Abstract
本发明公开一种耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,通过丙氨酸将丝素与香茅醇反应,使丝素具有疏水基团,最后与丙烯酸乳液接枝制得。本发明将丝素与香茅醇反应,提高了丝素疏水能力,然后将其与丙烯酸乳液接枝,丝素与丙烯酸乳液基体结合,利用丝素的疏水性能,克服了乳液不耐水的缺点,同时提高了乳液的韧性、抗拉伸性能;同时通过本发明的方法制备出的乳液,其涂层具有亲肤感,并具有一定香气与抗菌能力,可以应用在梳妆台、书桌、化妆品陈列柜等要求高的家具上。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法。
背景技术
涂料是建筑装饰领域所不可或缺的材料,人们在建筑装饰涂料的选择上,已不仅仅停留在对基材的保护层面,还趋向于环保、抗菌、气味良好等层面,尤其是针对接触型高档涂料而言,其环保性、安全性、气味、接触感、抗菌效果等都是消费者的考虑因素。而针对上述作用的涂料中,较多数添加了香精、防霉剂、杀菌剂等,对于接触性涂料而言并没有真正做到环保安全。
植物提取物香茅醇具有抑制金黄色葡萄及伤寒杆菌活性的能力,主要存在于芸香油、香茅油、柠檬桉油、玫瑰油和天竺葵属植物的精油中,具有玫瑰香气味。
蚕丝提取物丝素具有良好的机械性能和理化性质,如良好的柔韧性和抗拉伸强度、缓释性,丝素蛋白及其水解物与人体皮肤的亲和性是任何其他天然蛋白所不能比拟的。
基于上述香茅醇与丝素蛋白因其优异的性能,在高档乳液涂料领域中具有一定的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,以此达到接触型高档涂料的环保性、安全性、气味、接触感、抗菌等高要求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,该乳液通过丙氨酸将丝素与香茅醇连接,再与丙烯酸乳液复合而成,具体合成步骤如下。
(1)改性丝素的制备。
(a)取20~30g蚕丝放入装有200~300mL浓度为0.5%~1%的碳酸钠溶液的三口瓶中,用1%的pH调节剂调节溶液pH为9~10,升温至30~50℃,在150~200r/min转速下搅拌2~3 h在3500~5000r/min的转速下离心洗涤2~3次,40~60℃烘干,即得丝素。
(b)称取5~10g的丝素,固液质量比为1:20~40浸入10%~30%的无机盐溶液混合装入500ml三口瓶中,在温度为50~80℃下,转速为100~150r/min条件下搅拌20~40min,搅拌完成后,抽滤,滤液装入透析袋中用蒸馏水透析2~3天制得丝素溶液,然后在40~60℃烘干备用。
(c)取60~80 mL有机酸溶剂装入150 mL三口瓶中,向其中加入20~30 mL浓度为3%氨基酸溶液,5~8 mL催化剂,在80~100℃温度下,200~300r/min转速下搅拌7~10 h。然后在3000~5000r/min的转速下用1%氨水溶液离心洗涤至中性。将洗涤后产品与丝素按4~5:1的比例混合放入三口瓶中,升温至30~50℃,在150~200r/min转速下搅拌2~3 h,40~60℃下烘干备用,制得改性丝素。
(2)耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备。
改性丝素与丙烯酸乳液按质量比1:(4~6)混合,在常温下以200~250r/min的转速搅拌5~7 h即得耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液。
其中,所述的丙烯酸乳液为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸- 2 - 乙基己酯、丙烯酸 -2 - 羟基丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的一种或几种。
其中,所述的pH调节剂为氨水溶液或碳酸氢钠溶液。
其中,所述的无机盐为氯化锌、氯化钙或碳酸钠。
其中,所述的有机酸溶剂为橙花醇、癸醇或香茅醇。
其中,所述的氨基酸为丙氨酸、丝氨酸或赖氨酸。
其中,所述的催化剂为98%硫酸或98%亚硫酸。
本发明的有益效果在于。
(1)本发明采用天然丝素协同植物提取物香茅醇与丙烯酸乳液制成的乳液,相比于纯丙烯酸乳液或者其他改性乳液,因为该乳液由蛋白质和香茅醇键合而成,具有更好的亲肤性。
(2)在性能上通过将丝素改性,与香茅醇协同提高了疏水能力,并且与丙烯酸乳液连接为一个整体,部分自我交联的丝素与丙烯酸乳液基体结合,充分发挥各组分的结构性能,克服乳液不耐水性。
(3)香茅醇具有玫瑰香气,通常应用在多种化妆品用香精之中,本发明将其应用在涂料中,使涂料具有芳香气息;同时具有抑制金黄色葡萄及伤寒杆菌活性的作用,因此具有一定的抗菌效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细说明本发明
实施例1。
(1)改性丝素的制备。
(a)取20g蚕丝放入装有200 mL 0.5%的碳酸钠溶液的500mL三口瓶中,用1%的氨水溶液调节溶液pH为9,升温至40℃,在180r/min转速下搅拌2 h,在4000r/min的转速下离心洗涤3次, 60℃烘干得丝素A。
(b)称取8g的丝素,200 mL30%的碳酸钠溶液混合装入500 mL三口瓶中,在温度为80℃下,转速为150r/min条件下搅拌30min,搅拌完成后,抽滤,滤液装入透析袋中用蒸馏水透析3 d制得丝素溶液,然后60℃烘干,得丝素B。
(c)取60mL香茅醇溶液装入150mL三口瓶中,向其中加入20 mL丝氨酸溶液,5mL98%浓硫酸,在80℃温度下,250r/min转速下搅拌10 h。然后在5000r/min的转速下用1%氨水溶液离心洗涤至中性。将洗涤后产品与丝素B混合放入三口瓶中,升温至50℃,在150r/min转速下搅拌2h,50℃下烘干,得改性丝素。
