凸轮转子泵叶轮结构,包括一对配合的叶轮,每个叶轮均包括两个其中心线处于同一条直线设置的凸翼,两个凸翼的投影呈圆弧曲线,两段圆弧曲线与叶轮的中段通过内凹的圆弧曲线连接,处于同一侧部的两段内凹圆弧曲线通过一段外凸的圆弧曲线连接,叶轮的投影轮廓曲线通过该多段圆弧连接形成光滑曲线,其中一个叶轮的底部相对于叶轮的顶部以凸轮中心顺时针扭转30°‑45°,另一个叶轮底部相对于凸轮的顶部以叶轮中心逆时针扭转30°‑45°,两个叶轮在转动过程中凸翼的外周始终具有与凸轮转子泵泵腔壁接触的面。本发明对现有的叶轮的线形进行优化,和泵腔内壁接触面积增大,从而不容易导致叶轮磨损,泄露小,波动小,容积效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于凸轮转子泵部件装置领域,尤其与一种凸轮转子泵叶轮结构。
背景技术
凸轮转子泵是一种旋转的容积式泵,具有正排量的性质,流量不随背压变化而变化,通过转子与泵体之间的相对运动来改变工作的容积。凸轮转子泵依靠两同步反转动的转子在旋转过程中于进口处产生吸力(真空度),两转子将转子室分隔几个小空间,从而吸入所要输送的物料,因此两个配合的转子的外周壁和两侧壁始终与泵体内腔壁接触。然而现有的凸轮转子是呈三叶型或四页型,三叶型或四页型的凸轮转子与泵腔配合的形成的容积腔容积还是偏小,从而导致带动的流量偏小,颗粒较大的介质容易被卡在泵腔中。另外现有的三叶型或四页型凸轮转子在转动过程中始终与泵腔壁为线接触,长时间使用容易导致凸轮转子受到磨损。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种带动介质流量大、凸轮转子不易磨损的凸轮转子泵叶轮结构。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:凸轮转子泵叶轮结构,其特征是,包括一对配合的叶轮,每个叶轮均包括两个其中心线处于同一条直线设置的凸翼,两个凸翼的投影呈圆弧曲线,两段圆弧曲线与叶轮的中段通过内凹的圆弧曲线连接,处于同一侧部的两段内凹圆弧曲线通过一段外凸的圆弧曲线连接,叶轮的投影轮廓曲线通过该多段圆弧连接形成光滑曲线,其中一个叶轮的底部相对于叶轮的顶部以凸轮中心顺时针扭转30°-45°,另一个叶轮底部相对于凸轮的顶部以叶轮中心逆时针扭转30°-45°,两个叶轮在转动过程中凸翼的外周始终具有与凸轮转子泵泵腔壁接触的面。
作为对上述技术方案的补充和完善,本发明还包括以下技术特征。
所述的叶轮的外周均固定连接包覆聚氨酯层。
使用本发明可以达到以下有益效果:通过本发明将现有的凸轮转子泵叶轮设置成两个凸翼的结构,相对在同一泵腔中设置的三叶型和四叶型的叶轮,具有密封腔容积大、流量大的优点,较大颗粒直径的介质容易通过泵腔,从而不容易使大颗粒的介质吸附在叶轮上或泵腔内壁。本发明对现有的叶轮的线形进行优化,和泵腔内壁接触面积增大,从而不容易导致叶轮磨损,泄露小,波动小,容积效率高。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图1~图2所示,本发明包括一对配合的叶轮1,每个叶轮1均包括两个其中心线处于同一条直线设置的凸翼2,两个凸翼2的投影呈圆弧曲线,两段圆弧曲线与叶轮1的中段通过内凹的圆弧曲线连接,处于同一侧部的两段内凹圆弧曲线通过一段外凸的圆弧曲线连接,叶轮1的投影轮廓曲线通过该多段圆弧连接形成光滑曲线,其中一个叶轮的底部相对于叶轮的顶部以凸轮中心顺时针扭转30°-45°,另一个叶轮底部相对于凸轮的顶部以叶轮中心逆时针扭转30°-45°,两个叶轮1在转动过程中凸翼2的外周始终具有与凸轮转子泵3的泵腔壁接触的面。叶轮1的外周均固定连接包覆聚氨酯层。
