The opening window 2 may be provided between the molding 1 and the building. The moulding 1 can cover the opening window 2, and the whole elevation effect is clean and tidy. The molding 1 having the perforated plate 10 can ensure normal ventilation of the opening window 2. When the opening window 2 is opened, wind can enter the building through the holes of the perforated plate 10, thereby realizing ventilation. And the perforated plate 10 has a certain sun shading effect, so that the energy consumption of the building can be effectively reduced. The perforated plate 10 may be painted with a corresponding color and/or design decoration in accordance with the design style.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2-7, the molding 1 is of variable cross-section design. Specifically, the molding 1 includes a first side 11 and a second side 12 that can form an included angle. When the molding 1 is fixed to a building, an angle is formed between the first side 11 and the second side 12 toward the building. The perforated plate 10 may then be arranged on the first side 11 and/or the second side 12 depending on site installation location, ambient wind direction, etc.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-3 and 5-6, the molding 1 can cover the edges of two adjacent unit glasses at the same time, increasing the safety of the curtain wall connection structure and further reducing the possibility of the unit glasses falling off the building. Specifically, the first top end of the first side 11 and the second top end of the second side 12 are fixedly connected, forming an included angle at this position. The first bottom end of the first side 11 and the second bottom end of the second side 12 are closer to the building than the first top end and the second top end. And the first and second bottom ends can cover edges of the unit glass.
In some embodiments, the molding 1 is mounted to a building by a connection assembly, as shown in fig. 2-7. The connection assembly is provided with a female unit column 31, a male unit column 32, and a middle unit column 33, which can be fixed to a building, respectively. And the unit male stand 32 is inserted into the unit female stand 31. The pluggable unit body male stand 32 allows fine adjustment of the installation distance between the unit body male stand 32 and the unit body middle stand 33. When the decorative strip 1 is installed, an elastic installation space can be provided, and the construction is convenient. In one possible embodiment, the female unit column 31 and the middle unit column 33 are fixed to the building first, then the male unit column 32 is fixed to the molding 1, and finally the male unit column 32 and the molding 1 are fixed together to the female unit column 31 and the middle unit column 33. In another possible embodiment, the female unit column 31, the male unit column 32, and the middle unit column 33 are assembled into one unit, and then the molding 1 is inserted between the male unit column 32 and the middle unit column 33, at this time, the position of the male unit column 32 with respect to the female unit column 31 is finely adjustable, and the male unit column 32 is completely fixed when the molding 1 is fixed to the male unit column 32 and the middle unit column 33. The molding 1 may be secured using removable fastening structures including, but not limited to, bolt assemblies.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-7, the unit body male stand 32 includes an insertion protrusion 321 that can be inserted into the first insertion space 311 of the unit body female stand 31.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the unit male stand 32 further includes a rubber water deflector 323 that can be inserted into the unit female stand 31.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-7, the molding 1 includes a first mounting plate 13 and a second mounting plate 14 that extend toward the building. In one possible embodiment, one set of bolt assemblies passes through the first mounting plate 13 and the unit body center post 32, and the other set of bolt assemblies passes through the second mounting plate 14 and the unit body center post 33 to secure the molding 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-7, both the end of the first mounting plate 13 and the end of the second mounting plate 14 may interfere with the opening window 2. When the opening window 2 is closed, the end of the first mounting plate 13 and the end of the second mounting plate 14 can limit the opening window 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-12, the connection assembly further includes a unit body pre-buried body 41 pre-buried and fixed to the building and a T-shaped insertion body 42 having a T-shaped cross section. The unit body pre-buried body 41 comprises a T-shaped slot 411 which is matched with the T-shaped inserting body 42. The corresponding T-shaped insert 42 may be fixed with the cell body female column 31, cell body male column 32, or cell body middle column 33. Then, the T-shaped insert body 42 can be inserted into the corresponding T-shaped slot 411, and then the bolt assembly passes through the T-shaped insert body 42 and the perforated position 412 of the unit body pre-buried body 41 to fix the unit body female upright 31, the unit body male upright 32 or the unit body middle upright 33 to the unit body pre-buried body 41. In one possible embodiment, the two flanges 422 and part of the protruding ends 421 of the T-shaped inserting body 42 are inserted into the T-shaped slot 411, and the two flanges 422 are in contact with the T-shaped slot 411, so that the connection strength between the T-shaped inserting body 42 and the T-shaped slot 411 is increased.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-7, the protruding end 421 of the T-shaped insert 42 may be inserted into the second insertion space 322 of the unit body male stand 32. When installed, the protruding end 421 of the T-shaped insertion body 42 is inserted into the second insertion space 322, and the bolt assembly may simultaneously pass through the unit body male stand 32, the T-shaped insertion body 42, and the first mounting plate 13 to fix the three at the same time.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the unit body center pillar 33 is provided with an L-shaped receiving space 331 at a position close to a building, and an edge of the opening window 2 may be disposed in the L-shaped receiving space 331.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a cell beam 34 is further included for connecting adjacent cell parent columns 31 and cell center columns 33. Groups of connection assemblies located on the same horizontal plane can be connected to each other by means of the unit body beams 34. For the connecting component of the unit body embedded body 41 which is not arranged at the corresponding position, the connecting component can be fixed with other connecting components fixedly connected with a building through the unit body embedded body 41 through the unit body cross beam 34, so that the connecting component can be fixedly connected with the building. Such an arrangement can reduce the number of pre-buried bodies 41 in the building arrangement unit body, and can also provide lateral connection to adjacent connection components on the same horizontal plane, thereby enhancing the connection strength thereof.
In some embodiments, the perforated plate 10 is a 3mm perforated aluminum plate.
In some embodiments, the unit glass is a semi-tempered laminated hollow glass.
