具体实施方式
参照附图,图1总体上示出了根据本发明的总体构思的一个示性例实施方案的隔离用鞋垫10的透视图。图2表示图1所示的同一隔离用鞋垫的分解视图,其示出了隔离用鞋垫10包括三层,包括用于缓冲和阻挡潮气的芯层20以及用于实现隔热的顶层30和底层40,顶层30和底层40设置在芯层20的任一侧上并且共同覆盖芯层20的基本上大部分表面区域。
图3再次示出了图1和图2中所示的示例性实施方案的隔离用鞋垫10,图3示出了使用中的隔离用鞋垫10。如图3所示,隔离用鞋垫10设置在鞋50(如运动鞋)内,位于鞋50的鞋底55和使用者的足部60之间。隔离用鞋垫10可以与袜子一起使用或不与袜子一起使用。
通常,芯层20包含缓冲和防潮的蜂窝状多孔材料,如软木或类似材料的形式。芯部蜂窝状材料可以构造为不规则形状且间隔的孔,所述孔平均具有14个侧面,从而提供有效的隔热、缓冲和弹性性能、耐吸潮性。
芯层20可以大体上由基于植物的(或植物来源的)材料构成。在一个具体的示例实施方案中,芯层包含基于植物的蜂窝状多孔材料,该材料为大约45重量%的木栓质、27重量%的木质素、12重量%的多糖、6重量%的蜡样质和6重量%的鞣质。在使用中,芯层20有助于缓冲鞋内的使用者的足部,并有助于抑制隔离用鞋垫10吸收潮气;抑制潮气的吸收既增强了鞋垫10的隔离性能(因为潮气有助于传递热量)又有助于在活动期间保持足部舒适。在各种实施方案中,芯层20通常厚1.5mm至2.0mm。
通常,顶层30和底层40包含表现出有用的耐热性的芳香族聚酰胺材料。在一些实施方案中,所用的聚酰胺材料包含形成纤维的长链合成聚酰胺,其中至少85%的酰胺键直接连接至两个芳环。在一些实施方案中,芳香族聚酰胺材料是间位芳香族聚酰胺,并且在一些具体实施方案中,使用由DuPont制造的NOMEX。在各种实施方案中,顶层30和底层通常各自厚0.25mm至0.80mm。层之间的化学键合可以为Z字形构造,从而得到低拉伸模量纤维。这些材料也可相互协作从而对磨损、紫外线、火焰、酸、碱和有机溶剂具有更高的耐受性。
通常利用粘合剂将顶层30和底层40粘合至芯层20。可以使用各种已知的粘合剂将顶层和底层粘合至芯层。
制造根据本发明的总体构思的隔离用鞋垫的一个示例方法包括:提供构造成缓冲和阻挡潮气的芯层,所述芯层包含蜂窝状多孔材料;在所述芯层的一侧上设置底层,所述底层构造为阻挡热量通过隔离用鞋垫而传递,所述底层包含芳香族聚酰胺;在所述芯层的与所述底层相对的一侧上设置顶层,所述顶层用于阻挡热量通过隔离用鞋垫而传递,所述顶层包含芳香族聚酰胺;利用粘合剂将所述顶层和所述底层粘合至所述芯层,以形成层叠体;在热压机中压制所述层叠体;以及将所述层叠体切割成鞋垫的形状。
在试验中,示例性实施方案的具有软木芯层、NOMEX顶层和NOMEX底层的隔离用鞋垫证实了这样的结果:其可提供比周围草皮低28华氏度的表面(相比于隔离用鞋垫所在的草皮的157F,隔离用鞋垫的顶部表面为129F),这种材料组合产生了意想不到的大的冷却作用,从而表明这些层之间的组合和相互作用产生了显著提高的隔离和隔热性能,包括更高的耐热程度(现有技术中不存在),包括证实温度传递降低了二十多度,以及减少足部疼痛、不适和水泡。
根据本发明的总体构思的隔离用鞋垫具有许多优点。芳香族聚酰胺层的隔离或耐热性能与芯层的缓冲和防潮性能的组合相互协作,从而提供保持足部凉爽和舒适的优质鞋垫。芳香族聚酰胺材料显示出与芯层20的蜂窝状多孔材料的良好相容性,并且与诸如硅树脂之类的一些其他材料不同,芳香族聚酰胺材料未显示出边缘周围的磨损。与已用于鞋垫的一些其他材料不同,芳香族聚酰胺材料也不会变得太光滑而无法有效用地于运动鞋中。在上面讨论的示例实施方案中使用的材料使隔离用鞋垫能够足够薄,从而不会太大而不能有效地与防滑钉或其他可与本发明的构思相结合和/或相匹配的运动装备(包括矫正鞋垫)一同使用。根据本发明的总体构思的层叠体提供了这样一种隔离用鞋垫,该隔离用鞋垫薄、体积不大、使用舒适并且能够在各种表面(如人造草皮)上为使用者的足部提供热防护。在各种实施方案中,隔离用鞋垫可以与鞋分离并可插入鞋中,或者隔离用鞋垫可以整体地形成在鞋本身的鞋底或基部衬垫内。本领域技术人员将认识到,各种构造与本文描述的示例性实施方案兼容,并且包含在本发明的总体构思中。
虽然描述了本发明的各个方面,但是对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的是,在本发明的范围内,其他实施方案和实现方式也是可能的。除了运动领域之外,本发明的总体构思的实施方案可以应用于各种领域的鞋类,如军事领域、建筑领域、屋顶工、铺砌工、沙滩穿戴等。因此,本发明的范围不限于任何具体的鞋类领域。
Claims (7)
1.一种隔离用鞋垫,包括:
由多孔材料形成的芯层,其中所述芯层包含基于植物的蜂窝状多孔材料,该材料为45重量%的木栓质、27重量%的木质素、12重量%的多糖、6重量%的蜡样质和6重量%的鞣质;以及
分别粘合至所述芯层的相反侧的顶层和底层,所述顶层和所述底层构造为芳香族聚酰胺材料的薄片,使得所述顶层和所述底层与所述芯层配合,从而具有足以阻挡热量通过所述芯层而传递的耐传热性。
2.权利要求1所述的隔离用鞋垫,其中所述顶层和所述底层包含长链合成聚酰胺,该长链合成聚酰胺中至少85%的酰胺键直接连接至两个芳环。
3.权利要求1所述的隔离用鞋垫,其中所述顶层和所述底层包含NOMEX材料。
4.权利要求1所述的隔离用鞋垫,其中所述芯层包含基于植物的蜂窝状多孔材料。
5.权利要求4所述的隔离用鞋垫,其中其中所述芳香族聚酰胺材料为间位芳香族聚酰胺材料。
6.权利要求1所述的隔离用鞋垫,其中所述隔离用鞋垫整体地与鞋一体化。
7.一种制造隔离用鞋垫的方法,包括:
提供用于缓冲和阻挡潮气的芯层,所述芯层包含基于植物的蜂窝状多孔材料,该材料为45重量%的木栓质、27重量%的木质素、12重量%的多糖、6重量%的蜡样质和6重量%的鞣质;
在所述芯层的一侧上设置底层,所述底层用于阻挡热量通过所述隔离用鞋垫而传递,所述底层包含芳香族聚酰胺;
在所述芯层的与所述底层相反的一侧上设置顶层,所述顶层用于阻挡热量通过所述隔离用鞋垫而传递,所述顶层包含芳香族聚酰胺;
利用粘合剂将所述顶层和所述底层粘合至所述芯层,以形成层叠体;
在热压机中压制所述层叠体;以及
将所述层叠体切割成鞋垫的形状。