(2)耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备。
取改性后的丝素15 g,丙烯酸乳液为改性丝素质量的4倍,混合,在常温下以250r/min的转速搅拌7 h即得耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液。
实施例2。
(1)改性丝素的制备。
(a)取20g蚕丝放入装有200mL0.5%的碳酸钠溶液的三口瓶中,用1%的氨水溶液调节溶液pH为9,升温至40℃,在180r/min转速下搅拌2 h,在4000r/min的转速下离心洗涤3次,60℃烘干,得丝素A。
(b)称取8g的丝素A,200 mL30%的碳酸钠溶液混合装入三口瓶中,在温度为80℃下,转速为150r/min条件下搅拌30min,搅拌完成后,抽滤,滤液装入透析袋中用蒸馏水透析3 d制得丝素溶液,然后60℃烘干,得丝素B。
(c)取70 mL香茅醇溶液装入三口瓶中,向其中加入25 mL丝氨酸溶液,5 mL98%浓硫酸,在80℃温度下,250r/min转速下搅拌10 h。然后在5000r/min的转速下用1%氨水溶液离心洗涤至中性。将洗涤后产品与丝素B混合放入三口瓶中,升温至50℃,在150r/min转速下搅拌2 h,50℃下烘干,制得改性丝素。
(2)耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备。
取改性丝素15 g,丙烯酸乳液为改性丝素质量的5倍,在常温下以250r/min的转速搅拌7 h即得耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液。
实施例3。
(1)改性丝素的制备。
(a)取20g蚕丝放入装有200 mL0.5%的碳酸钠溶液的500 mL三口瓶中,用1%的氨水溶液调节溶液pH为9,升温至40℃,在180r/min转速下搅拌2 h,在4000r/min的转速下离心洗涤3次, 60℃烘干,得丝素A。
(b)称取8g的丝素A,200 mL30%的碳酸钠溶液混合装入三口瓶中,在温度为80℃下,转速为150r/min条件下搅拌30min,搅拌完成后,抽滤,滤液装入透析袋中用蒸馏水透析3 d制得丝素溶液,60℃烘干得丝素B。
(c)取80 mL香茅醇溶液装入三口瓶中,向其中加入25 mL丝氨酸溶液,5 mL98%浓硫酸,在80℃温度下,250r/min转速下搅拌10 h。然后在5000r/min的转速下用1%氨水溶液离心洗涤至中性。将洗涤后产品与丝素B混合放入三口瓶中,升温至50℃,在150r/min转速下搅拌2 h,50℃下烘干,制得改性丝素。
(2)耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备。
取改性丝素15 g,丙烯酸乳液为改性丝素质量的6倍,在常温下以250r/min的转速搅拌7 h即得耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液。
对实施例中制备出的乳液进行检测,检测结果见表1。
同时,实施例1-3中制备出的乳液在基底进行辊涂后,对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有一定得抑制作用。
通过本发明的方法制备出的耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液,具有好闻的香气,同时其耐水能力强、附着力优良,还具有一定抗菌性,可用于对手感、耐水性、整体装饰效果具有一定要求的梳妆台、美观要求度高的书桌、化妆品陈列柜等。
Claims (4)
1.一种耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,该乳液通过丙氨酸将丝素与香茅醇连接,再与丙烯酸乳液复合而成;所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)改性丝素的制备
(a)取20~30g蚕丝加入200~300mL浓度为0.5%~1%的碳酸钠溶液中,用1%的pH调节剂调节溶液pH为9~10,升温至30~50℃,在150~200r/min转速下搅拌2~3 h,在3500~5000r/min的转速下离心洗涤2~3次,40~60℃烘干,即得丝素;
(b)称取5~10g的丝素,与浓度10%~30%的无机盐溶液混合,两者质量比为1:(20~40),在温度为50~80℃下,转速为100~150r/min条件下搅拌20~40min,搅拌完成后,抽滤,滤液装入透析袋中用蒸馏水透析2~3天制得丝素溶液,然后在40~60℃烘干备用;
(c)取60~80 mL香茅醇,向其中加入20~30 mL浓度为3%丙氨酸溶液,5~8 mL催化剂,在80~100℃温度下,200~300r/min转速下搅拌7~10 h,然后在3000~5000r/min的转速下用1%氨水溶液离心洗涤至中性;将洗涤后产品与步骤(b)所得产物按(4~5):1的比例混合,升温至30~50℃,在150~200r/min转速下搅拌2~3 h,40~60℃下烘干备用,制得改性丝素;
(2)耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备
改性丝素与丙烯酸乳液按质量比1:(4~6)混合,在常温下以200~250r/min的转速搅拌5~7 h即得耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氨水溶液或碳酸氢钠溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的无机盐为氯化锌、氯化钙或碳酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐水抗菌丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为98%硫酸或98%亚硫酸。
