Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioning, and particularly relates to an air deflector and an air conditioner.
Background
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of consumer demand for air-conditioning products, the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously adapts to the development of market demands in appearance and structure, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner gradually changes from a single structure and monotonous appearance to a personalized and intelligent direction. The air deflector is one of key components of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, is positioned at an air outlet of the indoor unit, is opened and closed relative to the panel body of the air conditioner under the drive of the movement mechanism, can play a role in prolonging an air duct, can increase the air supply distance, change the air supply direction and angle, realize the closing, attractive and delicate of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and prevent dust from entering the bottom shell from the air outlet when the air conditioner is stopped.
When the traditional air conditioner air deflector is closed, the traditional air conditioner air deflector is generally hidden inside the air conditioner panel body, and the influence of the integral deformation on the appearance aesthetic feeling is within an acceptable range. However, for the air deflector which is arranged outside the air conditioner panel body or is required to be closed, the gap between the edge and the panel body cannot be excessively influenced, and therefore, the air deflector is required to have good dimensional stability and processing precision. However, the existing polymer air deflector with the appearance deformation and dimensional tolerance within the design range produced by the high-precision injection molding process still has problems, such as warping, deformation, bending and other defects caused by the injection molding process, and the factors of thermal and cold deformation of the air deflector caused by cold and hot air in the refrigerating and heating processes of the air conditioner can cause certain deformation of the air deflector, influence the gap between the closed air deflector and the panel body, and reduce the overall aesthetic property of the air conditioner.
The conventional method for solving the deformation problem of the air deflector mainly comprises the steps of improving an injection mold, adjusting structural design, performing structural reinforcement and the like, but the methods have the defects of increasing production cost, influencing production period and having insufficient reliability. The literature of analysis and adjustment of deformation cause of double-layer air deflector introduces the phenomenon that uneven wall thickness, bending or buckling deformation can occur in the design of plastic parts and in the injection molding process, and the deformation orientation and trend of the plastic parts can be found out and improved through CAE analysis, but the problem of thermal deformation of the air deflector in the working process cannot be predicted and solved. Patent literature (publication No. CN102092422 a) discloses an air guide plate and a sealing structure, in which a thin flexible sheet portion made of the same resin material as the air guide plate body is integrally formed on the outer peripheral portion of the air guide plate body, so that a gap formed between the air guide plate body and an automobile component is closed, and the air outlet can be sealed by the flexible sheet portion at the edge of the air guide plate, but the injection molding process of the flexible sheet portion requires high flowability and mechanical properties of the material, and there is also a problem that after the air guide plate is closed due to injection molding accuracy and material deformation, gaps between the same panels are too large. Patent literature "air deflector and air conditioner indoor unit" (publication No. CN106524463 a) discloses an air deflector comprising an air deflector body, a rotating bracket, and a seal rib provided on a side of the windward side close to a rotation axis of the rotating bracket. When the air deflector rotates to guide air, the sealing rib seals the gap between the air deflector and the face frame, so that the phenomenon of condensation caused by too large temperature difference between the windward side and the leeward side of the air deflector body can be avoided. Patent literature (publication number CN 205860398U) provides an air guide structure and an air conditioner comprising an air guide plate and a decorative plate, wherein the end part of the air guide plate extends into the sealing structure through the sealing structure arranged on the decorative plate, so that the problem that gaps exist in the assembly of the traditional decorative plate and the air guide plate is solved, but the decorative plate is still of a rigid injection structure, too large hidden danger of gaps caused by injection molding technology and thermal deformation exists, and the process flow and the product cost are increased due to the addition of an accessory decorative plate.
From the above, the prior art does not effectively correct the dimensional errors caused by deformation and injection molding precision of the plastic air deflector or effectively reduce the problem of condensation caused by overlarge gap between the air deflector and the panel during the refrigeration operation of the air conditioner. Because the quality of the air deflector relates to various key performances such as the aesthetic property of the overall appearance of the air conditioner, the practicability of the air conditioner and the like, the improvement of the appearance of the air deflector of the air conditioner and the enhancement of the service performance of the air deflector of the air conditioner have very important significance.
