck (22), and a decorative sheet (23) located between the inner deck (21) and the outer deck (22); the decorative plate (23) is fixedly connected with the inner layer plate (21) and the outer layer plate (22) respectively; the decorative plate (23) comprises a decorative frame (231), and the decorative frame (231) is suitable for shielding a gap between the inner layer plate (21) and the outer layer plate (22) positioned on the outer side;
The decorative plate (23) further comprises a connecting part (232), and the decorative plate (23) is in buckling connection with the outer layer plate (22) through the connecting part (232);
The connecting part (232) comprises a plurality of tooth-shaped structures (2321), and a first clamping groove (2322) is formed between every two adjacent tooth-shaped structures (2321); the outer layer plate (22) is provided with a first buckle (221), the first clamping groove (2322) is matched with the first buckle (221) to connect the decorative plate (23) with the outer layer plate (22), and a right-angle structure at the end part of the tooth-shaped structure (2321) is a rounded corner structure;
The first buckle (221) comprises a first protruding part (2211), and a second clamping groove (2212) is formed between the first protruding part (2211) and the outer layer plate (22); the inner plate (21) comprises a second buckle (211), and the second buckle (211) is matched with the second clamping groove (2212) so as to install the decorative plate (23) between the outer plate (22) and the inner plate (21).

The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the decorative frame (231) includes a flange structure (2311), the flange structure (2311) cooperating with the thickness of the inner deck (21) and the thickness of the outer deck (22) such that the flange structure (2311) shields the edges of the inner deck (21) and the outer deck (22) on the outside.
3. The air deflection assembly according to claim 1, wherein the trim panel (23) is of unitary construction with the outer laminate (22).
4. The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the decorative frame (231) is a transparent material.
5. The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the first card slot (2322) includes an open end (2323) and a bottom end (2324), the open end (2323) having a cross-sectional area that is greater than a cross-sectional area of the bottom end (2324).
6. The air deflection assembly according to claim 1, wherein the inner layer plate (21) is of unitary construction with the trim panel (23).
7. The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner plate (21) further includes a stiffener (212), the stiffener (212) being spaced from the second catch (211).
8. The air deflection assembly of claim 7, wherein the reinforcement ribs (212) include reinforcement portions (2121).
9. An air conditioner comprising the air deflection assembly of any one of claims 1 to 8.
